Hotel buen ubicado con gran playa.
La primera vez que fui a Cancún me hospede en este hotel, por lo que tengo un recuerdo especial. Me enamore de su playa, que nos permitieran estar más tarde que los demás hoteles en la alberca y del trato del personal. Ahora 22 años después veo que sigue teniendo las mismas características de lo que me gustó tanto. Si, es un hotel que le han pegado sus años, pero se mantiene cómodo y limpio. Lo único que podría decir como área de oportunidad es la comida ( el desayuno) no era tan bueno. También ojalá que pudieran hacer un plan de media pensión, al menos, ya que es un hotel donde uno goza descansar. Tiene elevador, para que no sufran con las maletas. También tienen estacionamiento. Parecen detalles pequeños, pero no lo son. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Aweful place, customer service is the worst
I had the worst service experience in my life at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites. Because of a family emergency I needed to return home one day earlier, so I asked the receptionist if I could leave the remaining night paid from my side and instead just have breakfast (which was not included in the night stay). The receptionist told me that he could not take any decisions and that I needed to wait for the manager which would be there in a few minutes. After waiting for over 30 minutes, he told me that his manager had no time for me. I left and returned the next morning for check out and the only comment I received is that I should pay for my breakfast and would not receive any compensation. I asked if the only thing that mattered to the hotel management was to receive my money, rather than creating a good customer experience and he replied "yes".
That says it all, I would recommend anyone not to book at this place, they just want your money!

This is a great place for rest and relaxation with the family!
We had a great experience! The 3 BR suite was great for our family of 6! The hotel was very clean and very well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful, the water was very calm and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was good water pressure and hot water in the showers.
