When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Superb stay.
Beautiful place, clean cottages and best service ever. All the staff was so polite and domick was really helpful. Food was awesome. Its just 2 mins away from the beach which makes it even more beautiful.

Wonderful stay
We had a lovely stay for 19 nights at the Beira Mar, the cottage was clean and the bed was so comfortable, air con worked well too. Staff were friendly and the grounds kept well. The pool was nice for an afternoon swim although it was getting quite murky towards the end of our stay, however some maintenance was being done on our last day so hopefully this was resolved. Would definitely stay again, location to the beach was great too

Around 27% is added on top of menu prices
Ate in restaurant tonight. Just one other table.
Food was OK but shocked when bill arrived. Nothing was stated on the menu but 22% GST and another 2 times 2.5% for something else making in excess of 27% added. This should have been mentioned on menu.
Beware drinks menu. Prices are for 30ml. Two drinks cost me 600 rupees plus 27%. Same drinks in my usual restaurants cost a maximum of 220 rupees in total. Doesn't the management ever question why the restaurant is always empty.
Give this place a miss and go to other restaurants where they do not charge these ridiculous prices. Only gave 3 stars as the food was not too bad.

Gem in the sun
This is a little gem of a place right next to the beach. The resort has separate chalets for couples, family or a solo holiday maker. As usual this resort comes with a small, but a nice clean swimming pool and a restaurant. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to chill out with friends and family. The beach is packed with typical shacks that serve cold beers, cocktails, hot food and delicious seafood too. Somehow the drinks and food taste extra tasty when sat on the tables, candlelite, on the actual beach sands. The local people around are very friendly and welcoming. This resort, in South Goa, is my must come back again place. Highly recommended.

Bad service
The resort lacks in multiple ways. They are not well trained to take orders and fulfill them. Our room kettle was broken and sheet was torn and stained, there wasn't even a stirrer to stir the tea. Not a very good experience of the resort.
