Hotel gestito molto bene, colazione variegata e di qualità. Consiglio. Camere familiari spaziose e comode, ottima la soluzione di doppia camera collegate, ben insonorizzato, posizione buona sia per arrivo da aeroporto con treno, sia fermata della metro a 200 metri.

Wir waren in den Ferien für eine Woche in Berlin und das Hotel war schon auf den Bildern Hübsch.
Das ist es auch.Die Zimmer sind Groß genug und haben eine coole Einrichtung.Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich

The hotel is very interesting. You arrive and you need to go up a one way escalator and hope there is not a lot of people looking to come down! Check-In was not complicated.

The room was lovely and comfortable. I was impressed how little I heard from outside and I got a good night's sleep. I was really impressed at being able to get an adapter plug that was able to fit into the socket from the receptionist.

I paid for the breakfast €20 and while there is a good variety, coffee is definitely a miss. It either came out empty, cold or tasted terrible. If you like good coffee like me, it is best to stick to the Expresso!

Another thing was getting an early morning knock on the door asking me was I checking out. However lady apologized and there seems to have been a misunderstanding.

Altogether a good hotel in which to stay in. I would definitely recommend it.

I was scheduled to stay at the Econtel Charlottenburg but as this hotel had been taken over, I was rebooked into the Best Western on Kurfurstendamn. Good job I called in advance as nobody was going to inform me of the change. Though, I was quite excited initially as this promised to be an upgrade from a 3 to a 4 star hotel. Plus the location was more convenient for me.

However, despite the location, there were a few items of annoyance about this hotel.

Firstly, this is not a 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff knocking on the door at 9am is not what you want to hear.

Secondly, the room didn't have a kettle or coffee maker.

Thirdly, the air-conditioning system made quite a racket.

Finally, and most importantly, the front desk staff were far from helpful and definitely suffered from an attitude problem. It just seemed as if they considered themselves above their job and that guests were more of a nuisance than anything else.

Other reviewers have mentioned these things as well so it's definitely not just me.

The Spanish restaurant connected to this hotel is solid with excellent food and very helpful staff.

Maybe I will return to Berlin someday but doubtful I will stay at this hotel.

The best western was in the perfect location in Kudamm with shops and restaurants. Staff were very good and accommodating. We were thanked for being select members. Internet was reliable. Gym is also good they have breakfast available for a price.

The hotel situated close t S-barn station, 5-6 minutes on foot. S9 train is straight from BER airport to Savignyplatz station near the hotel. It is close to Zoo, Bundestag, museums etc. There are a lot of restaurants and boutiques around. The room is not very big but clean and looks newly renovated. Staff are polite and useful.

La camera nr. 342, senza moquette come da nostra richiesta, era spaziosa e arredata in stile moderno.
Non abbiamo provato la colazione in hotel ma, a vederla, sembrava davvero invitante.
Da rivedere un pò la pulizia giornaliera della camera ma nel complesso il bilancio è più che positivo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e non mi sono trovato bene per i seguenti motivi:
- la colazione di scarsa qualità, sia indolci che i salati. Sono stato costretto a fare colazione fuori comprando della frutta in un negozio nelle vicinanze. Da un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato diversi prodotti bio ed invece nulla. Anzi offerta scarsa e di pessima qualità considerando che si paga un extra di € 17.00 a persona.
- personale alla reception poco cordiale, anzi quasi sgarbato.
Insomma, una esperienza che non rifarò in questo albergo.

Habitación correcta, después de quejarme y reiniciar el aire acondicionado de la habitación sigue saliendo frío me dicen que no pueden hacer nada más y la única solución que me dan de malas maneras a las 00:30h que si quiero me devuelven el dinero si me voy.

Seul l'emplacement vaut la peine pour cet hôtel. Les chambres sont vieillottes avec des douches moisies des traces douteuses sur la moquette et le comble des portes communiquantes entre les chambres qui permettent d'entendre ses voisins s'envoyer en l'air ! Et le buffet du petit déjeuner à fermé à 10h30 le samedi au lieu de 11h. Bref à fuir

Posizione perfetta sulla direttrice delle principali linee della metro, vicino a centro città, zona shopping e principali attrazioni turistiche, personale efficiente e cortese, camere e locali comuni molto puliti: consigliatissimo!

In generale raccomando l'hotel per parecchi punti positivi. Le uniche pecche, nel mio caso, sono state:
-posizione della stanza (dalla finestra si vedevano solo palazzi in costruzione)
-Aria condizionata che non funzionava come volevo: si poteva cambiare l'intensità della ventola ma non il programma.

Per il resto invece tutto molto bello, gran bello schermo TV, bagno e doccia ampi, con vetro grande che separa l'area doccia dall'area WC/Lavandino, i letti sono abbastanza comodi (un pò troppo morbidi per il mio mal di schiena ma suppongo sia latex/tipo di materasso che si adatta alla tua schiena). Si entra e scende dall'hotel con una scala mobile unica, togliendo problemi per chi ha valige pesanti. Lo staff è cordiale e professionale come dovrebbe essere in ogni hotel. Altro aspetto ottimo è l'insonorizzazione della stanza: veramente molto buona.

Très Bon rapport qualité/Prix pour cet hôtel, très bien située sur cette belle avenue Kurfurstendamm.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis , hotesse à l'ecoute et souriante.
Hôtel très bien entretenu, très propre, respect de toutes les règles sanitaires. (nous avons même vu d personnel nettoyé les portes d'accès aux chambres..)
Très bonne surprise
J'aurais mis 5 etoiles : mon bémol etant le petit déjeuner cher à mon sens (17€) car très peu ou pas de choix en viennoiseries ou autres déjeuner sucré.

Recomendable, en un barrio muy bueno de berlín con excelente conectividad, acceso a restaurantes, metro, tiendas, buena atención. Es un hotel muy pensado en estar de paso sin grandes lujos pero con las comodidades que te mencionan

Cet hôtel est un bon hôtel, avec des chambres agréables, bien décorées, de bonnes salles de douches, un très bon internet, une excellente localisation.
Reste un problème : l'immense et terrible chantier qui actuellement cerne l'hôtel, et produit de 7 heures à 19 heures énormément de bruits et des poussières.
Pour être franc, les chambres côté chantiers devraient même être condamnées le temps des travaux, tant elles sont inutilisables.
La très sympathique réceptionniste, Kamilla je crois, a fait de tout son possible pour me trouver une bonne chambre, et je l'en remercie.
Dans le cas contraire rester aurait été impossible.

Correcto, pero no destaca en nada la verdad. Bien ubicado, funcional, falla en no tener canales internacionales, falta gym, falta mini bar y algo de renovación (se nota muy trotado). Justito para visita de negocios. Mal el aire acondicionado en mi habitación, ruidoso.

El hotel está limpio, bien ubicado, .... todo perfecto excepto a la hora de dejar la habitación.
Nuestro avión salía a las 19:00 h y pedimos el poder disponer de la habitación hasta las 14:00h. No ha sido posible y las 12:05 han subido de recepción a “recordarnos” que teníamos que dejar la habitación.
No vendría mal algo de flexibilidad lo mismo que la tenemos nosotros cuando nos tienen hasta las 15:00 h sin habitación, por ejemplo

La verdad es que siempre que algo inicia mal parece que lo que sigue se va amargando también y fue lo que nos paso con esté hotel.

A pesar de que está en una muy buena zona y es un hotel bonito, nuestro vuelo llego a Berlin a las 9 am pasamos en aeropuerto desde las 4 am así que íbamos con el jet lag mas la desvelada y llegamos a recepción a preguntar si podían ayudarnos con la habitación lo mas pronto posible a lo cual nos dijeron que no hasta las 3 pm pero nos guardaban el equipaje, íbamos realmente cansados y hay una salita en la que puedes sentarte y evidentemente nos quedamos dormidos, había alguien en una mesa a lo lejos y estaba platicando con otras personas en INGLES así que de pronto fue alguien que nos dijo que si podíamos pasarnos a una barra lateral a la salita sin ninguna razón pero notamos que esas personas nos miraban, seguimos esperando y yo me pude percatar que se burlaron porque teníamos sueño algo que me pareció de super mal gusto porque estaba entendiendo todo lo que decían y porque dijeron que eramos mexicanos y se reían así que eso me molesto mucho, vino una chica y nos dijo que no nos darían la habitación pronto que lo sentía mucho pero nos sugería ir al restaurante de abajo, total que nos fuimos porque dijeron que dábamos mala imagen al hotel durmiendo ahí.
Cuando regresamos nos dieron la habitación muy amplia por cierto, super cómoda, nos dejaron chocolates, el desayuno suuuuper bien servido tiene un poco de todo, ubicado cerca de una de las paradas del bus turístico así que no hay pierde y a unas cuadras están los centros comerciales.
Las chicas que nos hicieron el check out al día siguiente se portaron super amables pero mientras tanto el trato inicial si fue feo!
