- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Nice to visit
I like jungle safari and stay with nature, sitout with bonfire with family its make me feel excited silent from city life and busy life which we gone through everyday. This property and the team which manage this property stand through our expectation and fullfill all our requirement to its level.
Would like to thank the team those who are in ground level and to thos who are management team to create a pleasant stay for us .

8 Days Family Trip To Satpura Jungle Retreat
Our group, which consisted of 9 Adult and 2 kids, had an exceptional experience at Satpura Jungle Retreat, Madai from 13thSep – 21st Sep, 2020. The staff and owner (Mr.Anand Dhoot) really put their soul into our welcome. Since we were traveling in the Covid era with Senior citizens as well, we had intimated about our plan to Anandji a week back and he made sure that everything related to Covid precautions were in place. There was no letup in the precautions, which made us feel assured about our arrival.
All the staff had masks ON and the best part was that there was no outside interference. So, from the 1st day itself, we were feeling at home. A special mention has to be made of the food, which they served. All 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner were exceptionally tasty and hygienic. Moreover, they were always happy to prepare dishes according to our wishes. The food quantity and spread was close to what you pay in a 3-star hotel buffet breakfast. There was not a single day when we did not overeat. But, thankfully our stomachs never complained . A special thanks to Anandji, his staff Ballu, Rajesh, Sandeep for arranging Barbeque fire for 2 days consecutively. We still remember the smoky Roasted Chicken.
Regarding the Jungle – Anandji made sure that we were always accompanied by one of his guys to the jungle and that too without any additional charge. We spotted a deer, a group of chinkara, and wild boars. There was news of a Leopard Kill in the nearby village that excited us and we did go for an evening stroll on our Cars to catch a glimpse. However, we were not lucky enough to find the beast however; the night Jungle ride itself was thrilling and exciting.
Apart from the wildlife, we were taken to several other viewpoints near the dam and Jungle which were really worth visiting once. Finally, our 8-day stay ended with all of us promising ourselves to return in 6 months' time. Thanks to Anandji and his staff for ensuring that, we return with a great experience.

a serene place to unwind
Located within Satpura forests, it is a calm and serene place to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life as you will not have mobile, internet connectivity or any television. It has 12 cottages which are quite spacious and neatly maintained. Each cottage has a small garden and you feel relaxed in sunshine. The staff was courteous especially Mr Dev who was very helpful.he accompanied us for the Safari and ensured that we are least inconvenienced. Food was very tasty and just like home. But you should not expect variety and five star facilities as it is an experience in wilderness. Overall an excellent place to have a calm and pleasant stay.

Vacation paradise for all type of visitors
One of my colleague referred me to visit this place and to stay at this particular resort. By his reference I talked to the owner of this resort, Mr. Maheshwari, who also owns a property (hotel kachnar) at pachmarhi. He is a gentleman and gave me a good deal. Besides safari visit, the stay was great experience for all of us. Although the staff was not trained,but were very good at service and behavior. The resort is near to the Denva river which we cross to go to the jungle.The only thing these people can upgrade is quality of beds. I recommend everyone to visit the place once and also to stay at this resort. A great weekend destination for Bhopalis.

Gateway to Satpura
At Madhai we stayed at Satpura Jungle retreat, cottages situated in a nice open area. Rooms here are very basic with no television but who needs a television when you have a view of mighty river and satpura forest.Our room was very spacious and clean with a balcony providing a magnificent view.You can request for hot water. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner is provided as a part of the package which is simple and nice.
