I guess used to be very nice, need of work /isolation
Hôtel bien situé mais qui mériterait de sérieux travaux d’isolation … on entend absolument tout … et je suis un peu sourd … c’est correctement frais mais on sent la gloire passée moitié des machines qui ne fonctionnent pas à la salle de sport. Seul en voyage d’affaires ça passe ( a condition d’avoir tarif préférentiel) à éviter en couple ou pour moment romantique…

About the location its near the metro station and there are resturants and cafees neerby no gardins its on big main street there are malls about 1 km or so.

My experience
Its a very good hotel, the lock is very good and everything are near, the stuff are very nice and good, the food is good and nice, but the hotel are not that much clean, i found a dirty towel in the cabinet since i arrived, they changed it an clean everything but it was really shocked to see that

Hotel muy básico y antiguo
Un hotel excelentemente situado en Estambul, pero que desgraciadamente ha quedado desfasado en todos los sentidos. Una recepción oscura y poco agradable. Habitaciones antiguas y faltas de renovación. Mal aislamiento térmico y acústico.

Las habitaciones disponen de camas confortables al menos y los cuartos de baño son simplemente correctos. El buffet de desayuno es muy malo en cantidad y pocas opciones.

La wifi funciona relativamente bien. El gimnasio es un desastre, sin atención ninguna y con máquinas en su mayoría de los casos desconectadas y con una humedad al estar en el 2º sótano.

En definitiva, no recomendaria este hotel en absoluto

Dreadful Hotel to be avoided
On arrival they insisted I pay 100% in advance. I had taken a suit which was well past it’s best. The room stank, it was dreadful, it is clearly a smoking room, opening windows did little to alleviate the stench and after 3 days all my clothing now stank. The carpets were stained and looked dreadful, furniture was chipped, marked and stained in place well in need of replacing. There were used nappies outside the room where my patio door went, not mention the fall as there were no safety rails outside.
There is no way that this hotel in 4*. There were about 10 of us in total there and we all go back to Istanbul in May and we have all said never again. The breakfast was dreadful, only options if you wanted a drink was water, coffee or tea. No juice!! The toast machine barely functions, put your bread through 4 times and it’s still not toasted. The food choices left my team perplexed, no effort to cater for international customers. Room service, well you can’t credit it to your room as they have taken your payment at check in, so the steward insists on cash only!! Nice touch that…. Not…
Yes I did ask to be moved, as my room stank so bad, but reception did nothing and promptly forgot my issue, why would they care they already had my money in full. The WiFi was rubbish, it blocked playing games online and other sites such as this one!! Even Apple news struggled. It would not work if my VPN was on.
One day there was a drilling in the room above for hours, nice touch of torture that. Oh and the bath water came out brown…
In summary one to avoid. My group will stay up the road in another hotel next time.

Bustling Istanbul
The Bilek is situated in the middle of the modern part of Istanbul. Taking about 20 minutes by taxi from Istanbul airport the hotel is on one of the main roads in and out of the city with lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

The staff are very helpful and speak English. I didn’t eat in the hotel as eating out is a fun experience but the spa and fitness centre are reasonable for a traveller to use.

The hotel rooms are all basic but are neat and tidy and secure. For business this is ideal.

I’ve got stolen and lost one of my favorite bags
And when i called security we check camera and found 3 girls entered my room for cleaning and i’m sure one of them took mu bag because it was inside my room and disappeared
And he told me it’s not out responsibility that you lost precious bag

Très bon rapport qualité-prix et personnel très professionnel
Un très bel hôtel dans un endroit très branché avec beaucoup de commerces au alentours et un mall à côté de l'hôtel (Saphir Mall). La station de métro est à moins de 100m (1mn a pied). Il est a 2 station de istiklal square et 4 station de aksaray. Endroit stratégique.
Autre point fort de l'hôtel c'est son personnel qui est très accueillant et surtout professionnel. Service de chambre impeccable et quotidien.
L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine couverte et chauffée, d'un sauna et hammam dont l'accès est gratuit.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Un hôtel à la portée des petites bourses!
En découvrant le prix des chambres on peut douter du confort. Or, en y pénétrant, on va de surprise en surprise. Tout est pensé pour le repos du client. Pour nous les francophones, rencontrer parmi le personnl quelqu'un qui parle français a été un atout.

Gutes Hotel
Zimmer , Service , Management und die zuvorkommende Art und weise sehr gut.Zentrale lage . An der Reception alle Kreditkarten möglich, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bar und Restaurant sehr gut. Auf alle fälle für Geschäftsreisende sehr geeignet.

La réalité choquante
C'est un hôtel de service nul ils nous ont pris un jour de notre séjour, ils ont faire sortir forcément ma mère de la chambre âgée de 60 ans au moment où j'étais ailleurs sous prétexte qu'on a achevé notre durée sachant qu'on a réservé du 28 juillet au 9 août, le jour du 9 était inclu dans ma réservation ils nous ont traité trop trop mal surtout le manager en se moquant de moi en plein public, une piscine horrible au sous sol étage -2 ;sans aération avec l'odeur du chlore à ne pas supporter,un mauvais petit déjeuner -en plus les photos de l'hôtel sur le site internet sont manipulées d'une professionalité pour attirer l'intention des touristes,c'est un hôtel qui ne mérite plus 4 étoiles

Im Stadtviertel Levent an einer Einfallsstraße gelegen. Verkehr hört man nicht sehr wohl aber den Muezzin der Moschee in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft hinter dem Hotel. Zimmer mittelgroß, Betten und Service sehr gut. Frühstück karg im Vergleich zu AI, aber ausreichend. Essensmöglichkeiten um das Hotel gegeben, aber meist nur Schnellimbiss. Für eine kurze Woche ok.

Vecchio stile
È la seconda volta che venivo in questo hotel abbastanza vecchio ma con discreta manutenzione. Le camere abbastanza grandi e benvenuta fornite ma con una certa rumorosità proveniente dalla strada e soprattutto dal condizionatore che ho dovuto spegnere per dormire meglio in silenzio. Superiore alla media il prezzo della camera.

Sono stato in questo albergo il 24-25-26 di Giugno con mia moglie, ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Il personale tutti molto giovan, molto gentili e disponibili, la colazione ricca e gustosa, L' unica nota negativa è stato il fatto che nella stanza si sentiva un po' la puzza di fumo, ma questa è colpa dei clienti e non del personale dell' albergo. Ci tornerei tranquillamente se tornassi ad Istanbul.

Buon albergo
Ho soggiornato qui alcune notti in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro.
La mia camera era spaziosa e ogni giorno accuratamente rifatta.
Abbondante e varia la colazione.
Gentile il personale.
...non ho avuto modo di provare la spa e la sala fitness...
L'albero è comodissimo alla metro 4 Levent.
Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi si trovi ad Istanbul per lavoro.

Hotel molto bello, pulito, elegante, il personale educato e professionale, al ristorante non ho mangiato molto bene, tanta attesa, carne dura, ma tutto il resto ok! Sono stata alla SpA, piscina piccola ma pulita, hamman e sauna perfette, danno anche telo, pareo, shampoo bagno schiuma e crema corpo! L'hotel è in una bella posizione, tanti negozi banche, fast food restaurant, uffici di cambio valuta, tanti mezzi pubblici....#

Ottimo albergo....
ottimo hotel ,in parte europea del instanbul ,appena passi il ponte,vicino alla piazza taksim,pulito,wi-fi gratuito anche in camere,camere grandi pulite,servizio di benvenuto ottimo,se volete mangiare in camera potete ordinare tranquillamente,bella vista di istanbul di sera,l,unico neo si fa per dire ,nonstante io conosco la cucina turca e balcanica sono rimasto sbalordito di non trovare alla colazione quando sono anche degli italiani in hotel delle paste dolci ,vuote o altro ma esclusivamente una colazione internazionale ricca ma senza paste....

Excelente servicio. Respeto y discreción. A 5min andando de la estación de Metro 4.Levent. y a 15 min en metro de Taksim.

Dispone de WIFI gratuito y ordenadores en el Hall. Además,tiene sala fitness.
En la misma calle hay bares ideales para cenar y desayunar a buen precio.

Correcto, sólo correcto.
Situado en un barrio de oficinas y centros comerciales, a unos cinco minutos andando de la estación de 4.Levent, es un hotel confortable, con habitaciones de tamaño adecuado y buenas camas, y un personal bastante agradable, siempre dispuesto a solucionar un problema. El wifi funciona muy, muy bien.

Pegas: está algo alejado del centro monumental (unos 20-25 minutos en metro) ; el desayuno es bastante regular, por no decir que malo ; la sauna, piscina y el gimnasio estaban de remodelación, aunque el cartel en el ascensor indicaba que iban a ser dos días, al cabo de cuatro, lo cambiaron para indicar que eran dos semanas... quizás fue simple casualidad.

Gute Wahl
Gute Zimmer. Freundliches und immer lächelndes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, nichts Besonderes. Ich habe hier einmal zu Abend gegessen, und das war lecker. Die Lage ist toll – Metro, Malls etc. alles in der Nähe. Auf dem Zimmer fehlt allerdings ein Wasserkocher. Aber der Zimmerservice ist toll.

Das Hotel BILEK enttäuscht
Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Bilek war aus mehreren Gründen frustrierend.

Erstens bekommt man hier wirklich nichts geschenkt.

Die Lage ist nicht vorteilhaft. Es liegt direkt an einer der Istanbuler Autobahnen. Auf der Website steht, dass es im Bankenviertel liegt. Vielleicht ist das hier auch das Bankenviertel, aber sicherlich nicht das, was man darunter landläufig versteht. Viel Straßenlärm, den man aber im Zimmer zum Glück nicht hört.

Der Service an der Rezeption war mittelmäßig. Ich kann mich nur an einen Rezeptionisten erinnern, der wirklich nett war (keine Ahnung wie er heißt), aber die anderen waren schon sehr ernst im Umgang.

Das restliche Personal wie Reinigungskräfte und die Restaurantbedienung war dagegen richtig freundlich.

Ich hätte ja gerne was Positiveres berichtet.

Kann sein, muß aber nicht.
Das Hotel Bilek liegt im Geschäftsviertel Levent in Istanbul. Vom Flughafen benötigt man eine halbe Stunde bei wenig Verkehr. Normal sollte man 1,5 h Stunden planen. Das Hotel war bestimmt mal gut aber es ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Alles ist dunkel und riecht muffig. Man kann sagen es ist gut gebraucht. Die (schöne) Bar und das Restaurant waren ständig unbeleuchtet sodas man garkeine Lust hat dort einzukehren. Das Frühstück ist typisch türkisch aber nicht schlecht. Auf keinen Fall sollte man Zimmer auf der rechten Seite nehmen denn dort ist direkt daneben eine Moschee und die weckt einen definitiv zeitig früh auf. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine Metro Station und ein Shopping und Bürocenter (Sapphire Center) wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Desweiteren gibt es unzählige Kebap-Buden um das Hotel die man unbedingt mal probieren muß.
