  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Great Location, Lousy Internet
The hotel is very well located, rooms are comfortable, water pressure and hot water abundant in the room. Shower is tight and doesn't fully close so you will probably always wet the bathroom floor a little. Breakfast is simple but well served, regarding eggs the only option is scrambled. They do charge expensive the airport transfer even with a 20% surcharge if you pay by credit card. They also have very crappy internet. During the four days I stayed there the internet was intermitent the whole time and slow.

Hotel Blank January 2024 Stay
Stayed at Hotel Blanc for a total of 3 nights during a recent trip to Buenos Aires. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and hotel is centrally located. Can’t ask for more than that. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good
A very nice, rather small hotel.
Big rooms , very clean, nice beds and very nice and helpful staff.
Good location and a very nice small restaurant across the street.
The breakfast was also good.

Very Nice!
First, the staff is excellent and so nice. We ended up staying more days than planned and were happy with the clean and spacious room, the breakfast, and the location. The room was kept clean though housekeeping was spotty at times. Biggest negative is the key card system. We had to get new cards at least once a day and usually more. Uggh.

Once in a lifetime trip
Room was very nice, staff was excellent, walking distance to many restaurants, attractions

Gran experiencia en Blank
Me encantó. No lo conocía. Dado que desde la calle no se nota mucho, nunca imaginé su esplendor por dentro. La habitación muy bien decorada. Buen estilo. Todo nuevo y limpio. La atención del personal de recepción fue de primera. Excelente barrio además.

Hotel estupendo para hacer turismo. Barrio ideal y tranquilo. Habitación limpia, espaciosa y cama muy cómoda. Baño bien equipado con amenities. Buen desayuno. Piscinita perfecta para refrescarse. Lo recomiendo.

Bueno, excelente ubicacion y atención falta servicio de restaurant
Ubicación y atención excelente, limpio seguro sin ruidos y desayuno rasonable.
Cuesta un poco regular aire acondicionado pero se soluciono, baño comodo y cama confortable, closet algo pequeño , personal de recepción muy atentos.

Un très bon hôtel de la chaîne
L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une rue calme du quartier de Recoleta.
Belle chambre et belle salle de bains. de bonnes dimensions Très propre. Literie impecable. Bonne insonorisation, sauf porte de communication.
Cafetière avec juste ce qu'il faut comme produits, sans plus.
Personnel compétent, réactif et très aimable.
Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.
Les parties communes sont limitées.
De nombreux restaurants non loin.
Les principaux centres d'intérêts de la ville sont à 20 mn à pied, mais il existe de nombreux moyens de transport.
Très bonne étape pour se reposer d'un long voyage et visiter Buenos Aires.

Ottimo boutique Hotel in zona Recoleta, personale gentile e disponibile, siamo arrivati in anticipo , ma hanno provveduto velocemente a preparare la nostra camera .

Ottima scelta
Non lo scrivo per farmi i complimenti ovviamente.....
Non sempre ci azzecco ma questa volta devo dire che tutto è andato bene.
Camere davvero grandi con due letti alla francese. Bagno spazioso.
Molto pulito e silenzioso.
Si trova a Recoleta a breve distanza dal cimitero e dalle altre attrazioni.
Personale estremamente cortese (ci hanno prenotato tutti i ristoranti e dato molte utili indicazioni).
Colazione migliorabile ma, considerato anche il prezzo pagato (abbiamo approfittato di una offerta non rimborsabile) davvero non si può chiedere di più.
Un posto da tenere a mente se scegliete Recoleta come vostra base per la visita della città.

Un buon hotel
Buon hotel,situato nel bel quartiere Recoleta,in una strada tranquilla.La particolarità di questo hotel sono,a mio avviso,i letti...abbiamo dormito non in un letto matrimoniale ma in due letti da una piazza e mezzo...bellissimi e comodissimi!

Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse et calme.Bon niveau
Hotel bien situé assez petit mais très efficace. La literie et très confortable et le personnel plutôt aimable!
Bon petit déjeuner assez copieux, si vous recherchez un endroit calme et loin des tumultes des grandes avenues vous avez trouvez votre hotel

amo questo albergo
un ottimo albergo piccolo , bellissima grandissima stanza , situato in posto centrale e tranquillo. ottima prima colazione, la reception molto gentile ed utile . il wi fi a gratis e funziona benissimo .
la piscina e piccola ma non sono venuto in argentina x nuotare.
io amo questo albergo perche ha dei letti enormi si dorme bene e pulito e non chiedo di piu .

bel hôtel
Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, il y a un jacuzzi dans la chambre. Le quartier est agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité (boulangerie, restaurant, petit commerce) et surtout c 'est calme et on peut en marchant un petit peu découvrir de très beaux endroits de Buenos Aires. Climatisation efficace
Un petit bémol, le petit déjeuner inclus, est de qualité très moyenne (notamment les viennoiseries et gâteaux et les différents jus proposés sont de piètre qualité). Cela serait facile à améliorer, pour atteindre un niveau supérieur de qualité.

Perfekte Wahl für einen Städtetrip
Sehr schönes Hotel in schöner Lage - genau die richtige Wahl für ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Insbesondere das Persomal an der Rezeption war außerordnetlich nett und hilfreich und hat uns viele gute Tips gegeben. Die Zimmer waren schön, modern, sauber und ruhig.

kleines funktonales hotel an sehr guter lage
dieses hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. allerdings gibt es dreundlichere menschen in den hotels argentiniens und b.a. als hier. das zimmer war schön, das frühstück eher dürftig. soweit aber im verhältnis zum preis in ordnung. koffer müssen selber geschleppt werden und kommunikation ist dürftig und unterkühlt.

Piccolo hotel ottima posizione
Piccolo hotel in ottima posizione alla Recoleta vicino al Cimitero e numerosi ristoranti di buon livello. Le camere sono accoglienti, il personale gentile, la colazione buona. La hall discreta e funzionale. La piscina un po' piccola.

Service irréprochable
Les chambres tout en longueur sont très bien agencées et disposent d'un très bon niveau de confort. Le personnel est d'une efficacité impressionnante et charmant. Nous avons teste le jaccuzzi, rien d'extraordinaire mais très agréable après une bonne balade en ville. Prix au bar honnêtes et nous avons essayé les sandwiches maison, livres à la chambre, très corrects. Possibilité de faire du change à la reception (dollars US). Seul point négatif, l'isolation phonique. Nous avions une chambre sur la cour et la conseillons vivement.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal
Das Hotel liegt in einer relativ ruhigen und sicheren Strasse im Recoleta Viertel, leidet im Augenblick (November 2011) allerdings etwas unter einer Baustelle im angrenzenden Grundstück.
Den weiteren Kritiken ist wenig beizufügen: Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent, die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten gut. Optimierungspotenzial fände sich allerfalls noch bei der Bar, die etwas ungemütlich ist, weil sie gleichzeitig als Frühstücksraum dient.

J'y reviendrai !
J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel situé dans le quartier chic, Recoleta.
La chambre attribuée au 7 ème étage était très grande avec 2 grands lits !
La vue donnait sur un ensemble d'immeubles assez moche.
La salle de bains était correcte mais hélas sans pommeau de douche !
Un mini bar, un écran plat TV, la clim étaient dispo hélas pas assez de porte manteau et un seul porte valise. Il y avait une cafetière mais pas de bouilloire pour un hôtel aussi classe, c'est étonnnant. La déco est cosy et sobre. Pour notre arrivée, on nous a offert une boisson de notre choix. Deux ordinateurs connectés à internet sont en libre accès à l'accueil. Salle des petits dej. petite mais beaucoup de choix de victuailles.
Cet hôtel avait été réservé à l'avance sur Booking.com sans aucun souci.
j'y retournerai pour sa situation et la qualité de ses chambres.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ausgezeichneter Service
Das kleine, feine Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, in einer Seitenstrasse in Recoleta - nahe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswuerdigkeiten und zu feinen Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind ideal eingerichtet, modern, sauber, ansprechend und ruhig zum Innenhof. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit mit Tipps und Rat zur Stelle. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist reichhaltig und wird auch nach der offiziellen Zeit stets aufgefuellt. Man fuehlt sich hier auf Anhieb wohl und kann gut und gerne eine Woche hier verweilen. Ein Glueckstreffer.

Dieses Hotel ist relativ neu und verfügt über grosse Zimmer, welche sehr sauber sind. Wireless Internet ist gratis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In unmittelbarer Hotelnähe hat es Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Taxis in Buenos Aires sind billig und die Taxis verfügen über einen Taxameter. Der zu bezahlende Preis wird angezeigt und der Taxifahrer fährt auf direktem Weg zum Ziel.
