Reglamento Interno Hotel
1. Una vez aceptadas las condiciones con las que el HOTEL prestará los servicios ofrecidos al HUÉSPED, éste quedará sujeto a las disposiciones
de este reglamento, considerándolo como contrato y estará obligado al cumplimiento de todos sus puntos.
2. El siguiente reglamento tendrá como vigencia el tiempo que dure la estancia o prestación de los servicios que da el HOTEL al HUÉSPED y
hasta ser liquidado el adeudo o gasto derivado de la prestación de los servicios al HUÉSPED.
3. El HOTEL se reserva el derecho de admisión de las personas que atenten contrala seguridad de los huéspedes y/o empleados, y que vengan bajo
los influjos del alcohol o alguna droga no autorizada.
4. EL HOTEL se reserva los derechos sobre la programación de las actividades internas, centros de consumo, áreas recreativas y demás servicios
ofertados, las cuales pueden ser cambiadas o modificadas de acuerdo a la operación y necesidades del HOTEL, sin previo aviso.
5. Todo HUÉSPED que se aloje en el HOTEL tendrá la obligación de registrarse en la tarjeta de registro de huéspedes indicando su nombre,
dirección y definiendo la fecha de registro y salida del HOTEL, así como el nombre y edad de las personas que lo acompañan. Por razones de
seguridad, en el momento del registro del HUÉSPED se requerirá una identificación oficial vigente con fotografía de todos los huéspedes
registrados y sus visitas. La identificación con fotografía también debe coincidir con el nombre que figura en la reserva. El HOTEL se reserva el
derecho de negar el ingreso a los huéspedes que no posean una identificación válida con fotografía. Los datos e información personal
proporcionados por el HUÉSPED al HOTEL serán recabados, tratados y almacenados en los términos y condiciones del Aviso de Privacidad
que fue dado a conocer a su ingreso al HOTEL en la recepción o en la tarjeta de registro
6. Se considera como huésped del hotel única y exclusivamente a la persona o personas que hayan realizado el Check-in y firmado la tarjeta de
registro.
7. El uso de las instalaciones es exclusivo para huéspedes del hotel registrados, no se permite el acceso a las habitaciones de personas adicionales
de realizarse el huésped deberá de notificar a la Recepción, realizar el proceso de registro y pagar el cargo por persona extra que es de $ 850.00
Adultos y de $ 650 Niños de 3 a 11 años.
8. El día hotelero comienza a las 15:00 hrs y termina a las 12:00 pm del día. Después de esta hora se asumirá que el huésped permanecerá una
noche más y se le hará el cargo correspondiente.
9. El huésped deberá dejar en la recepción la llave de su habitación y control remoto del aire acondicionado al momento del check out. De no
hacerlo así, el hotel cobrara de 150 MXP por duplicado de llave y llavero y de $ 400.00 por control remoto en caso de que el huésped la extravíe
o lo dañe.
10. No está permitido recibir visitas en el interior de las habitaciones, estas podrán permanecer en el área de recepción únicamente o áreas comunes
que se les asigne por parte de la administración.
11. Está Prohibido, fumar, consumir o tener encendido cualquier producto de tabaco, nicotina u otra sustancia dentro de las habitaciones o en las
áreas comunes del hotel. De no cumplir con lo expresado el hotel hará un cargo adicional por concepto de lavandería y tintorería de cortinas,
colchas, cobertores, etc. de $ 200.00. adicional de la multa establecida en el Ley
12. Todo daño causado por algún huésped a las instalaciones, amenidades, blancos o mobiliario del hotel será pagado en su totalidad por el mismo
antes de su salida del hotel.
13. Es obligación del huésped mantener sus conversaciones en un tono moderado y vigilar que sus niños en caso de haber no alteren el descanso de
los demás, así mismo se compromete a cubrir el costo que implique la reparación o reposición de cualquier objeto, mueble o bien material
propiedad del hotel que haya sido dañado total o parcialmente, ya sea por descuido o intencionalmente, dicho costo sera informado por la
administración y deberá ser cubierto antes del check out.
14. No se permite ingresar y consumir alimentos y bebidas ajenos al hotel.
15. El hotel no se hace responsable de valores que no se hayan reportado y depositado en la recepción.
16. No se permite extraer las toallas de habitaciones para uso en alberca.
17. No se permite extraer toallas fuera de las instalaciones del hotel sin aviso a la recepción en caso de requerirlo se deberá solicitar en la recepción
y dejar un depósito de $ 200.00 MXP, dicho importe le será reintegrado al regresar la toalla en caso de daño o perdida el costo será de $ 400.00

18. Los aires acondicionados deberán permanecer apagados siempre y cuando el huésped este fuera de la habitación.
19. Si se hospeda más de una noche favor de informar en la Recepción que requerirá limpieza de la habitación.
20. Por ahorro de agua y cuidado del medio ambiente le pedimos que si ocupa no ocupa cambio de toallas colgarlas dentro de la habitación en caso
de dejarlas en el piso se entenderá que requiere cambio de estas.
21. No está permitido el ingreso de mascotas de ningún tipo.
22. Cualquier anomalía el huésped deberá reportarla al personal del hotel o a la administración.
23. Cuando un huésped haga uso del estacionamiento del hotel, debe colocar su automóvil en un lugar adecuado, el establecimiento no se hace
responsable de daños parciales o robo total del vehículo ni de objetos dejados en su interior.
24. El hotel no se hace responsable por los inconvenientes que proveedores de servicios externos puedan ocasionar al huésped (lavandería,
tintorería, agencia de tours y taxis, etc.)
25. Si el personal de Limpieza (Camarista) reporta sábanas, toallas, colchas o cualquier otro artículo de la habitación manchado con tinta, pintura de
zapatos, tinte de pelo, maquillaje o alguna otra sustancia de difícil lavado, se le hará un cargo extra al huésped por concepto de lavandería o
reposición del artículo dependiendo del daño ocasionado en éste. Los costos de los blancos por daño total y reposición son los siguientes:
Colcha $ 900.00, sabana $ 450.00, toalla de baño $ 300.00, toalla de manos $ 150.00, toalla facial $50.00, tapete de baño $ 100.00
26. El hotel NO ES RESPONSABLE POR OBJETOS OLVIDADOS en áreas públicas del establecimiento, ni por artículos olvidados dentro de las
habitaciones una vez realizado el Check-out.
27. El huésped se compromete a entregar cualquier objeto perteneciente al hotel que le haya sido prestado, en las condiciones que le fueron
entregados. De lo contrario, tendrá que cubrir el costo de la reparación, o en su caso, de la pérdida total o parcial. El importe queda a criterio del
hotel.
28. Los objetos o valores olvidados por algún huésped en la habitación hayan sido encargados en la recepción quedarán en custodia de la
administración del hotel por un término de 60 días, concluido este periodo y al no haber reclamación alguna, serán desechados.
29. Los huéspedes que presenten una actitud agresiva, amenazante o que falten el respeto de cualquier forma, ya sea al personal u otros huéspedes
deberán abandonar el hotel de inmediato y serán denunciados ante la autoridad competente. El Hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión.

Un hotel lindo con un dueño con una muy baja calidad de persona
El dueño del hotel, grosero, trato mal a mi hermana y la insultó, si tienen planeado quedarse aquí cuíden a las chicas de ese patan. No pagan horas extra, la obligaron a entregar su uniforme y salir del hotel sin su playera, mi hermana tuvo que caminar así por la calle.

Sus instalaciones son de en sueño, hermoso lugar, si lo que quieres es descansar del ruido es el lugar ideal, la amabilidad de todos los que te reciben ahí es de lo mejor te hacen sentir en casa ☺️🫶🏻🩵 después de un gran día recorriendo la laguna, llegar y darte un buen baño en tina y agua caliente te esperará.

Es un lugar muy bonito, todo es perfecto y muy limpio.
La persona que nos aseaba las habitaciones Super amable y empática.
Miguel, el gerente del hotel, es muuuy amable, te da gusto en todo y siempre está sonriendo y de excelente humor, además cocina delicioso. Y las chicas que lo apoyan también muy amables.

Don’t recommend at all
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. My family and I travel very often but this has to be the worst experience we’ve had. The website made it seem that we would have a beautiful room with a direct access and a view of the lagoon but when we arrived, it was nothing of the sort. You have to cross the street to get to the lagoon and you can’t see it from the hotel. False advertisement! When we told the manager about this he said there was a “private club” with private access to the lagoon. It was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the “club” and it wasn’t a club at all. They had a few chairs and kayaks, and it’s next to someones house, not private at all. It really just seemed like a backyard, not a club at all. One of the beds had stained sheets and a fingernail, there were cob webs, and it wasn’t very clean overall. There is a sign asking you to turn the ac off when you’re not in the room but if you do that, it will feel like an oven when you come back. They provided us with one roll of toilet paper for four people. There were several windows with curtains that didn’t fit, they were far too small, we could see people outside which means they could see us. My daughter could see right into another room from the top bunk. No privacy. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because they had weird hours but I highly doubt it would’ve been worth it. There wasn’t much stuff, we were attended by one guy most of the time and he was fairly nice. Overall, we do not recommend this place. 0/10.

Worst place I have stayed in my life
This place was absolutely not what I expected! Customer service was terrible! Rude, disrespectful, vulgar all you can think of. The only reason I decided to stay was so I would not lose my money because they were or willing to return my money. I showed up and they had sold my suite to soMeone else bc I didn’t arrive at 3pm when no where on the policy states if you don’t arrive by three the room will be cancelled! I have stayed at many places and traveled many times and never have I ever experienced this. I would never recommend this place. They search your room as your a criminal. There is no privacy with the bathroom and room nothing at all. The water is so dirty around the bedroom! They took my money never reimbursed me for the suite I originally paid for! Very disappointed and disgusted

Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, können andere Bewertungen nicht unterstreichen. Das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Hatten das Familienzimmer, großes king size Bett, Bad super. Die Einrichtung nicht die neueste aber absolut gemütlich und alles da. Lage ist super. Der Pool könnte mal neu gefliest werden, etliche Fliesen am Boden abgebrochen. Eine wichtige Anmerkung haben wir jedoch: die Musik am Pool ist zu laut und läuft von 8 Uhr morgens bis 23 Uhr nachts. Als Familienzimmer zwischen Bar und Pool absolut nicht ok. Das sollte geändert werden, kamen uns vor wie in einer Disko. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns von der Besitzerin unfreundlich erklärt, die Poolzeit ist bis 23 Uhr. Obwohl wir in der ersten Nacht dort alleine waren, wurde es nicht geändert. Schade.

Der Rest war toll und sehr hübsch angelegt, Preis definitiv nicht günstig. Aber wir kommen wieder

Hotel Cabañas Luxury Bacalar Mexiko
Eine schöne Hotelanlage mit mehren kleinen Häusern. Häuser mit Reetdach, im
Maya Stil. Gepflegte Anlage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an Rezeption.
Abends schöne Beleuchtung der Anlage und des Pools.

Belles chambre tap a l oeuil porte serviettes rouillées pas de télé pas de coffre interdiction de mettre du papier dans les toilettes !! Donc on va aux toilettes et on dois se laver le c.. avec une douche suspendu qui tient à peine et sans pommeau super et en plus la clef de la chambre 3 ouvre celle de la 4 également un vrai courant d zir ces chambres belles vertes mais fini pour moi lui pour les nains 140 x150 on je fais 1.80 !!! Bref elle paye plus cher et allez ailleurs et la mer est pas sur place la réceptionniste caustaud avec le pied dans le plâtre est infame bref n y allez pas ...que du rap à l oeuil

HORRIBLE SÉJOUR
Fuyez cet hôtel. L’hôtel est cher mais rien ne le justifie. Crasse dans la chambre, robinet très sale, meubles cassés, porte qui ne se verrouille pas (porte qui est en fait une vulgaire baie vitrée avec laquelle on doit se battre pour pouvoir réussir à la fermer), absence de petit déjeuner (quand on passe une commande avec du poulet on nous ramène un plat 30minutes après sans poulet car il n’y en a plus et en plus ils nous le cachent comme si on allait pas se rendre compte qu’il n’y a pas de viande, les pancakes étaient périmés avec une odeur d’œuf pourri), absence d’eau à notre arrivée, douche bouchée, ménage non fait, musique forte de 7h a 23h (quand on demande de baisser ils refusent de le faire), draps sales, prise cassée et fondue.
Le pire c’est lorsque la dame de l’accueil exige un checkout pour contrôler l’état des lieux alors qu’il n’y a même pas eu de checkin : une honte !
Lieu Minable.
Honteux lorsque l’on paie 200€ une nuit.

Desastre
Nous souhaitions finir notre voyage avec un bel hôtel. Extrêmement déçue. Chambre minuscule, pas de porte avec douche et toilettes, aucune intimité, lit tout petit, très sale, piscine verte, personnel très désagréable, loin du centre. Aucun avantage à aller dans cet hôtel a part perdre son argent

Des Cabanes de Luxe
Nous avons réservé la plus grande suite, et quelle surprise !

Le gérant est très accueillant et chaleureux, l'endroit est paradisiaque avec le Lagon à côté. Le wifi est compliqué à avoir, mais c'est propre à la région.

Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.

OK for a short stay, but only if you don't value your privacy
This place is not for you if you value privacy. There is only a privacy wall between the bed and toilet, so unless you like doing your business in the same room as your travel companion, it's not great. The rooms are basically a glass box with billowing white curtains, so we felt quite exposed, even with them closed.

It's the smallest double bed ever. I travelled with a girlfriend so we naturally hug the edge of the bed when we have to share, but in this bed, we were still crashing into each other.

The plug sockets are few, and in daft places if you want to charge a phone.
The property is on the other side of the road to the lagoon.

Whilst we only ate Breakfast, we spoke to the chef (Gordan Ramsey and Jamie Oliver trained) and the menu sounded lovely.

I'd say the property is ok for short stays without children, but there's nowhere to put clothes and there is water and weird, uneven floating steps all over the place - definitely design over function and a nightmare for children or the disabled.

Worst experience
We check in with a young lady at the front Desk was nice in all of our stay she was a helpful person
It looks like a luxury hotel but there’s no coffee machine, Tv, bellboy to help you with luggage No SAFE in the room or front Desk
Breakfast Is from 7-10 but if you were up at 7:45 the cook might not be in the mood to serve you coffee or breakfast even if you patiently waiting he coment so upset why don’t I go back to sleep awful service
There was an older lady at the front Desk probably the owner she had the worse mouth Arguin with staff members about over buying tortillas like if it was a grocery store Do NOT Stay here not worth the money SERVICE IS WORSE Then a motel

What a pity...
...that we have read other reviews just when we were there!

In fact we have experience the same of many others: a place that it's absolutely outpriced for the experience it offers to Customers.

The manager (Leo) is trying to keep things together, but the whole staff is just a disaster.
They are simply uncapable (kitchen is really unacceptable), unwilling (nobody speaks 1 word of English, but even using our Spanish-Italian they neither try) and some even impolite (reception lady should simply not work in contact with normal human being)

Coming to the place itself common spaces are fine and some rooms even beautiful, but this was not the case of our Family room... which was quite standard with a not well cleaned bathroom.

Bacalar is just an amazing place, threat yourself better than how they do here!

Accueil glacial: impression de déranger. Piscine trouble et verte. Chambre sale et inconfortable:
-draps sales et déchirés
-robinet cassé
-climatisation défectueuse
Petit-dej catastrophique (beurre presque liquide...)
Cet hôtel ne donne même pas sur la lagune.
Le WIFI est désastreux (on ne le captait que sur notre terrasse et encore c'était très lent)
En résumé, hôtel se voulant haut de gamme mais qui en réalité est à fuir absolument

molto intimo e accogliente
Siamo stati in questo mini residence solamente una notte, in occasione della nostra visita alla laguna di bacalar. Più che un hotel è un piccolo insieme di stanze indipendenti contenuti in diverse casette davvero molto molto carine. Il contesto è tranquillo e rilassante, è presente anche una piscina dove potersi ristorare e rilassare. La nostra stanza era grande e molto pulita. Il bagno grandissimo e una doccia bellissima.
Anche la colazione era buona. Non a buffet ma su ordinazione al cameriere. Principalmente salato ma su richiesta anche qualcosa di dolce. Mi ha stupito positivamente. Consigliato per chi vuole passare la notte e visitare la laguna.

Wir kamen sehr spät an und haben uns im vorbei fahren dafür entschieden. Das Hotel wirkt sehr stylisch, doch sind in dem cabana dusche und WC mit dem Bett in einem Raum ohne Tür. Die Glasfront zur Terrasse wird durch einen dünnen weißen Vorhang verdunkelt. Außen ist Wasser, das stylisch blau beleuchtet ist. Allerdings ist dann das Schlafzimmer in blauem Licht getränkt, was zum schlafen nicht gerade fein ist. Das Frühstück sollte inklusive sein, doch man kann nur zwischen drei Gerichten (Frenchtoast, Hotcakes) auswählen und es gibt eine Tasse Filterkaffee. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und kann kein Wort englisch. Die Anlage wirkt allgemein etwas unpraktisch und rechtfertigt nicht den sehr hohen Preis. Deshalb leider nur wenige Punkte.
