Great Experience
The staff is friendly and very welcoming. We had a great stay and the rooms were comfortable and safe. Phestus was one of the restaurant staff that served us very well each time we were here and made sure that we enjoyed the experience. Food was great too!

Great food and service, high sticker prices
Had Dinner at the Chop House Restaurant at the Radisson. The food was great, and the food even greater. The waiters were very professional. One of the best food and services experience in Nairobi. The sticker prices are however steep. Spent close to 150 USD for only a main, one desert and two glasses of wine for two, more than I spend in a number of US and UK cities, including NYC and London

Too expensive and not transparent with security risks
There are far better hotels in Nairobi at better prices. Radisson is also a security risk due to many politicians hosting conferences. The team at Radisson does not inform you of these security risks ahead of your stay or during your stay. Money makers
