nur ein Wort reicht: entsetzlich, niemals 5 Sterne ,daher viel zu teuer, höchstens 3 Sterne, alles was beschrieben wurde, war nicht so,

We had a below par experience at the hotel. We had multiple issues (1) people did not speak English (2) Room and upkeep was at best average (3) Room service was poor (4) we had hotel staff just walk into our room multiple times
All in all a below average experience and certainly not expected from a place that charges almost $400 a night

It was worst hotel I have been to. Very very dirty. Staff was not at all cooperative. Worst management I have seen.
Room was not at all good. No baggage rack was available. Sofa n furniture was like antique. Filled the room with furniture whatever they have in spare. Called 3 times for coffee n tea refills. Went personally but nothing happened.
Check out time was given to pick up the luggage. We had to go to the office to wake them up n help with the luggage.
Dining room was the worst experience.
Went 1 hour before for the breakfast closing time. No food was available. No cutlery was given , asked for cutlery but no one bothered so we had to set our own table to have breakfast. Manager was there but he didn’t bother to do anything.

Terrible service, shabby, definitely not luxury
I can’t attach videos to tripadvisor but I attached some images. The videos showed the broken furniture and bathroom fittings almost falling off. They’re on my google review .

I thought the recent bad reviews were maybe just exaggerating but no, they are correct. If this was a cheaper three star hotel I wouldn’t leave this review. Because this hotel is five star and charges high money, I wanted to share the experience so that others don’t arrive disappointed

Some of the furniture in the room is falling apart, the bathroom is dirty even after cleaning and the bathroom fittings are loose. The air con works but sounds like it needs replacing. The worst thing is the staff attitude.

We had something like 5 key cards fail, meaning I had to go to reception multiple times for help, and they have a very bad attitude to any problems. I saw various customers complain about something in their room and asking to be moved to a new room but the staff simply do not care at all and say “this isn’t a problem” and “you cannot move room”. They use “I don’t understand your problem” as a default meaning “go away”

If you call reception for something eg they hadn’t given us shampoo etc, they say they’ll send someone but it never happens

We had a problem with an alarm belonging to the hotel beeping loudly every 30 seconds all night meaning I couldn’t sleep. So I was VERY tired the next day and asked reception for help

The receptionist Seren could not care less. She laughed at me saying “what should I do”.
When I said can I move room she simply said no as “there is no problem”. Eventually I found the source of the alarm, filmed it and showed her and then she believed me and she got it fixed. Video attached to reviews I left on google

Customer service was basically terrible, I’ve never been in a situation where the staff hear a complaint and grin/laugh/smirk and refuse to act or even pretend to care even after multiple attempts.

Breakfast was ok, with a big selection of things like cauliflower, rice, eggs, it felt like an old fashioned 1970s hotel restaurant space. Coffee was terrible, lukewarm warm brown water in a self service jug

A cup of Turkish tea and a cup of coffee and a baklava for 2 people in the other restaurant owned by the hotel, cost us around £24/ 28euro / 1000 Turkish lira. They didn’t tell us the price when we ordered it, but In Istanbul you will get Turkish tea for free or 50-100tlr and baklava is cheap, so we didn’t think to ask - we charged it to the room and had a big shock when we checked out

The view from the hotel is amazing. You are paying only for the view here. It is an amazing view. You see balloons, red valley in the distance. But there are many hotels with this view in Uchisar.

The spa facilities seem fine. The outdoor pool was out of use according to the spa staff

In my opinion the decor and broken furniture and bad attitude of the staff should make it a 2* hotel, with the view from the rooms of a 5* hotel

They seem to host big tour groups of Indian and Japanese people. I wonder if these groups get a different service or something leading to better reviews?

The awards etc that they have outside the front of the hotel seem to be from many years ago eg a booking.Com one outside the front door from 2017. That should say it all I think

If you want luxury, go elsewhere. This really isn’t it

Absolutely worst hotel I have stayed in my life dodo not deserve any star for this hotel.
Reception very rood
Room absolutely untidy and not clean
Bathroom half of the fittings were not working
Dustbin full of dirty stuff from previous passenger not bother to clean
No amenity or food or snacks in room even if chargeable
Fridge is empty and dirty
No glass of whiskey or wine in room
Restaurant not provide anything in room service
Surprisingly they charge for bucket of ice 30 usd. If ask in room
Breakfast untidily kept and though juice is kept along with breakfast but chargeable
Still many thing I donot remember but staying in this hotel is night dream.
If any responsible hotel association is reading this request you to remove five star property for this property.

El hotel es un hotel de 5 estrellas porque tiene todo lo que exige un hotel de 5 estrellas pero en muy mal estado y no podemos decir qué hay mal servicio porque no existe servicio, la gente no habla inglés, ni camareros ni nadie. Salimos muy temprano a conocer la ciudad y cuando regresamos en la noche el cuarto no estaba hecho. Ni recomiendo este hotel

Cappadocia Cave Hotel
Great location with amazing views of the valley and surrounds from the roof top balcony. Uchisar castle provides a spectacular back drop which looms over the hotel. Its a great location to view the hot air balloons each morning for the sun rise. The young guys managing the hotel were very friendly and helpful during our time.

Siamo state ospiti del ristorante dell'hotel, il cui executive chef è Mustafa Buyukuan, e che dire: cucina e servizio eccellenti. Staff professionale e preparato, piatti ricercati e ben eseguiti.
Qui si può trovare la tipica cucina turca, leggermente rivisitata, per avvicinarci a tutti i palati.

Expérience incroyable. Un endroit incontournable à Capadocia. L'emplacement est très bon
Tout le personnel est bon et souriant surtout le personnel à la réception tout était propre et ordonné la nourriture est excellente. J'aime tout dans cet endroit. Nous avons vraiment eu une super expérience. Les chambres sont également incroyables avec vue sur le magnifique paysage.

Struttura ottima, servizio pessimo
La struttura si trova in posizione ideale, caratteristica, molto bello il panorama che si può ammirare dalle stanze, soprattutto all’alba….. pessimo il servizio …..praticamente inesistente……… PECCATO……. un po’ di attenzione al servizio ristorazione (al momento imbarazzante), al servizio pulizia stanze e Spa funzionante rendere il soggiorno fantastico!!!!!

Sporco e poco ospitale
Abbiamo alloggiato per vacanza in questa struttura, è inutile dire quanto siano poco accoglienti già dall’arrivo con la signorina alla reception, ma la meraviglia sta’ nelle camere….. sporche e con finestre rotte, lampada sul comodino rotta !!! Che disastro di posto, non fare il mio errore NON ANDATE … ci sono strutture molto migliori.

El hotel, a pesar de estar bien ubicado y contar con unas buenas instalaciones, no es un 5 estrellas lujo.

Sehr schön und sehr nett
Die Anlage ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für ein SPA Aufenthalt gibt es alle Möglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wird jeder Wunsch gleich erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Muy mala experiencia en general
Ubicado en un buen lugar y con una vista muy bonita del volcán y las montañas este hotel que parecía ser un gran lugar de descanso resultó ser todo lo contrario. Las habitaciones muy limpias en general y con buen tamaño pero nos dejaron un vino abierto de otros huéspedes, en la madrugada (3am) que llegaron los de la habitación de al lado hubo un intercambio de gritos brutal entre el de las maletas y los huéspedes sin importar la hora o las habitaciones aledañas. El servicio de restaurante sin alguien que hablara inglés, la comida realmente mala y sin opciones para el desayuno. Para la cena tardaron aproximadamente 40minutos en traernos el postre y un vaso con hielos. El checkout nos tomó aproximadamente 45min porque tampoco había quien hablara inglés y quien estaba no conocía el sistema de la computadora y no podía imprimir nuestra cuenta. Las habitaciones sin queja pero para el precio, el servicio es de un hotel de una estrella por mucho. No lo recomendaría y no regresaría jamás.

Comida excelente
Fuimos a cenar y la verdad , las vistas, la cena y atención de los camareros fue de primera . Nos encantó, sobre todo las vistas al atardecer y luego las luces de la ciudad, hicieron de ese momento un momento inolvidable en familia.

Hôtel bien trop cher pour ses prestations
Cette hôtel est joli mais tombe en décrépitude :

- petit déjeuner : les mouches sont partout sur les pains, les confitures, même collées dans le miel. 5 employés sont à l’accueil, pas un ne dit bonjour

- service : nous avons mangé un soir dans la chambre, les assiettes sont restées 24h devant la porte ...

- chambres : jolies mais les terrasses sont mal entretenues (les plantes ne sont pas arrosées et complètement desséchées)

- piscine extérieure : sale et le soit disant pool bar semble clos et en ruine

- spa : la chambre de sel est sympa, l’esp Piscine est très vieillot

Nous sommes venus en 2009 l’hotel était somptueux, depuis quelle déception, nous ne reviendrons pas

Espectaculares vistas
Hotel resort en inmejorable situación con vistas a todo El Valle.
Habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas con un servicio esmerado.
Independencia y privacidad maxima con estilo rupestre pero con todas las comodidades y ultima tecnología en las dependencias.

Das Hotel ist unglaublich toll, wunderschöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Am besten ist jedoch der Ausblick frühmorgens wenn die Ballons steigen. Traumhaft! Das Essen im Restaurant war auch hervorragend .

Molto cortesi
Hotel molto piacevole, location ottima, personale cortese, se utilizzate le offerte il prezzo é giusto si parte da 300 LT per doppia compresa spa e piscina, colazione buona come anche la cena, forse é solo sfortuna ma non mi é piaciuto il vino turco.

Hotel de rêve pour visiter la Cappadoce
Idéalement situé au centre de la plus belle partie de la Cappadoce, à quelques kilomètres des plus beaux sites, le CCR possède par ailleurs une des plus belles vues de la région grâce à sa situation idéale sur les flancs de la colline d’Uchisar qui surplombe les alentours.
Après plusieurs jours de visites et de randonnées je peux affirmer qu’à mon avis il s’agit du meilleur emplacement possible pour un hôtel dans la région.
L’établissement lui même est superbe alliant plusieurs types d’architecture sur plusieurs niveaux et proposant de très belles chambres. Attention cependant à la notion de terrasses privatives annoncées dans le descriptif de l’hôtel et qui sont en fait des lieux de passage rejoignant plusieurs chambres enlevant beaucoup de sens au terme « privatif».
Nous avions une senior suite splendide (N°234), comprenant une entrée avec canapé face à un balcon offrant une magnifique vue, une pièce centrale avec une immense baignoire jacuzzi, luminothérapie à deux places, et une chambre « troglodyte» avec un grand lit rond. Enfin une belle salle de bain avec une douche italienne à jets. (la chambre dispose bien évidemment de l’air conditionné)
Assiette de fruits frais à l’arrivée, bouteilles d’eau renouvelées tous les jours et bouilloire avec un grand choix de thé et de café complètent le tableau.
Seule critique : le puits de lumière au dessus du lit donne sur la terrasse supérieure et est fermé par une sorte de vitrail certes très joli mais laissant passer la lumière (soleil ou spots la nuit). Il est dommage de ne pouvoir l’obstruer (nous mettions des coussins dessus en espérant que personne ne les enlève pendant la nuit !)
Suite magnifique donc mais qui gagnerait à être située un peu plus haut, celle-ci étant au dessus de la piscine, ce qui peut sans doute s’avérer bruyant si celle-ci est très fréquentée (ce qui n’était pas le cas pendant notre séjour).

Belle piscine avec toujours cette magnifique vue mais dont le service de serviettes est à améliorer.
Spa de qualité également avec de beaux bains turcs privatisables, une espace comprenant divers prestations dont une piscine intérieure et une originale « adventure shower ». Nous n’avons pas testé les massages.

Concernant les repas nous avons pris tous nos diners à l’hôtel n'ayant pas la force de ressortir après une journée de randonnée: la carte est variée, proposant des spécialités turques mais également italiennes de grande qualité à des prix très raisonnables. Nous avons testé le restaurant proprement dit le premier soir, que nous avons trouvé un peu triste et à la décoration décevante par rapport au reste de l’établissement, et avons donc diné sur la terrasse du bar les autres soirs bien plus agréable selon nous , sachant que la carte et les prix sont les mêmes. Attention cependant aux moustiques (pantalon recommandé !).
Personnel très sympathique, chaleureux, efficace et prévenant qui vous propose notamment des plaids si la fraicheur du soir le justifie.
Bon petit déjeuner à prendre lui obligatoirement dans la salle du restaurant, varié et de qualité, avec une charmante dame qui vous fait des œufs ou des crêpes à la demande. Dommage néanmoins que dans un pays où on vous propose partout du jus d’orange frais vous n’en ayez pas dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Dernier point à mentionner la qualité de l’accueil et la conciergerie : comme le reste efficace et chaleureux et proposant des prestations intéressantes et notamment le survol en montgolfière qui est un moment inoubliable à faire sans hésiter.

Merveilleux endroit donc dans une merveilleuse région !

Abbiamo passato tre giorni in questo bellissimo hotel sulla collina di Uchisar, appena al di sotto del castello naturale.
È punto ideale di partenza delle escursioni più importanti nelle valli di Goreme e in Cappadocia.
Avevamo una ampia camera deluxe con vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Il personale è squisitamente disponibile e la prima colazione è ricca e varia.
Il ristorante, presso cui abbiamo cenato la prima sera, non ci ha soddisfatto.
Straordinario lo spettacolo delle mongolfiere in volo che si ammira la mattina presto.
È indispensabile l'uso di auto propria o taxi per i collegamenti con il centro di Goreme.

J'adore cet hôtel. Nous voulions séjourner dans un hôtel de la grotte mais je ne voulais pas faire face à la poussière des murs ou comme si nous étions à la dure. CCR n'était certainement pas à la dure. C'est un bel hôtel. Les vues sont spectaculaires, le personnel est merveilleux. Tout le monde était si laborieux à l'hôtel. Si vous besoin de quelque chose, il a été rapidement traitée. Le spa et la piscine pourrait ouvrir un peu plus tôt compte tenu de visites ont tendance à commencer très tôt. Néanmoins, nous avons pu nager dans la piscine en plein air chaque jour de notre séjour.

Fein und erholsam
Wir haben 4 schöne Tagn in Cappadocia Cave Resort & Spa verbracht. Zimmer war schön und komfortabel, das Badezimmer könnte es besser beleuchtet sein.
Das Spa, der Pool und die Sauna waren gut ausgestattet, die türkische Bad ist empfehlenswert nach die lange Besichtigungen.
Das Essen war in Ordnung und vielfältig, wir hätten uns aber mehr erwünscht von türkischen Spezialitäten zu kosten.
Die Aussicht vom Ressort ist einfach spektakulär. Auch von das Zimmerbalkon könnten wir gemütlich in der Früh bei dem Sonnenaufgang die Ballons über die Täler jeden Morgen ansehen.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Selene von der Concierge war immer dabei uns zu helfen und unterstützen.
Ich habe ein persönliches Gegenstand in Hotel vergessen und mir wurde es prompt in mein nächstes Hotel per Post nach Bodrum geschickt.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Capadoccia kommen, dann werden wir wieder CCR wählen.

Bien, mais...
Bon hotel , très belle vue sur la Cappadoce avec les ballons qui s'envolent au petit jour ( c'est très joli ça fait de superbes photos). Hotel luxueux, chambres confortables, Spa très appréciable, avec piscine intérieure chauffée( très bien chauffée même ), sauna, hammam. Vraimment un bel établissement.

Le seul Hic concerne l'isolation phonique des chambres : on pourrait croire qu'avec des murs en pierre assez épais on entendrait pas les voisin , rien du tout ! les portes de communiquantes ( pour les familles) sont épaisses comme du papier à cigarette et laissent passer tous les sons . C'est exactement comme si il n'y avait pas de porte !
