Super Personal, aber leider das Geld nicht wert..
Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und bemüht. Das ändert aber leider nichts am Zustand des Hotels.

Das Hotel wurde auf den ehemaligen Kaufhof gebaut, in dem jetzt ein großer Edeka ist. Die Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße hat aber auf Grund der schlecht schallisolierten Fenster eben auch Nachteile. Außerdem sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig.

Die Angaben auf der Hotelwebsite zu den Suiten stimmen nicht überein. Es gibt nicht nur Suiten mit ebenerdiger Dusche sondern auch mit Dusch/Badewannenkombi.

Wenn man extra wegen der Dusche ein Upgrade bucht, ist das schon sehr ärgerlich. Auf Grund der super Rezeption hatten wir das Zimmer aber noch wechseln können.

Allerdings ist der Zustand der Zimmer und die Einrichtung sehr fragwürdig. USB-Steckdosen am Bett funktionieren nicht und der Fernseher stürze jedes mal ab, wenn man dran vorbei ging.

Die Einrichtung wirkte irgendwie nicht recht durchdacht. Das Bett war allerdings angenehm weich und sehr groß.

Der zwingende Check-Inn an Tablets führte außerdem zu Beginn der Check-Inn-Zeit zu langen Wartezeiten. Hier ist das Personal aber auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück ist ganz ok. Allerdings ist die Hälfte der Sitzmöbel im Frühstücksraum total abgenutzt und abgewetzt.

Nochmal würden wir hier nicht buchen.

Es gibt bessere in Düsseldorf
Guter Standort - das war’s leider auch schon. Allein schon der ausschließliche Self Check In für n 4 Sternehotel geht nicht. Zudem Zimmerreinigung alle 3 Tage??? Da ist Motelone usw noch besser! Das parken kostet reduziert 20€ pro Nacht ..

Doppelt abgebuchtes Zimmer Betrag nicht zurückerhalten!
Im Prinzip ist das Hotel in Ordnung, hat einen super zentralen Standort, das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, wenn man nicht wie ich, doppelt belastet wird auf der Kreditkarte und sich weder das Hotel in Düsseldorf noch die carat-Hotel Zentrale in der Lage sieht, meine Reklamation diesbezüglich zu beantworten geschweige denn zu bearbeiten. Ich bin selber gelernte Hotelkauffrau und habe jahrelang in allen Bereichen jeglicher Hotelklassen von 1-Stern bis 5-Stern Hotels gearbeitet, aber die Nichtbeantwortung von Kundenreklamationen ist dabei niemals passiert. Ich kann nur den Rat an das Hotel geben: Der letzte Eindruck bleibt beim Gast immer bestehen, die schlechte Erfahrung überwiegt, das Gute schwindet und deshalb gebe ich nur 3 Sterne.

our home for Boot Düsseldorf
Every year we are visiting Carathotel for Boot Düsseldorf. It is location, our same corner room every year, delicious breakfast and staff is great. The food nly absence is a dinning hall. Why not? Maybe in the future the hotel evaluates to start one as the boot Düsseldorf is one of the bigest exhibitions in Europe it is very hard to book for dinner in the reataurants. Looking fw for next year to meet again and stay 9 days like our home in Düsseldorf😊

Good hotel, air con needs improvement
Good hotel, with friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Good location and would return again.

Air conditioning could do with upgrade as isn’t really working, would be only negative feedback.

Easy walk to the station and bars/restaurants.

Great Hotel
A lovely hotel in a great location.
Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Staff are polite and helpful.
Complimentary tea/coffee and a small bar at reception is available.
Wifi is very good too.
Within walking distance of most places including the train station.
To top it off there is an Indian restaurant across the road and a shawarma restaurant on the next corner that is open till 2am - perfect!

Hervorragendes Hotel in optimaler Lage
Das Hotel liegt ideal zwischen Hauptbahnhof ( 10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Kö (10 Minuten zu Fuß).
Zimmer sehr gut und durchdacht eingerichtet. Betten super, Nespresso Maschine plus Equipment, auch eine Flasche Wasser stand bereit. Das Bad auf dem neuesten Stand, Pflegeprodukte, Kleenex, hochwertige Handtücher - es fehlten nur ein paar Haken, aber das ist in fast allen Hotels der Fall.
Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, qualitativ hochwertig, super organisiert von aufmerksamen und umsichtigen Mitarbeiter/innen. Volle Weiterempfehlung!!

I highly recommend Hotel Carat - simply outstanding!!
I stayed already 3 times at Hotel Carat in Düsseldorf and it was always an absolute pleasure. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
The breakfast is 5* - offers everything the heart desires (big choice of special breads, smoked salmon, roast beef, other cold cuts, different types of cheese, fruits and vegetables, the fresh variety of juices….etc. etc.). Simply outstanding!!
However, a special shoutout needs to go to Front Office Manager Isaac. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction is truly impressive. Barman Dado is also always very friendly and helpful, as well as all other staff members, but I do not know their names.
Overall, Hotel Carat provides comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, thanks in large part to its outstanding staff. If you're looking for a hotel in Düsseldorf that offers excellent service and a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Hotel Carat.

Had a excellent one nighter at the Carathotel. Discounted parking (20€ a day) at the Crown parking lot, a clean room with complimentary coffee and water and a well looked after breakfast all in the heart of Düsseldorf. The Königsallee is just a block away and plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants are in your vicinity. Great stay.

Très chouette hôtel bien situé
Super bien situé. A 10 minutes à pied de l'ancien Dusseldorf et à 30 minutes en tram du Nord Park. Quartier avec plusieurs restaurants dont le Jaipur en face de l'hôtel. Parking payant dans le même bâtiment. Accueil très agréable, souriant et professionnel. Déco très chouette. Beaucoup d'espace. Buffet déjeuner généreux. Chambres agréables et propres.

Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione
L'hotel è situato in un'eccellente posizione, a metà strada tra la stazione e l'Altstadt: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Dusseldorf. Verrete accolti in una hall molto grande e accogliente con un american bar aperto fino alle 2 di notte; l'hotel essendo stato ristrutturato da poco è in ottime condizioni. Le camere sono molto spaziose, con bagni abbastanza grandi. In ogni camera avrete a disposizione una bottiglia d'acqua e la macchina Nespresso con 4 cialde (tutto incluso nella vostra prenotazione). Gli orari della colazione sono abbastanza comodi (fino alle 10.30 in settimana e fino alle 11.00 la domenica). La sala della colazione è molto grande e accogliente e c'è molta varietà soprattutto per chi preferisce la colazione continentale. La pulizia è veramente eccellente, così come la cordialità di tutto lo staff (dal personale della reception, agli addetti alla sala della colazione e al personale dedito alla pulizia delle camere). La pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera ma potete richiederla pagando un piccolo supplemento. Per chi visita Dusseldorf durante il carnevale, potrete vedere la sfilata dei carri scendendo dall'hotel...hotel consigliatissimo per tutto.

Hôtel facile d'accès, personnel à l'écoute, très propre, spacieux et confortable.

Chambre très grande, très bien pensée et conçue, moderne dans son utilisation (tablette tactile). Lit confortable, eau et café à disposition. Salle de bain dispose de beaucoup de place avec le plus, une lampe chauffante infrarouge.
Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix tant au niveau nourriture que pour les boissons et surtout de qualité !
L'hôtel est très respectueux de l'environnement dans son ensemble.
A 10 minutes à pied des superbes ''marchés de Noël" et des rues commerçantes.
Un parking se trouve dans l'immeuble, 20€/24h (accès très facile).

Le +: Hôtel très bien situé et un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le - éventuel: 1/la tablette tactile qui gère la télévision peut s'avérer compliquée pour des personnes non initiées.

2/Prix du parking fort élevé, même avec une réduction offerte.

Franchement, nous recommandons cet établissement.

Reception? Inesistente!!
Anche se le camere sono fatte bene e moderne ma atteggiamento del personale al reception è veramente pessima, soprattutto quel uomo che si trova sempre nel pomeriggio. Niente saluti e ti guarda con i occhi storti. Non ci tornerò mai più……..

TODO MUY CORRECTO
Buena atención en recepción, excelente desayuno, habitación amplia, cómoda, nos guardaron las maletas después del check-out y ubicación inmejorable. Además muy tranquilo y silencioso. Absolutamente recomendable.

Muy agradable
Está a 10 minutos andando de la estación y a 5 de Konningstrasse. Las habitaciones son amplias y silenciosas. El desayuno muy variado y abundante el bufé. En definitiva muy recomendable por ubicación y servicios

Hotel nuevo y bien situado, junto a un buen supermercado que vale la pena ver y a unos 10 min caminando del centro. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, no se oía ningún ruido. El desayuno abundante y variado. Muy recomendable

Buena ubicación, moderno, cómodo, el personal excelente, el desayuno muy bueno y el precio por lo menos cuando yo he estado muy muy bueno en relación a lo que ofrece.

Nuovo hotel in centro!
Nuovo hotel in centro, giovanile e ben organizzato. Check in veloce e check out lampo... esci senza nemmeno passare dalla reception e la fattura ti arriva via mail.
Camera spaziosa e pulita, macchina caffè a capsule e acqua in dotazione, ciabatte infradito in gomma al posto di dozzinali pantofole usa e getta.
Kit per il bagno migliorabile, manca spazzolino, dentrificio e lametta...
Colazione veramente ricca e buona!

Accogliente, servizio da migliorare
Viaggio di lavoro, mi sono fermata 11 notti. Per la prima colazione ho chiesto se fossero disponibili prodotti vegani, alla reception mi dicono di si. La prima mattina mi reco al ristorante per la colazione e chiedo del latte di soya caldo. Così ho dovuto fare tutte le mattine. Mi domando perché i camerieri non hanno messo a disposizione il latte di soya? Perché vedendomi entrare, dopo la terza mattina, non sono venuti loro a chiedere se volessi il latte di soya? In più domenica avevano finito il latte di soya, e lunedì ancora non c'era, ma fare un po' di scorta, sapendo che mi sarei fermata 11 notti? Credo sia mancata la comunicazione tra reception e ristorante. Ho chiesto inoltre un paio di volte di rifornire il distributore automatico al mio piano, dalla reception mi avevano assicurato che l'avrebbero fatto, ma niente. Ho dovuto chiedere ben tre volte che qualcuno controllasse la mia doccia, perché quando impostavo l'acqua calda non scendeva acqua, ho dovuto aspettare lunedì perché venisse il manutentore. Per il resto, la camera era comodo, non tanto grande, ma per una persona sola ci stava. Comodo il tablet per comunicare con la reception e per accendere la tv. Dopo pochi giorni avevo finito alcune hotellerie e non le hanno messe di nuovo. Mi ha lasciato un po' di stucco che chiedano di pagare prima del soggiorno, sapendo che avevo già pagato per 10 notti, e avevo chiesto di anticipare il check-in di una notte, ho dovuto pagare la notte subito appena arrivata. L'hotel comunque si trova comodo alla metro, e all'interno di un edificio dove c'è un supermercato, lavanderia, panificio e ristoranti, nonché molti ristoranti in zona. Ottima la cassaforte, anche se è attaccata al calorifero e temevo per il mio computer. Ottima la possibilità di avere ferro e asse da stiro in camera.

Ottimo Hotel a due passi dal centro
Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo Hotel. Il personale alla reception é molto professionale e gentile. La camera pulita ed il Wi-fi funziona benissimo. Sono dovuto rimanere un giorno più del previsto a causa del volo cancellato, ma sono riuscito comodamente a lavorare nelle aree comuni. La colazione é buona , varia e fatta con prodotti freschi. Anche la posizione é ottima, a due passi dal centro, ed in taxi si raggiunge velocemente sia la fiera che l'aereoporto. Vengo tutti gli anni a Dusseldorf in occasione del PSI, e quest'Hotel é stato assolutamente il migliore. Sicuramente il prossimo anno ci tornerò.

Encouragements à l'équipe
Passé une nuit, le jour de l'ouverture (ou réouverture?) de cet hôtel le 09 Mars. Des ouvriers encore dans quelques finitions et le nombreux et jeune personnel faisant de son mieux.
Donc, compréhensif lorsque la TV n'a pas fonctionné (absence de la fameuse tablette qui sert de télécommande et probablement d'autres choses, mais qu'on n'a pas vu!). Quoique un petit geste commercial nous aurait touché.
Pour le reste, tout est très bien. L'emplacement, les transports, la chambre parfaite, les équipements (voir les photos) et le petit déjeuner absolument délicieux et riche.
J'y retournerais.
C'est un hôtel à recommander.

Très bon rapport qualité prix en ville
L'hôtel est propre et accueillant en plein centre ville pas loin de la gare centrale. Check in facile et rapide, le personnel sympathique et efficace, les chambres très propres fonctionnelles et silencieuses. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Difficile de trouver mieux. C'est devenu mon adresse à Dusseldorf.
