For many years Casa Beach Hotel, previously Casa del Mar, has been known for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, and always-smiling staff. Casa Beach Hotel is located in the heart of Jambiani, right in the midst of expansive white sand beaches and brilliant turquoise waters.   • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Perfect place to relax.
Very nice place, people and location. It was a peaceful hotel. the views amazing. beautifully designed hotel with absolutely amazing staff. The people were very kind, uncomplicated and courteous. The food was excellent (fresh and very tasty 100% Recommended

Que du bonheur !!
Accueil chaleureux non feint, ambiance conviviale, gentillesse du personnel, calme, piscine á 30°, vue imprenable sur la mer, plage et couleurs de la mer à couper le souffle, restauration de qualité et TRÈS abordable. Bref, un petit hôtel de 6 chambres confortables. Tout le monde est au petit soin pour la clientèle, excursions, visites, chauffeurs et scooters possibles et avec le sourire !!

Nuovo nome: New Teddy’s on the beach
Il mio fidanzato ed io abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10notti. Sicuramente è uno dei posti migliori lungo la spiaggia di Jambiani. Il ristorante è OTTIMO ed economico, migliore di altri vicini. Lo staff preciso e simpatico, una menzione speciale va a Mjaka...lo porteremo sempre nei nostri cuori per l’umanità, la professionalità, la cura dei suoi ospiti e la simpatia che gli riserva.
I bungalow (solo 8) sono semplici ma hanno tutto il necessario, un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe, tuttavia stanno attrezzando meglio l’esterno già meraviglioso, con una piscina(la proprietà ci ha offerto una cena per scusarsi dei lavori in corso). La posizione è super, praticamente nel centro del villaggio di Jambiani, vicino ai mini market, al fruttivendolo, al Car/bike rent e all’Italian Fast food di una coppia molto simpatica a cui rivolgersi anche solo per delle info utili. Da questa posizione potete passeggiare serenamente anche la sera per godere della vita quotidiana del villaggio.

Potenzialmente un piccolo gioiello
Hotel in una location davvero notevole, arredato con gusto, bungalow accoglienti, puliti e comodi, buona accoglienza. Unico neo la colazione servita a tavola e scarsa e il servizio di ristorazione davvero davvero lento, con scarsa varietà di piatti e neanche troppo buoni... insomma ha il potenziale per essere davvero un gioiellino ma bisogna lavorarci 😉

Le potenzialità ci sono ma....
Eravamo tre famiglie, in totale 6 adulti e 5 bambini. Il resort è posizionato bene, il posto bello. Le stanze sono spaziose ed arredate con il minimo, ma andrebbero rinnovate perché è tutto un po' vetusto. La cosa che davvero non c'è piaciuta è la colazione, davvero misera. Per i bambini che facevano colazione con pane tostato e Nutella, dovevamo chiedere ogni giorno la Nutella perché ne portavano pressappoco due cucchiaini da dividere!! Il ristorante ha un menù poco variegato, il cibo non è male, ma la lentezza è impressionante, mediamente si mangia circa un'ora e mezza o due dopo aver ordinato. Sulla spiaggia andrebbero aumentati il numero di ombrelloni, ce ne sono solo tre, non sufficienti per tutte le camere. La wifi è presente solo al ristorante ma è molto lenta e discontinua.

Un paradiso
Tante possono essere i fattori che determinano una recensione. Location , servizi e personale quelle fondamentali per fornire un giudizio completo.
Camera a 30 metri da un mare ad ogni ora dai colori diverso. Mi fa sorridere quando leggo " si ma quando c'è la bassa marea non si può fare il bagno"....uno spettacolo unico e visitare Zanzibar ma scappare al nord dell'isola per evitare questo è a mio avviso folle. Partite senza il peso delle infradito , altro peccato mortale è non camminare tutto il giorno scalzi. Palme e bouganville che fanno da corollario. Servizi assolutamente adeguati , lettini amache divanetti bar e ristotante , camera ? Pulita e confortevole e chi se ne frega se non c'è lo shampoo , attraversi la strada è c'è un
buco di 5 mq (che chiamano mini market) che con 5 euro puoi "saccheggiare". Certo però se a tutto ciò aggiungi la cordialità di tutti dalle ragazze delle pulizie al barman/cameriere ai masai della sicurezza (nessuno può entrare e salire i 5 gradini che ti portano in spiaggia) fino alla direttrice Ilze sempre pronta è disponibile ad ogni esigenza....beh allora non vedo perché non dare i massimi dei voti .

Great and lovely place
Here you will find everything to recover during vacation! Great location, the best beach with lovely swings, excellence food and great drinks. Stuff is really helpful - they can organise everything (starting from airport transfers, all trips till doctor's private visit if needed).

Merveilleux séjour !
Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette hôtel et nous le regrettons absolument pas !
Situé sur la plage, il est très bien entretenue que se soit de l’extérieur ou de l’intérieur ! Tout Le personnel est adorable et toujours à vos soins ...
Le restaurant est sans doute l’un des meilleur, Varié et de très bonne qualité !
Grâce à Virginie, la gérante de l’hôtel , nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable !
Toujours présente elle a été à notre écoute et nous a organisé une semaine magique et inoubliable !
Si vous voulez un endroit calme, reposant avec des paysages de rêve , le Jambiani Beach hôtel est fait pour vous 😍

Séjour remarquable
Pour ceux qui recherchent la simplicité, la tranquillité, la proximité d’une superbe plage, la taille familiale de l’hôtel.
Virginie nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et disponibilité pour nous concocter des programmes à la carte bien organisés pour des excursions à proximité. En parlant de carte... la cuisine proposée est délicieuse et variée. Un séjour très agréable. A déguster sans modération.

SEJOUR AU PARADIS !!!
L'endroit est juste magnifique...
Situé en bord de mer, le Jambiani Beach Hotel est un très bon endroit pour se reposer.
Les bungalows très confortables sont disséminés dans un jardin luxuriant à quelques mètres de la plage.
Les couleurs de la mer sont extraordinaires, en passant du bleu au vert...Le paysage change constamment avec les marées...
Il est possible de prendre un bateau traditionnel pour faire du snorkeling à quelques minutes de l'hôtel: un véritable aquarium!!!
L'hôtel propose également de nombreuses excursions pour découvrir l'île...
L'équipe de l'hôtel est charmante, toujours à l'écoute (mention spéciale pour notre ami Baraka!).
La restauration est délicieuse et variée.
Un grand merci à Virginie pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.
Nous reviendrons au Paradis dès que possible...

My Experience
I must say my experience of the beach hotel was not one of great experience.

Strengths:
- the hotel is by the beach which makes accessing the beach very easy and you get to view low and hide tide of the water.
- the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

weakenesses:
- WIFI connectivity is only by the bar which is very frustrating especially when one needs to check things back home . very weak signal and and when the bar closes around 11, the barmen switch off the wifi. for me who has businesses to run, it was stressing. also no WIFI in the rooms which is really not ideal when before we went there with my family, we were told there is wifi.
- it is very hot and humid and the rooms only offer fans. there are no airconditioners to cool the rooms. i didnt enjoy my evenings as i was sweatig throughout.
- the food is ok, not great. my mother ordered calamari and what was given to her felt like rubber. it was deep fried and when she alerted the owner, all she got was sorry. i found this very bad customer service.

in conclusion, i wouldnt book here again as my experience was very bad. Zanzibar is a great place for holiday but my time at Jambiani Beach hotel was not a nice one.

Playa con gente amigable
La playa se retira mucho durante el día y según la marea hay agua en abundancia o no. La zona norte de la isla tiene playas tal vez mejores en ese sentido. Aún así, este hotel tiene buena onda. Es muy recomendable en relación precio/calidad y desde allí se pueden hacer múltiples paseos. La atención de la gente es sumamente amable. Me quedé menos tiempo del previsto pero me

Desayuno es razonable, la limpieza no es lo más pero ha ir do estado en Tanzania casi un mes, esa es una constante. El bar es muy completo. Y sobre todo el personal del hotel es muy amable y atento.

ottima sistemazione a Jambiani
Hotel semplice, ma molto carino, pulito e accogliente con bungalow sulla spiaggia grandi e spaziosi, forse un troppo poco illuminati.
L'hotel è ubicato direttamente sulla spiaggia di Jambiani, e dispone di un pezzo di spiaggia privata con lettini e ombrelloni e poltroncine varie.
Colazione buona e abbondante e possibilità di pranzare e cenare sul posto, menù vario e ricco.
Un punto in meno perchè nelle serate in cui tira tanto vento la zona ristorante è molto esposta e non ci sono ripari per il vento. E' vero che fa caldo, ma potrebbe essere un po' fastidioso, comunque. Un mio personale suggerimento è quello di cercare di riparare un po' la zona mettendo delle tende o dei separè, o comunque studiare una soluzione che faccia si che la zona comune sia più protetta.
Staff molto gentile e molto disponibile, sempre sorridente e simpatico. I ragazzi ci hanno anche aiutato cercando di rintracciare i nostri bagagli, che non erano arrivati a destinazione, telefonando e prendendo informazioni per noi.

Lots of nice touches
Really beautiful location to watch the sunrise in the morning and moonrise in the evening. Very good breakfast and some lovely touches like petals on the bed and real filter coffee! Also was greatest with a fresh fruit juice on arrival. Virginia was very helpful and friendly to.

PARADISE!
Me and my partner stayed at Jambiani Beach Hotel for 14 nights and it has been a fantastic experience! The hotel is based right on the beach, with easy access to the stunning crystal clear water. Jambiani beach was our favourite as it was less crowded than some other beaches around the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food is great with many vegetarian options and the hotel is guarded at all times allowing us to feel safe and relaxed! Massive thank you to the fantastic staff who are super friendly and take good care of us! Our trip would not have been the same without the manager Virginia, who has helped us in our exploration of the island and introduced us to the best spots and attractions! There are also many tours and activities which are easy to book once you arrive. One of the highlights was going snorkelling just in front of the hotel and going there on a local wooden boat. We also really enjoyed the blue safari and the spice tour. Overall this has been an amazing experience and we are so happy to now be a part of Jambiani beach hotel family and really hope to come back !

Ruhiges Paradis am Strand
Wir waren 1 Woche im New jambiani Beach Hotel. Es ist sehr ruhig und einfach paradiesisch. Vom Bungalow aus konnte man das Meer sehen, welches nur 50 vom Bungalow entfernt war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat nur wenige Gäste, da es nur 6 Bungalows hat.
Das Essen war hervorragend, man muss einfach etwas Geduld haben, da alles direkt frisch zubereitet wird.
Das Wifi funktioniert nur in der Lounge und im Restaurant. Die zimmer sind grosszügig. Achtung man kann nur Bar bezahlen und der Einzige ATM ist in Stone Town.

Toller Aufenthalt!
Wir hatten ein Familienbungalow für 7 Nächte. Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet, aber sehr sauber. Sanitäre Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei und unsere Betten hatten Moskitonetze ohne Löcher.
Der Service im Restaurant war sehr zuvorkommend, die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich und liebevoll, sehr nettes Personal!
Wir würden jederzeit wieder ins Jambiani Beach Hotel gehen.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Gutes Frühstück und überaus freundliches Personal. Schön am Strand gelegen und angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Zimmer sehr sauber nur manchen könnte eine Klimaanlage fehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft auch anderen.

Alle 4 von uns waren von Jambiani Beach Hotel sehr angetan. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen war super, die Mitarbeiter nett und sehr Hilfsbereit. Und das Meeresblick, wirklich sehr toll. Es gibt Beachvolleyball und Yohana's Masai Laden ist ein muss.

Friedvoll, tiefenentspannend, gemütlichst, wunderbar!
Das Jambiani Beach Hotel ist als hätte man sich mit seinem zu Hause mal kurz ins Paradies gebeamt. Ein so gemütlicher, herzlicher Wohlfühlort. Und das ist noch längst nicht alles: die Anlage ist auch ein absoluter Traumort! Auf dem Inseltraum Zanzibar. Zum Einschlafen das Meer hören und sich beim Frühstücken im hellen Türkis verlieren. Unglaublich. Mein Tipp: Stundenlang spazieren gehen bei Ebbe und Seesterne zählen. Und danach eine Yogastunde beim Manager Paul. Dieser Ort ist wirklich der beste für Kopf, Körper, Seele. Danke Jambiani, danke ans ganze Team.
