What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Beautiful lodge in an amazing location
The setting and location of the lodge is amazing.
We stayed for a 3 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There were some inconsistencies with room preparation. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The reason for not giving a 5, is the area where our rooms were, had a bad sewage smell (area rooms 28 to 36). One if the staff members did confirm that it could be a leaking pipe.
Would still recommend this beautiful lodge.

Great Visit - tranquil setting
The Chobe Marina Lodge is in an ideal setting. The hotel is charming and our bungalow was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed drinks on our patio watching the wildlife walk through the grounds. It’s not everyday that we encounter antelope and warthogs! I will only add one minor request - could some weather stripping be placed around the door? This would significantly reduce unwanted visitors. We placed a towel at the bottom of the door which helped tremendously.
The service level at the Lodge was outstanding. Our every need was covered. The staff were always smiling and friendly. Every meal we had was good - we especially enjoyed the bar-b-que evening. There was ample variety of choices - there’s no way you could walk away hungry!! My wife’s dietary restrictions were addressed and accommodated.
Our safari drives and water cruise were fantastic. Our guides did a great job providing memorable and safe safari experiences! They were the best! Our Sundowner celebration was memorable. The drinks and munchies were delicious. The sunset was magical as we drive back to the hotel to celebrate our amazing sightings.
We also enjoyed walking through the town and visiting with the vendors. We felt very safe and welcome.

Wonderful stay
I have had one of the best stays ever. The facilities are exquisite and strategically positioned. There is however need to improve the wifi and add more channels especially sport on the tv bouquet. I would love to come back and l can easily recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

Superb!
Very relaxing place, the river view,the staff, good food. Everything was amazing and having that great feeling in my own country. Botswana is beautiful! Chobe Marina is located in the heart of it, so breathtaking to be there and willing to go back again.
