1. Our resort is theme-based resort having all different room size, shape and interiors, in each of the categories.2. Standard check-in time is 03:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
3. Age Policy – One Child between 04 yrs. To 08 yrs. Will be complimentary on sharing existing bed. Second Child between 04 yrs. To 08 yrs. Will be on Chargeable basis of ₹ 3500 + GST per night. Child above 08 yrs. Will be considered as an Adult @ ₹ 4500 + GST per night. Charges taken are Accommodation price only.
As per Hotel Policy 4 PAX in ONE ROOM IS “NOT LekOWED” Except FRS Room.
4. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
5. OUTSIDE FOOD /LIQUOR IS NOT LekOWED.
6. For In-house guests, Village Entry will be Complimentary without a Meal.
7. No Professional Photo-shoot or Videography is allowed in the Premises without permission. “Charges Applicable”.
8. Visitor Policy - Only registered guests (Check - In) are allowed in the guestrooms. Visitors who are not staying at the property will be charged an entry fee (i.e. Cover Charge)”. (If visitor guest stays back till 10 PM than 4500+ Tax Chargeable).
9. (A)As per RBI guidelines, it will be mandatory to enter ATM PIN while using your credit card or debit card at our hotels.
(B)As per recent Govt. law, it is Mandatory for all the guests to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal.
(C) IN CASE OF foreigner/NRI guest passport with Visa or OCI/POI is mandatory. Pan Card will not be accepted.
(D) As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
10. The Tariff does not include charges for optional “Room Service” (such as Telephone calls, Room Service, Mini Bar, Snacks, Laundry extra bed etc.).
11. Arms/Weapons are not allowed in the premises.
12. Swimming Pool is only allowed in swimming costumes like Lycra & Nylon attire.
13. If found any damage than Hotel can charge directly from the guest.

When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Delicious food. Amazing setup. Awesome experience.
The whole concept of village set up is nice especially for giving the kids an idea and feel of the villages. The ambience is amazing, all activities were engaging. The food was scrumptious. Too good. The service adds on to it. Waiters were polite and serviced with smiling face. Overall a very encouraging experience for more having more visits to chokhi dhani.

Zero number
Worst food and worst service. We had to stand in queue for almost 30 minutes just to even get plates. On top of it, attitude of service guys was pathetic. Better to avoid. This place is nothing special.

Nice property but worst staff.... thay dont accept their fault but start moving here and there.....
They have hair in their food and then do dont accept by saying we have no lady in the kitchen and we have 3 layer process.... and they were saying that its having a fresh follical hair by seeing in pic.
