    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

This was most loveliest property I got to stay . Specially the staff was most quick and helpful.we met with muskaan at reception and she was really good . Thanks to her for room upgrade . Room and food was excellent. Almost my stay was really good.

Hotel adecuado
El hotel es adecuada, pero no sorprende. Estuve en 2 tips de habitación, en la primera me pareció que necesitaba remodelacion, en la segunda estuve en una habitación remodelada y si se nota la diferencia, así que si se deciden preguntar por habitaciones remodeladas.

Schönes Hotel
Offensichtlich neu renoviert. Gutes Essen, allerdings, wie so oft in Indien, sehr hohe Getränkepreise. Schöne Gartenanlage und Hotelzufahrt. Es war eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Rundreise. In der Umgebung keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants.

Assolutamente no 5 stelle
Credo che questa sia la mia prima recensione negativa su un hotel ma quando ci vuole, ci vuole. Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti durante un tour del Rajasthan e anche noi abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera, dopo infiniti tentativi di rendere migliore quella che ci era stata assegnata. Camera per non fumatori con una puzza di fumo indescrivibile, bagno vecchio e senza asciugamani, lenzuola non perfettamente linde e infine finestra aperta perché rotta. Il personale ci ha assistito e accontentato, ma intanto ho dovuto fare su e giù dalla reception Arno cinque volte.
Non si può dire invece nulla di negativo sul ristorante: menù molto ampio, ma ripetuto identico per le due cene. La hall è meravigliosa e inganna. Da rivedere senz'altro.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, compresa quella di capodanno.
La struttura è grande, ampio giardino con piscina e 7 piani di camere.
Noi avevamo la 703 e solo successivamente abbiamo scoperto che sopra, all’ottavo piano, si trova un ristorante/lounge bar e non vi dico i rumori di spostamento tra sedie e tavolini. Sembrava ci fosse un terremoto.
Entrati in camera ( la sera dell’ultimo dell’anno dopo 6 ore di auto) notiamo subito che non è pulita e tra le lenzuola ci sono capelli e peli. Distrutti chiamiamo almeno per farci cambiare le lenzuola, dopo 4 chiamate arriva un tipo con un lenzuolo e basta, senza federe senza copripiumone. Torna a prenderli e porta un copripiumone più piccolo e a forza ce lo fa entrare.
Il giorno dopo, il pomeriggio volevamo riposare un po’ ma era impossibile per i troppi rumori sopra di noi. Ci hanno prontamente cambiato camera, loro sanno benissimo il disagio e a mio parere sono molto scorretti, non dovrebbero far pagare le camere sotto un ristorante. Successivamente ci hanno dato una camera al quinto piano. Stessa situazione, non cambiano le lenzuola e la stanza è sporca. Hanno standard di pulizia bassissimi o meglio non ce l’hanno. Tutto questo non è accettabile per un 5 stelle! Pessima esperienza. Sconsigliato.

Für zwei Tage ganz ok.
Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. In der Nacht hört man die Zimmertüren zuknallen. Es ist etwas hellhörig.
Abendessen und Frühstück passabel.
An der Reception muss man etwas Geduld haben.
Ansonsten haben wir das Hotel nicht ausgenutzt.

Pessimo!
Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti ,un raccomandato 5 stelle che in verità arriva a malapena a 3!!! Camere scassate , odore di vernice ovunque , tanta umidità da bagnare le lenzuola dei letti!
Il ristorante era affollato da gruppi di ragazzi in gita sportiva che creavano grandissimo caos. La piscina era sporca . La camera doveva essere una tripla ma aveva tutte le cose per due persone , nemmeno avevamo il terzo letto! Assolutamente un esperienza negativa.

Cet hôtel est entrain de se ternir et 1 ou 2 étoiles se sont éteintes. A priori spécialisé dans les réceptions et mariages, très bruyant. Au 6 em on avait la sensation d’un déménagement au dessus toute la nuit. Insonorisation nulle, la musique fait trembler les murs. Wifi inutilisable dans les chambres. Belle chambre mais manque de propreté. Salle de bain tape à l’oeil mais anti fonctionnelle. Restaurant correct sans plus. Personne accueillant et serviable.

Hôtel convenable
Hôtel au hall grand et splendide
Accueil très bon. De la chambre nous avions une vue sur la piscine et les jardins où s’est tenue une réception de mariage nous avons pu profiter des diverses tenues locales c’était magique.
Bar en rooftop super sympa qui offre une vue à 360 degrés sur la ville.
L’hôtel se situe aussi à côté d’une porte superbement peinte et décorée : une belle surprise.
Chambre convenable par contre nourriture très locale difficile d’avoir des choix européens.

Circuit en groupe arrivés à 19 h pour découvrir des couloirs sales des lits refermés avec des draps sales et tachés avec klenex et autre dans les lits après moult discussion de notre guide avec le manager on consent à nous changer les draps ... ensuite certains sont sans électricité !!! Il leur faut appeler la réception pour être dépanné quand à nous impossible de couper la lumière du placard ... on a fermé la porte ...,, beaucoup de choses à revoir pour être recommandé 👌

14 Tage Rundreise im schönen Indien, aber dieses Hotel hat den Vogel abgeschossen! Spitzenlage, schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen und insbesondere der Service war 'outstandig' wie der Engländer sagt.
Insbesondere die Damen an der Rezeption (Customer relation) haben einen Super Job gemacht und uns in die Geheimnisse des Hindu Frühlingsfestes HOLI eingeweiht und uns natürlich auch eingefärbt..

Trato mejorable
El hotel es muy bonito, la comida también y la zona de la piscina preciosa. Pero para mi el trato de la gente es mucho mas importante y no fue nada bueno. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi y mas que ayudarnos nos dio la sensación que se reían. Prefiero un hotel mas humilde con gente simpática

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours à Jaipur, hôtel compris avec le circuit.
Wc sale (poils), cafard dans la salle de bain
Poussière sous le lit,
Pas de wifi gratuit payant 500 roupies (7euros)
Restaurant moyen, cuisine pas très bonne et pas de qualité
Il y avait la possibilité d’avoir des blinis cuit sur place, mais le cuisinier avait un tablier noir, on avait l’impression qu’il venait de réparer une voiture Dégouté
Vue de la fenêtre de la chambre : un dépotoir en bas de l’immeuble
Petit déjeuner café en poudre soluble, thé en sachet

Scelto anche dal Chief Minister del Rajasthan!
ottimo hotel: da consigliare. il secondo giorno nell'hotel avevamo anche il Chief Minister del Rajasthan...quindi se ha scelto questo hotel (uno dei più antichi) vuol dire che è un ottimo albergo! buona la cucina...solita indiana speziata...buona la spa vicino alla piscina. personale cordiale. piccolo problema al check-out ma subito risolto (fortunatamente la nostra guida indiana ha fatto da tramite!) per una questione di una ricevuta di bevande pagate a fine pasto ma che ci hanno addebitato...da non utilizzare il mini-bar...snack scaduti...però nel complesso un ottimo hotel!

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel non è stato piacevole. Ho trovato alcuni cani che urinavano e si lavavano nella piscina. È stata davvero un'esperienza terribile. L'hotel manca di servizi. Il personale dell'hotel ha qualcosa da ribattere per ogni questione che ponete. A volte l'atteggiamento è scortese
