- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Paradise in the desert
Absolutely brilliant hotel, friendly staff and food to satisfy any taste
The guys are all amazing but the best and funniest has to be Ahmed the lifeguard who had us in stitches everyday.. just lovely.
Clean and safe for the kids but also, Egypt the people, they want us to visit.. simply the best.

Honest review
Feel a bit sad writing this review as it's our third stay, however standards have definitely slipped at this hotel.
Firstly the house cleaning is now sub-standard. Have lost count of the number of times we have had to phone reception as there have been no clean towels left in the room, on occasions there have been no towels left at all (3 times). The pool towels are never changed and even when we asked to change them we found out they had just folded up the old ones. The cleaner has never even mopped the floor. Gone are the days of the towel art etc it's just like they cannot be bothered at all.
The pools are freezing, this time last year the they were heated, they are now colder than the sea as cold water is still being pumped in to them.
There's visibly less staff around, and witnessing more agitated guests as drink orders are forgotten , rooms not being cleaned etc.
Entertainment wise this is very poor with nothing worth speaking about as night time entertainment, not even any effort given to Halloween for the kids, when the three hotels adjoining us are audibly partying into the night.
I can say the gardeners and the bell boys are the only ones who seem to be keeping up high standards but even the gardeners seemed to be short staffed which is a shame.
Overall it feels like an hotel that's closing down for the season and is becoming increasingly tired and rundown as our 2 week holiday runs to a close.
Even in the restaurant the food is becoming more limited as demonstrated by the pasta station where there is now no spaghetti or cheese available, stock is obviously not being replenished.
The pools are not cleaned daily like they used to be , at the beginning there was all leaves in the vents , unfortunately we won't be returning which is sad as this is our third time back here

Coral Sea Holiday Resort here we come………..
Counting down the days until we return to this beautiful hotel and country.
This will be our 7th time staying at this coral sea holiday resort, but our 17th time going to Egypt.
Fantastic place and very welcoming and friendly staff.

Super hotel ! We are returning !
It’s long!…
We chose this hotel from the great reviews it had, and glad we did!
It was our first visit to Eygpt, and it didn’t disappoint!
We found the Egyptian people to be some of the most welcoming and kind natured people we have come across.
The staff at this hotel work tirelessly to give us a fab holiday, all the waiters were amazing, especially Michell , he was so caring when I got the dreaded gippy tum, he recommended an eygptian natural remedy of anise tea which really helped, he asked me every day how I felt, he is the kindest man, and Ahmed the waiter was very close behind tbh, he was the same, really lovely fellas
Tarek the lifeguard too , he’s lovely! He used to move our sunbeds into the sun for us and make pillows from towels! Him and my husband got on like a house on fire !
Ibrahim also deserves a mention as he was our housekeeper and did a wonderful job, he’s a sweet quiet man and also so kind!
Food, was ok, in fairness there’s loads of choice, but it’s not amazing , I did also get the dreaded tummy thing while at the hotel on 2nd day which meant we didn’t venture out properly. Stone grill is worth trying even tho you have to pay, the steak you cook yourself on the hot stone in front of you , it’s lovely steak ! That meal was delicious!
Entertainment was by the HV staff and was amazing!! The voices of Milly, Georgia G and Reece was something else! And the dancing was so good by all of the hv staff, they really got everyone involved !
We tip well, and didn’t ever get asked to tip or made to feel like we should, these people work hard to give a holiday of relaxation and likely get paid quite low , we found a lot of people think once they paid their all incl why should they pay a penny more , that’s not right, a tip makes these people’s day! And changing up their coins is because they can’t change coins in their banks so they are useless tips to them.

I also can’t say I came across one member of staff that was at all rude like some reviews say? Maybe it’s the way you treat them and look at yourself first ?! From the main reception desk to the lifeguards, the waiters and the cleaners, all were lovely and friendly and always had a smile !
Swimming pools are cold ! Probs could do with being heated from 1st October , couldn’t use the swim up we paid for due to this
Sea was no good for snorkelling as the pier is not long enough , but we did see a few pufferfish and a lion fish
We had room 7101 which was nice and central , has the family divider and swim up , room was really nice, and huge!
Only downside is we had a family constantly traipse over our private garden part which was really irritating so could do with signs saying don’t walk over others gardens and to use front door like you should !
Bobby the camel is lovely, and as his handler says , he doesn’t bite after you pay to ride him 🤣!
All in all yep we would come back, in fact we are next October !

Good family holiday
We’ve had a good week here at the holiday village.
The staff are generally really helpful. The main buffet staff are friendly & do a great job, but look to be under staffed. The buffet food selection is standard for AI in this calibre of hotel (based on our previous experience).
For us, the main reason we’ve chosen 4/5 rather than 5 is the lack of easy access snacks in the afternoon. Ice cream & popcorn was only available 11am-2pm which didn’t work for us. The popcorn was also rarely available during this limited time period. My 8 year old son queued multiple times on several days during the allotted time to no avail.
The a la carte restaurants were great. We enjoyed the 4 we visited (Greek, American, Asian, Indian). The table service was excellent in these eateries.
Shout outs to Sandy for always smiling!and Mohamed in the sports bar.
The Tui purples were great at providing entertainment-we’ll miss our daily quiz
