I was a little nervous after booking as I saw some negative reviews on Facebook but glad we came. We are half way through our holiday and the animation team have been funny, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend and would also come back. The pools are great and plenty going on.

Perfect family hotel
Lovely hotel. We were a group of 8 family and friends with 2 children aged 3 & 6 and can honesty say there was something for everyone.
Rooms modern and cleaned daily we had rooms in the 3300's right next to the aqua park. Perfect for 3 but a bit small for a couple with 2 children so would be better booking a duplex family room.
Entertainment probably the best I've experienced Saturday. Tuesday and Wednesday in particular.
Food and drink plentiful and tasty there is a seperate section for kids for fussy eaters
Beer was efes and gin was decent non of one drink per person/wristband which was good.
Loads for the kids to do day and night tho it's worth noting that some of the rides at the funfair were extra and really expensive.
The hotel has a private beach which is shingle OK for adults but wouldn't recommend for children but as mentioned plenty to keep them occupied in the aqua park.
Hotel staff work very hard and are attentive if you tip the begining of the evening we found the waiters would attend to you all evening making sure your glass was never empty.
Well worth a visit.

absolutely brilliant
this hotel is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in, we just arrived home yesterday, all i will say is do not listen to negative reviews, you just cant please some people.
here is what i think -
room - perfect for what we needed as a family of 4, cleaned every day, bed changed and new towels, shower was good and you get shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. perfect
food - we absolutely loved it, especially the pool snack bar
drinks - we dont really touch alcohol but the coke zero was perfect and cold, my daughter loved the mocktails and the coffee and hot chocolate
staff - we loved them, especially the waiter in the outside sitting area at the restaurant his name is Hasan and he made our holiday very special, he deserves a bonus. also the waiter at the Kabanas on the beach, he is absolutely brilliant at his job and nothing was too much for him. kids club staff were also brilliant with my son.
The guy who is head of entertainment, tall and thin build, that guy will do everything to make your nights memorable, especially at the cappadoccia night, he was brilliant.
the bar staff were also very good at what they do.
all in all the staff at this hotel were so good at their jobs, the managers should be proud of them, perfect!!!!
The kabanas - we loved it and it was so nice having one and chilling out in it, the waiter at them is superb at his job.
the mini zoo - the animals in here are well looked after and it was lovely to pet them and see them.i was worried with reviews about it but honestly there is nothing to worry about, the man looking after them does a fantastic job.
the carnival - really good and lots of fun, staff were brilliant
entertainment - out of this world, ive never been to a hotel that puts in so much effort with it, it really made our holiday very special, well done to you all.

In the turban prince hotel
