We had a Wonderful experience. Stayed last weekend..Rooms are really comfortable & spacious. Staffs are really polite… everything was perfect…including foods and services… truly recommend to visit once..no one can ask for a more memorable and indulgent stay. Good location for the office
A decent place with nice rooms. The service was okay. There is a restaurant inside as well as just outside the hotel. Although, there aren't any other places like hotels / shops around, the location is decent and you get good commute options. The cost is also reasonable for the room type. The look of the room is great. Beds are comfortable.

Exceptional Hospitality at Comfort Inn Heritage Mumbai
I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Heritage Mumbai from June 6th to 12th, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. Every member of the team was always smiling and accommodating, which made our stay incredibly pleasant.

A special mention goes to Mr. Farooq, who went above and beyond to help us settle in and navigate the city with my mother. His assistance was extremely appreciated and made a significant difference in our experience.

Although our trip was for private medical reasons, the warmth and care we received from the hotel staff helped ease our anxiety. The hospitality we experienced was remarkable, making our stay at Comfort Inn Heritage Mumbai a comforting and memorable one.

Pas a l'écoute, pas d'empathie, aucune compréhension
Management de l'hôtel très décevant. Ils jouent avec l'honnêteté des clients. Ils chargent la totalité du séjour bien qu'à l'arrivée je les avais prévenu que j'allais quitter deux jours plus tôt. J'ai été honnête en leur payant la totalité mais le management n'a pas voulu jusqu'au bout me rendre l'équivalent de deux nuits (250€). Non professionnel et pas d'empathie et pas d'écoute du client

It's ok
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und grundsätzlich zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Leider wurde unsere Notsituation vom Hotel ausgenutzt. In unserer eigentlich gebuchten Unterkunft wurden wir trotz Reservierunsbestätigung nicht aufgenommen, so mussten wir ohne Internet im dunkeln in einem völlig fremden Land ein Hotel suchen. Mit Hilfe von Taxifahrern sind wir schließlich auf dieses Hotel gestoßen. Anstelle der später im Internet gefundenen Preise um die 3500r hatten wir 7500r zu zahlen, für eine Nacht (96€)! Unsere Situation wurde recht schamlos ausgenutzt, aber wir waren froh etwas für die erste Nacht gefunden zu haben.

service impeccable
nous avons passé nos 4 premiers jours en Inde à Bombay dans cet hôtel très bien situé et le service a été impeccable du début la fin. Une mention spéciale pour notre chauffeur Sunil pour une tournée de 2 jours avec le sourire et une courtoise exemplaire. Ils nous a fait découvrir les particularités de la vie en Inde et dans la plus grande ville du pays. Nous avons pu visiter de sites que nous n’aurions pas fait par nous-mêmes.

Quelques jours a Bombay
Bon hotel, confortable. Agreable et confortable. Propre et proche d’un station de train qui permet d’aller tres facilement au centre. Mme Suman Barge et Mr Popat sont tres agreables et toujours disponibles pour vous aider pour votre confort et vos demarches dans cette ville. Ils sont de tres bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien avec du choix et des produits frais. Le restaurant tout aussi bon et le personnel tres agreable. Bon sejour

Gutes Hotel mit Einschränkungen
Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Byculla Railway Station (ca. 15 Fahrminuten mit dem Zug bis zur Victoria Station) in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Optisch macht das Hotelgebäude äußerlich keinen ansprechenden Eindruck.
Das gebuchte Deluxe-Zimmer war sehr groß, aber recht abgewohnt. Das Bad dagegen eher klein und nach westlichen Maßstäben waren beide Räume nicht wirklich sauber. Die Sanitären Einrichtungen zudem unzureichend gepflegt.
Das Frühstückbuffett war ok, hatte jedoch nur indische Speisen.
Der Nachteil vom Zimmer war, vor dem Fenster war eine Lüftungsanlage, die sehr laut und Tag und Nacht lief.

Déçu ...
Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles mais ...
- La propreté de la chambre est affolante (drap taché, sol noir de saleté donc impossible de marcher pieds nus, des fourmis dans la chambre ...)
- Le buffet du petit déjeuner/déjeuner/dîner n'est pas assez qualitatif (voir pas du tout).
- Des travaux sont réalisés dans l'hôtel tous les jours (y compris le dimanche) et font énormément de bruit même a partir de 8h le matin. Il est donc impossible de dormir ni même de faire une sieste dans la journée !
- La Lumière du couloir est très forte et donc éclair la chambre la nuit (cela peut ennuyer certaines personnes).

Je suis satisfaite de mon séjour mais tres déçu du service de cet hôtel étant habituée aux autres Comfort Inn dans le monde !

di passaggio a Mumbai nel corso di uno dei miei periodici viaggi di lavoro, ho alloggiato per una notte al Comfort Inn. All’interno l’Hotel si presenta bene, con una lounge piccola ma carina rivestita in marmo bianco. Personale della reception efficiente. La camera era ampia anche se lunga e stretta. Arredata modernamente, pulita e dotata di quanto serve: un divano, televisore piatto con decoder, scrivania con wi-fi a richiesta. Letto ampio e comodo con abbondante scelta di cuscini. Bagno con doccia piccolo ma pulito. La colazione presso il loro Majestic Coffee Shop è stata di buona qualità e sufficiente scelta al buffet, anche se tipicamente indiana. Un’ottima scelta per una notte di passaggio. Ha pagato direttamente il mio cliente ma firmando il conto ho visto che la notte costa sulle quattromila rupie.

Servicewüste Rezeption
Wir haben große Erwartungen in das Hotel gesteckt, da wir die CI-Kette bereits aus USA kannten, wo wir immer in ordentlichen Häusern übernachtet hatten. Die Erwartungen wurden leider nur teilweise erfüllt. Als positive Eindrücke nehmen wir das sehr saubere, moderne und geräumige Zimmer mit, als Negativeindruck leider das Rezeptionspersonal. Wir haben eine Stunde auf unser Zimmer gewartet. Als wir endlich dort waren, stellte es sich heraus, dass es ein Raucherzimmer war. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer, was man uns aber erst dann widerwillig gab, als wir drohten uns ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Komischerweise war das Nichtraucherzimmer direkt bezugsfertig. Ein anderes Paar aus unserer Reisegruppe hatte noch weniger Glück als wir und musste weitere zwei Stunden an der Rezeptzion auf ihr Zimmer warten. Ebenso war das Rezeptionspersonal mit einer einfachen Flugbestätigung ein wenig überfordert. Alles in allem hätte ich mehr Professionalität erwartet.

Hay hoteles mejores al mismo o menor precio
Estuve de viaje en Bombay y elegí este hotel por sus buenas críticas en esta web. Sin embargo me decepcionó bastante. No es que esté muy mal, pero su web y las críticas hacen pensar otra cosa. Me cambié de hotel en cuanto pude.

La zona en la que se encuantra, como varias de Bombay, llena de basura y gente durmiendo en la calle. No era especialmente agradable

Hotel claustrofóbico
Resumen: Fue el primer hotel de nuestro viaje y teníamos que volver para pasar las últimas 3 noches. Pedimos a la agencia que nos cambiase de hotel.
Las fotos que se pueden ver en esta web son reales pero en vivo resultan muy distintas de lo que te imaginas.
El Hotel está situado en una especie de callejón y alejado (5km) del Centro. Las habitaciones son interiores y las ventanas dan al pasillo por lo que no puedes abrir ni las cortinas, la sensación de estar encerrado es horrible. El restaurante es muy pequeño y el buffet sólo tiene comida india y sin variedad.
En el check out nos quisieron cobrar la factura porque no tenían el boucher de la agencia. No quisieron llamar al agente de viajes, tuvimos que llamar nosotros desde el móvil y dárselo al manager para que hablase con el agente. Después de hablar aún tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos más para que nos dejaran marchar.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert
Das Hotel liegt mit der Zufahrt nicht direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Man hat uns zu Beginn und am Ende der Rundreise dort untergebracht. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 2.Stock. Zustand katastrophal, sanitäre Einrichtungen kaum benutzbar. Beim 2. Aufenthalt funktionierte nichtmal mehr die Dusche. Die Tassen im Zimmer waren total schmutzig und nicht nach ausspülen mit heißem wasser benutzbar. Jedoch ist die Umgegend nicht schlecht. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein Internet/Telefon Laden zu echt moderaten Preisen.
Scheinbar soll es in dem Hotel auch richtig gute Zimmer geben, für uns nicht vorstellbar. Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes.

Non è stata una bella vacanza a Mumbai
Ho avuto una bella esperienza al Comfort Inn a Lucknow (leggete la mia recensione) e mi aspettavo davvero di trovare un bell'hotel al Comfort Inn Heritage a Mumbai. Ne avevo proprio l'esigenza perchè dovevamo alloggiare per 3 notti e avevamo bisogno di una pausa da tutti i viaggi che stavamo intraprendendo. Ma non è stato così.

L'hotel è abbastanza pulito ma molto diverso dal Comfort Inn Lucknow. E' vecchio e sembra un ammasso di edifici trasformati in hotel. I tappeti sembrano fatti in plastica e nel nostro caso erano bruciati in diverse zone. Il bagno era piuttosto pulito anche se le piastrelle sembravano sporche. All'inizio non c'era acqua calda ma solo tiepida. Il gestore ci ha spigato ce hanno i pannelli solari sostenuti da un boiler la sera. Dopo molte lamentele, sembra che alla fine siano riusciti a far partire il loro boiler!

la colazione era ok ma non ottima. C'è un ristorante nell'hotel ma è caro. proprio sulla parte destra dell'hotel c'è un ottimo ristorante.

L'hotel ha accesso wireless per internet e questo è molto utile se si ha un portatile, tuttavia c'è un internet cafe vicino alla lobby.

L'hotel si trova in una zona rumorosa. Una sera c'era una festa sulla terrazza e nessuno ce l'aveva detto (e nemmeno invitato!!)Ma fortunatamente alle22.30 avevano finito.

L'hotel è anche piuttosto lontano dalle principali zone dello shopping ma ci sono dei taxi all'esterno dell'hotel oppure si può fare uso del servizio bus che è molto efficiente. Il bus si ferma fori dall'hotel.

Fortunatamente, l'hotel offre un prezzo ragionevole per mezza pensione/giornata intera in città - circa $15 per mezza giornata in cui si accede alle maggiori attrazioni di Mumbai.

Non buttatevi nella folla!
Abbiamo alloggiato all'Heritage hotel al nostro arrivo e al ritorno verso casa, la posizione era bella e tranquilla (ed è raro per Bombay), ci siamo riposati. Le persone sono molto efficienti ci hanno anche reso la vacanza più bella!

In ogni caso, il prezzo era troppo caro per il servizio che si riceve e il gestore non è per nulla gentile.

Ci ha chiaramente fatto capire che non si fidava di noi (ci ha chiesto una copia dei traveller checks), e controllava se quello che dicevo era vero o no (controllando alla macchinetta dell'ATM della porta accanto), quindi mi sono sentito un pò preso in giro riguardo al servizi, perchè io stesso sono un gestore di un hotel a 4 stelle in Francia, e non tratterò mai le persone in questo modo.

Tutte le procedure burocratiche erano molto lente e frustrante, abbiamo aspettato 40 min per avere io nostro conto e avere i soldi cambiati.

Consiglio questo hotel per la posizione (si trova tra il centro città e l'aeroporto) ma non per la pulizia e l'aiuto da parte dello staff di gestione...... e il ristorante è pessimo!!!!!

Sie sollten es nicht eilig haben!
Wir waren im Heritage Hotel zu Beginn und am Ende unserer Reise, die Lage ist okay und ruhig (selten in Bombay zu finden), wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Diener waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben einem den Aufenthalt erleichtert!

Es war für den Standard aber zu teuer und auch das Benehmen des Angestellten an der Rezeption ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Er hat uns klar zu verstehen gegeben, dass er uns nicht vertraut (er fragte nach der Kopie der Kaufbestätigung für unsere Travelers Cheques), er hat sich unsere Geldscheine immer genau angesehen (aus dem Geldautomaten nebenan), ich war vom Service also nicht sehr begeistert. Ich bin selbst Manager eines 4-Sterne-Hotels in Frankreich und ich würde Gäste so nie behandeln.

Alle Büroangelegenheiten gingen dort also langsam und frustrierend vonstatten, wir mussten 40 Minuten auf unsere Rechnung und unser Wechselgeld warten.

Ich kann das Hotel für seine Lage (zwischen dem Zentrum und dem Flughafen), nicht aber für seine Sauberkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Geschäftsleitung empfehlen... und das Restaurant war auch schrecklich!!!
