What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". Disappointed
Firstly do not book the sport section of this hotel. We arrived and instantly asked to upgrade to the ‘front’ hotel. 40 dollars a night was definitely worth it.
After reading through all the reviews before we went I was confident the food would be decent. The breakfast average as they usually are in all inclusive, lunch was ok if you’re happy with chips and pizza, dinner was disappointing, none of it really had much flavour and not much variety. We ate there for 3 nights and then decided to eat out in soho square.
The beer was okay, the cocktails seemed to be made up on the spot with spirts and sugary syrup. I stuck with gin and tonic which were ok.
Rooms very clean! Great air con, and cannot fault the staff. Especially at the bar/restaurant between the beach and the pool. If you want a nice drink with a beautiful view that’s the place.
The most disappointing thing about it was our experience with the diving team. We barely got comfy on our sunbeds on the first day and we were swarmed with the sales team, we knew we wanted a massage and a few days of diving so we were okay with this. My partner booked two days of scuba diving and we booked an evening trip of quad biking and camel riding for the both of us. This was an instant payment of £240.00. My partner went on his first day of diving, had a great day but he has been having problems with his tooth, this caused him a lot of discomfort on his first dive and therefore was rather anxious about having to dive again.
We explained this to Hassan the sales man after further discussion my partner decided it probably wouldn’t be wise to dive again, risking more discomfort and potentially having to pull the rest of the diving team up from the water if he feels pain whilst on dive.
We had already paid for this we understood getting a full refunded was unlikely. We asked Hassan multiple times if there’s any chance of a bit of money back considering we had spent rather a lot of money with him, he said 3 times ‘I’ll speak to my manager’. 3 days we asked him and all 3 times we didn’t get an answer. Due to not being able to take part in the dive for medical grounds and the amount of money we had spent with them we were disappointed to not get anything back or even acknowledgment of them trying to. If we were to return we will not be booking the diving with the team in the hotel, clearly once they have your money they don’t care, which is a shame.
All in all you get what you pay for.

Stratosferica.
Siamo stati al concorde io e mio marito per il nostro viaggio di nozze. Siamo partiti senza sapere cosa ci aspettasse, con qualche dubbio sia sul come ci si potesse stare che sul cibo, ma ci siamo ricreduti al 100%.
Qui in questo resort abbiamo rivalutato tutto, grazie anche alla fantastica animazione da cui e’ seguita questa struttura. Ringraziamo vivamente Stefania, Ivan, Francesco e Daniele per averci fatto sentire a casa e in famiglia. Assistenza a 360 gradi anche nel viaggio di ritorno, siamo stati accompagnati fino al nostro imbarco. Grazie ancora di tutto e ci torneremo sicuramente, accompagnati però anche dalla nostra bambina, perche’ i bambini vengono controllati e assistiti per tutto il giorno. Grazie mille ATELIEEEEEr!!❤️❤️

Un Paradiso
Un soggiorno meraviglioso al resort Concorde El Salam, tutto assolutamente perfetto! La cucina italiana della chef Elisabetta è stata il 🔝 Ma la vera anima del Concorde è lo staff di Atelier Vacanze: Stefania, Francesco, Daniele e Ivan ci avete fatto sentire come a casa e divertire come dei pazzi! Speriamo di ritornare presto.

Amazing staff and stay
Well, sat on my sofa back in the rainy UK, where do I start well from arriving into the reception was amazing friendly staff, who checked us in. Then it was to the room, bags dropped off to discover the resort. 1st stop was the main bar, where I was greeted by the Bar manager Mahommod, who after being away for a year, he welcomed us back and said was nice to see us again.
The food was as amazing as ever, and always a great choice. The bar staff was brilliant as always.
I just want to say a massive thank you to Tareq our room cleaner, he was amazing always had a beeming smile on his face.
This was our second time staying here, and we have just booked for May next year again.
Thank you to all the staff at Concorde el Salam for making our visit amazing again.
The food was as amazing as ever, and always a great choice. The bar staff was brilliant as always.
