    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Un magnifique séjour !
J’ai séjourné il y a environ un mois dans cet hôtel et j’ai passé un superbe séjour !
Tout est propre, accueillant, le petit déjeuner est très bon et bien servi, la chambre était impeccable, je retournerai la bas sans hésiter ! Un grand merci à Mario et Carmen pour leurs conseils sur les restaurants du coin :)

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel con la mia classe a marzo 2024 e mi sono trovato molto bene.

Pulizia 10/10 Eccellente tutto pulito accuratamente e in ordine.

Cibo 7/10 Buono ma si può fare di meglio le porzioni sono abbondanti ma si potrebbe ampliare la scelta del menù sia per primi che per secondi, colazione abbastanza scarsa e solo dolce. I cibi che ci hanno offerto erano tipici della zona e abbastanza buoni ma niente di che.

Servizi 9/10 Sale apposite per rilassarsi, l’unica pecca è la posizione dell’hotel da dove è possibile spostarsi solo in auto.
La struttura è in mezzo al nulla e ho apprezzato il fatto che abbiano creato ambienti dove passare il tempo.

Personale 10/10 Sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni ora.

Struttura 10/10 Piccola ma confortevole, sembra di stare a casa, le camere sono spaziose e ordinate asciugamani piegati su ogni letto, tv, cassaforte e connessione wifi velocissima.
Non ho mai visto un bagno così pulito e spazioso dove si riusciva ad appoggiare tutto.

Non do 5 stelle perchè potrebbero migliorare molto sul cibo, ma è una struttura che consiglierei per chi vuole evitare di stare in un hotel non troppo affollato, dista 10/15 minuti da pompei e circa 40 minuti da napoli (di macchina).
È un’impresa a conduzione familiare e l’organizzazione è il loro forte.
Molto consigliato per ogni tipo di viaggiatore.

Zu Besuch bei Freunden
Kleines charmantes Hotel in günstiger Lage um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.
Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit tollem, festem Bett um sich zu erholen. Sehr sauberes Bad /WC.

Einzigartig der sehr herzliche Empfang aller Familienmitglieder und Angestellten des Hotels !
Ich bin noch nirgends so zuvorkommend und freundlich behandelt worden wie im Costa Hotel und werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen !

Lovely hotel - handy for Pompeii & Herculerum.
5- lovely, clean hotel with young friendly staff. They arranged a taxi for us on arrival (2300). Very informed about local matters. Our room was spacious with a terrace. Great view of the sleeping giant. We slept really well in the spacious bed.

Fabulous plants in the ground floor gardens.
They have a lift!

The Breakfast room had a great and wide range of food. Vigilant attendant who was very helpful.

Highly recommend.

Great hotel
Just returned after a mini break in Pompeii. This hotel is a little gem. So clean and the staff are amazing. Gave us all the information we needed and sorted a taxi when we needed one. Our room was clean but a little noisy near the road (the other balcony room opposite would be a great choice) however after a long day of sight seeing this wasn’t an issue as fell asleep quickly.

Breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino were lovely. When we returned after a day out we would have a limoncello spritz before going up to bed.

Beautiful view of Vesuvius from our balcony and the little dog is very cute. All the staff were very friendly and definitely make a stay at this hotel amazing.

When we arrived we walked from Pompeii Scavi train station which took over an hour (google maps tried to take us down the highway and then we ended up on a road with a closed bridge) we then discovered Pioppanio station which only took 20 minutes to walk to from the hotel. Highly recommend using trains to get around they are very cheap and easy to navigate.

Angenehm geführtes Familienhotel
Ein echtes Familienhotel. Man spürt überall, wie sich die Inhaber um die Gäste sorgen.
Alle Wünsche werden ermöglicht.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Ausgrabungsstätte, ca. 8 Autominuten. Dadurch bekommt man aber immer einen Parkplatz.
Alles ist sehr sauber.
Wir fühlten uns eine Woche sehr wohl hier.

Arrivare in una grande famiglia..
Personale cordiale ottima accoglienza . E come state in una grande famiglia Cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti . Soggiorno tranquillo e camere molto confortevoli e pulite. Giardino confortevole e accogliete dove poter passare le serate d’estate in totale relax!!!

A really lovely place to stay
Really lovely hotel. Staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit, arranging taxis to various places. We felt like part of a family. Thank you to Carmen and to the couple who transpoted us around. Rooms are very clean and we had a terrace which was lovely to sit out on of an evening. Downstairs, there is a hotel terrace with comfortable seating, which was lovely. A pizza delivery was arranged for our last night, the hotel paid for that. I definitely recommend this hotel, they work really hard to make their guests comfortable.

Husbands 60th
We arrived at the Costa after having one of our cabin bags lost... honestly they can't do enough for you. Phone charging, arranging taxis the next morning for exactly where we needed to be (local shopping centre) to replace lost stuff.. taxis arranged there and back.
We ate in the hotel and OMG that ravioli was amazing..
Next day husband got a cake a candle and an big happy Birthday from the staff.. he thought this was great btw to say hes a grumpy old man :)
Next day we went to the ruins for his birthday.. the lady (owner? Sorry) and her lovely fella took us in their very cool Italian mini .. and collected us (husband loved this)..
The young girl behind the desk is wonderful made loads of calls to find (still missing) case... thank you xx
Oh and the little cute dog .. unfortunately speaks Italian so tends to ignore you if you call him in English:)

A hidden gem
The hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious. Most impressive was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they went that little bit further to make our first stay in Itsly perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Une adresse top! Excellent accueil, propreté irréprochable, service soigné et attentionné, décoration de bon goût. Un havre de paix après les visites en pleine chaleur et où l’on trouve toujours à disposition une carafe de citronnade fraîche. Des réceptionnistes toujours souriants et compétents . Bravo !

Parfait
Incroyable, tout l’hôtel sentait extrêmement bon, l’équipe était adorable, n’hésitez pas à demander à Mario si vous ne savez pas où manger il est de très bon conseil. Les lits étaient très confortables et on pouvait aller partout en 5 min en voiture (plage, visite des ruines de Pompéi etc) C’était les deux meilleures nuits de notre voyage.

El Hotel Costa es muy especial y bonito, Carmen la chica de la recepcion siempre fue muy amable y con buenos concejos.
Las habitaciones muy limpios y bonitos, nos han gustado mucho. Este hotel es un secreto y se puede siempre recomendar.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit netter Unterstützung vom Hotel
Wir waren zu zweit 4 Tage in Pompeji um die Ausgrabungsstätten, den Vesuv und die Amalfiküste zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal, besonders Carmen, sind sehr freundlich. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und vor allem gute Tipps. Abendessen in verschiedenen Hotels inklusive Shuttle hat die Rezeption unkompliziert und sehr freundlich organisiert und uns so zu einem entspannten Urlaub mit gutem Essen verholfen. Gerne wieder. Beim nächsten mal gleich im Hotel anrufen. Sie hätten auch den Transport vom Flughafen organisiert. Sehr empfehlenswert war auch die kleine Bar neben der Rezeption. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und danken für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Completamente recomendable
Todo lo que se puede esperar de un hotel este lo supera con creces.
Apenas entras al hotel te envuelve una atmosfera de estar en casa, la habitación perfectamente limpia y huele de maravilla, además las camas son comodísimas. También hay numerosas zonas comunes fantásticas donde relajarte. Y un abundante desayuno riquísimo y muy variado, con un horario amplio.
Pero lo mejor de este hotel son Pasqualina y Carmen, con una gran simpatía te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Realmente un placer y una suerte haberme alojado allí.

Un super hôtel!
Un hôtel très sympathique! Un accueil génial, le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Nous avons pu profiter du restaurant de l’hôtel qui était d’ailleurs excellent. L’hôtel est idéalement placé. Juste un petit peu bruyant car il y a l’autoroute proche de l’hôtel.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel wird von der Familie geführt. Alle Wünsche werden hier erfüllt. Sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Pompei, Vesuv, Amalfi, Capri usw. Sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal. Bester Limoncello-Sprizz!

Ist PERFEKT
Wir waren für eine Woche Urlaub im Costa Hotel und ich kann sagen, dass ich wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem war, das Personal und sehr gemütlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und machen Sie wirklich bei Ihnen zu Hause gehört, und wirklich gut für alle.

Excepcional en todos los aspectos.
Excelentes instalaciones, un trato inmejorable por parte de todo el personal. Toallas limpias todos los días, caramelos y chocolatinas y mensajes para hacerte más dulce la estancia. En la recepción te ayudan en todo, a la hora del desayuno se anticipan a tus deseos. El único día que llegamos a media tarde como la habitación no estaba preparada nos sirvieron una naranjada mientras esperábamos en recepción. Un mensaje de despedida y una figurita de recuerdo el último día. Si volvemos por estas tierras nos veremos de nuevo. Totalmente recomendable. Hacen de tu estancia algo inolvidable.

Fue una estancia magnífica en este gran hotel.
Recomendamos ampliamente, si van a Nápoles, hospedarse en el Hotel Costa.
El servicio es fantástico, desde antes de nuestra llegada. Yo lamé al hotel desde un día antes de llegar, pidiendo me ayudaran a ubicar el hotel para poder llegar, y me dieron indicaciones muy bien, y enviaron a una persona que nos trasladara desde la estación más cercana del tren Circumvesubiano al hotel. Fueron muy amables.
La comida de su restaurant estuvo deliciosa, asi como el servicio.
La habitación que ocupamos muy moderna y cómoda. En general, les recomendamos altamente, que si van a visitar Nápoles, se hospeden alli. La ubicación también es perfecta. 5 minutos desde la estación del tren Circumvesubiano, adonde uno puede trasladarse con mucha facilidad a los lugares de interés, como Pompeya, Herculano, Oplonti (que se encuentran a menos de media hora) y otras ruinas arqueológicas romanas importantes, asi como ubicación del transporte que los lleva a un tour al cráter del volcán Vesubio.
Fue inolvidable.
