  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.

À FUIR !
Hôtel à fuir. Chambre remplies d’humidité (sol mouillé, tables, draps humides). Quand vous vous plaignez de ça à la réception, ils ne veulent rien savoir, aucun professionnalisme et service client 0. Le personnel vous rit au nez.

Impossible d’ouvrir la porte de la SDB en se réveillant le matin car le bois a gonflé pendant la nuit à cause de l’humidité.

We had 3 weeks in Mexico and this was the worst sleepover and even the most expensive. The pool area is nice, but the hotel is NOT worth the price.

We had a lagoon view. There was no lagoon view, but there was a very big road with a lot of trafic you can hear the trafic all the time becouse the windows does not close tightly. And there is VERY much trafic all day and night.

The front door of the room does not close tightly aswell, so you can hear the Music from the bar area all Night.

Im glad we only had 1 sleepover here.

There is renovation noise everyday, you wont be able to relax here.

- It was a big room.
- With tub that we never use.
- Cant see the sea through the window because it has big stain all over it.
- The guest on top of our unit was so noisy, dragging chair and walking in the middle of the night which was really annoying and we have to complain about it and they said they will send security to check it.
- You can smell the sewer from the drainage.
- People are just banging doors everywhere.
- We stayed there for 2 nights but had to ask to get a different room because we cant take the noise from upstairs anymore.
- Rooms are not sound proof. Seems like walls are thin that you can hear everything.
- They moved us to balcony room at 6th flr which is a downgrade because it is smaller but we opted for it as long as it is not noisy.
- There is a connecting door to the next room, which is not good because you can clearly hear them laughing ang yelling at each other at 7:45 am which is very disturbing.
- You cant sleep in the morning or afternoon because they are doing renovation all over the hotel. It is like they are renovating more than half of the hotel, it is very noisy when you want to rest and have a good nap in your room. They shouldn't be doing business while doing renovations
- No wifi in the room
- Missing screw in the glass door in the balcony that is why you can hear the wind whistling at night.
- I like the location of the hotel because it is just in front of a convenience store and Navios.
- Staff are really nice.
- Will not recommend this hotel or will go back. You cant really have a good sleep or relax here because of all the renovation noise.

Just don't . Good reviews must be paid for
No hot water from arrival and for two days. On the second day, there was no water at all. If you are reading this today April 16th. There is currently no water in the rooms. When I asked if the room was going to be discounted as a result. , I didn't get an answer other than the manager would be in tomorrow morning. I left and am filing a dispute with CC as now they won't respond. I also cancelled my CC so they can't charge me for anything else.
Also note, if you invite anyone to your room, they will charge you. No guests.
Very poor internet If at all. The restaurant was beyond bad. Americano was instant coffee at 75 pesos a cup and 65 for a refill. Mind you I did not have a refill. I didn't even drink the one I had. Fish tacos were horrible. The rooms were very dated. I would pay more to stay somewhere else next time. Definitely don't eat here, better to go across the road to the oxxo and find something. Seriously

A donde puedo comunicarme? Mi check in es mañana y me llegó un correo donde se canceló mi reservación.. llevo 2 dias tratandome de comunicar con algun ser humano y solo me responden computadoras. Tambien envié un par de correos al correo que viene en la reservación. Agradezco su ayuda. 8441602210

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA
No no no que horror de hotel, servicio, y sus “protocolos”, no te explican NADA y de repente debes dinero por cosas que no tienen sentido. Pésima atención al cliente PÉSIMA, desde que llegamos nos trataron fatal. Nos vieron la cara, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, que horror de hotel.

TE ROBAN TU DINERO, PÉSIMO servicio por parte del staff.
NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR!!!

El servicio es pésimo, sobre todo en el lobby con las personas que atienden ahí (2 mujeres y 1 hombre). Todos son unos groseros, te intentan ver la cara con el Daypass, el baño del cuarto olía a caño, mucho ruido y las instalaciones lo más equis que existe.

No gasten su dinero, no regreso nunca!!!!!

Save your money - and relax elsewhere
No WiFi in room, only by pool and lobby. Terrible reception on TV. Bar blasts horrible rap music by pool full of f bombs and very sexual lyrics. Not the vibe you’re going for when traveling with kids and wanting a peaceful day by the pool. Bathroom was not like pictures at all. Room was dated and in need of paint. Not a resort at all where you feel taken care or relaxed. Spent most of our time in Cancun on other beaches and locations. Not the get away I was hoping for. At all.

Really disappointing
Never been to a resort with as little class as this one, hate to be that customer but they BLASTED extremely explicit rap all day by the pool when I was j trying to relax and listen to the waves. No wifi in the rooms so watching anything or using or devices for that matter is out the window. Staff looked at us like idiots when we requested the music be even turned down a little bit. To be honest just really felt like we were the ones catering to the staff’s way of lifestyle when, if you are paying a good price, it should be the other way around. Was really exited for this trip and to relax by the beach but when the speakers are blasting music talking about orgasms when there are five year olds by the pool was really off putting.

bonjour cet établissement n a rien d un resort Les acsenceurs les couloirs les portes sont vétustes la décoration est simple et date des années 80 la mer a ces endroits de la cote est agitée il n y a pas de restaurants bars animations
Les restaurant bars la mer et les grandes étendues de sable blancs se trouvent près des hotels de luxes comme l intercontinental présidenté loin de ces endroits privilégiés il n y a seulement qu un magasin oxxo pour les touristes qui se sont éloignés pour avoir des chambres a petits pris et acheter leur nourritures et boissons alcoolisés L établissement est vieu et délabré tous les hotels éloignés du centre de la zone hotelière ont une piscine a débordement mais ils sont a plus de 10 kilomètres des endroits animés et des magasins Pour résumer se sont des low cost isolés qui se suivent le long de la mer agitée qui limite la baignade drapeau rouge vagues presque tous les jours

Fuyez cet hotel ou si votre budget es restreins préférez le plaza cancun

J’ai réservé une chambre avec vue et jacuzzi. Et je n’ai eu ni vu ni jacuzzi fonctionnel.
Pas d’eau chaude, un froid terrible dans la chambre, et les vitres n’ont jamais été nettoyé.

Impossible de dormir car énormément de bruit et des travaux dès le petit matin sans aucune isolation.

On vous demande d’attendre 10mn lors du checkout pour que la chambre soit vérifiée.

Je ne recommande pas.

Incredible relacion precio-calidad!
El hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes. Muy limpio, ordenado, y la calidad de atención es superlativa, especialmente la Srta. Monte en el bar del Lobby.

Fuimos 5 días y elegimos está opción que no es all inclusive da la flexibilidad de comer en restaurantes de la zona y hacer excursiones, sin pensar en quedarse todo el día en el hotel.

Bonito hotel y económico
El precio y la ubicación del hotel está muy bien, habitaciones amplias y con una excelente vista muy limpias. En donde si están muy mal es en el servicio a la alberca se tarda horas o no llega y a la habitación pues no existe ya que no hay teléfono en la habitación pero bueno por el precio la vista y ubicación sigue valiendo la pena , enfrente hay un Oxxo donde preparan comida y la gente acude ahí . La playa está muy agradable y llegas rápido a cualquier lado plaza la isla está a 8 minutos en carro y otro punto en contra no aceptan amex.

Une énigme et une vue à couper le souffle !
Cet hôtel restera une énigme durant nos vacances au Mexique ! Dernier hôtel réservé pour tenir compte de sa proximité avec l’aéroport de Cancun, il nous a laissé perplexe tant l’établissement semble daté d’un autre temps… Son restaurant est désaffecté et certains de ses équipement sont vétustes mais à côté de cela la chambre qui nous a été réservée était totalement rénovée et disposait d’une vue époustouflante sur l’océan ! Une piscine à débordement magnifique et un personnel très sympa nous remettant notre chambre à 11h00 (check on à 15h00) et nous autorisant l’accès de la plage et de la piscine jusqu’à 19h00 (check out à midi) et un service de boissons et cocktails très avenant ! À côté de cela l’impression d’un hôtel qui a connu ses heures de gloire par le passé mais…
Je souhaite à cet établissement de retrouver son luxe d’antan car ses fondations sont très saines et sa situation très intéressante à Cancun !
