When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Hôtel très propre. Décoration soignée. Literie correcte. Localisation dans une rue qui ne donne pas envie de sortir le soir. Un bruit de climatisation épouvantable. Métro qui fait vibrer le bâtiment. Isolation des chambres moyenne. Petit déjeuner correct.

Bon hôtel
La chambre était bien, propre et la literie confortable. Le personnel très sympa, le petit déjeuner était assez varié.
Par contre l'hôtel assez bruyant, il ne faut pas être trop sensible aux bruits, car on entend les gens parler dans les chambres voisines et le bruit des voitures dans la rue.

Enjoyed my Stay at Czar Lisbon Hotel
Czar Lisbon Hotel was great, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel was clean and the rooms had a lot of room, beds were extremely comfortable and pillows were very soft and fluffy. Had breakfast there each morning it was always tasty and abundant, with a great choice of different coffees, teas and juices . I would highly recommend them for anyone's stay in Lisbon.

Excellent séjour, hôtel super bien placé métro ligne verte
Hôtel de grand standing avec des prestations de niveau international. Les chambres sont parfaites, confortables et insonorisées. Le point tout particulièrement intéressant de cet hôtel est qu'il est parfaitement placé sur la ligne verte du métro ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : merci !

Propre, acceuil un peu froid, mais serieux. Chambres propres, modernes et bien agencées.
Nous n avons pas pris les petits dejeuners, vu l offre en ville...
Un diner, plutot pas mal. Toutefois attention avec le club sandwich, le cuisinier y met une mega dose de moutarde extra forte, un vrai challenge a manger!!!
En revanche, des que l on sort de l hotel, c est dealers, sdf, drogués.... vraiment moche, on ne s y sent pas du tout en sécurité avec des enfants. N imaginez pas une balade romantique autour de l hotel le soir apres diner, ca a des allures de coupe gorge. Aussi, attention en traversant la route, feu rouge ou vert, ca passe. La signalisation est purement decorative a Lisbonne, tout comme les flics, soyez prudent.
