When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Price / Performance is quite good.
The hotel met our expectations. The staff at the reception were very helpful and reliable.
We lost our glasses on the beach and they gave it to the reception the same day.
aqua park was so good. The food was good as well. The pool view rooms were very usable.

My expectations were not fulfilled, this hotel was more of a 3-star hotel than a 5-star hotel, the air conditioning was broken, the room was dirty, the food was plentiful but the quality was not satisfactory, it was very crowded, the Wi-Fi was of very poor quality, our room was completely Wi-Fi could not be connected, I was not satisfied at all 👎👎👎

Do not be fooled by the excellent reviews because if you look closely they are obviously writing them for themselves. 🤣
Firstly let me say that the entire place is in dyer need of refurbishment . The rooms are filthy under and behind beds etc. There are broken things like doors and frames. The food is absolutely disgusting recycled slop that is always cold. They have no idea what foods people want. I mean come on there's broccoli and sprouts and doner kebab for breakfast 🤦♂️
You only get omelette which is always cold and has loads of egg shell in or scrambled which is really wet.
This place needs to replace the manager clearly. The restaurant is constantly running out of cutlery and glasses for drinks and they don't even have a toaster 🤦♂️
The restaurant and bar areas are swarming with wasps and flies landing all over the desserts and fruit so clearly again poor management seeing as they don't even put traps up to target the insect issues.
The pool bar gives out actual glasses which keep getting smashed by the pool and not cleared up properly as my son found out when he cut his foot 🤬
Wasps get in drinks and my son had his tongue stung 🤬
So I booked this hotel purely for the 3 big slip and fly slides that are clearly advertised but of course its a con because they actually belong to Kingdom of sea next door and are nothing to do with dol su park or daima biz and it costs a fortune to get in there. The smaller jump slides that are included you have to be over 18 and they only open the after 2pm.
The big one on the beach you have to pay for.
The ice cream is not free.
Hardly any staff speak English so don't bother.
We booked a family room for 5 and didn't get given enough beds and had to keep asking reception why we are only being given 2 towels and 2 waters. 🤷♂️
We are down to earth and don't expect alot but just basic would do but they can't even manage basic. Without the access to the waterpark this hotel would be rated 2 star. I wouldn't give it 3 even with it.
Good luck if you still decide to stay here.
I already know they will come back with the same old response saying they have taken it all into consideration etc blah blah but it won't change with the current management.

The hotel is the worst ever. The floor is dirty and sticky, the air conditioning is very bad throughout the hotel, including the dining areas and the rooms where it's very weak. The food is repeatedly recycled and not fresh. The public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty, worse than any public restroom. The room design is uncomfortable. We were given a bad room with unsealed air conditioning vents and behind the bed was dirty and dusty. The noise from the generator was disturbing in the room. When we requested a room change, we were given an even worse room. We sought help from Mr. Kevin, who changed the room to a slightly better one but with very bad air conditioning. Every time I saw him during my stay, he would ask for a tip for his assistance, making me feel pressured to give him money.

Family holidays
We was here with family, today after one week we come back. I want say Thanks to all hotel workers. Food was Great, aquapark was super Nice, hotel was clean. Wi-Fi dont function everywhere But fck it. Youre on vacation, dont destroy it with phone and relax 😉
