  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Superior choice
Modern hotel occupying the first 7 floors of a taller building. I booked a sea view room which I totally recommend . It has a big terrace in which it is lovely to sit . The room itself is well insulated from street noises (mine was on the 5th floor), clean and well kept with a safe, kettle and coffee machine, empty mini fridge, safe, tv, haidryer and good lighting . Bathroom lovely with a large shower, good 417 toiletries and all amenities. Friendly, patient and efficient staff both at reception and at breakfast. Yummy and plentiful breakfast with loads of savory and sweet choices. Had a very nice mid week stay and I hope I'll be able to come back soon.

Great Hotel
The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city centre and to the beach. However, finding the hotel and the entrance to its carpark was a difficult exercise as we approached from the North. There was no sign for either visible from that direction. I had to circle around for quite a while and return from the opposite direction to find it. The hotel facilities were all very good except that the floor of the shower recess was slippery. I informed the hotel of this upon checkout and I was impressed that the staff member treated it seriously and took down the complaint to pass it on.

Feels like home
This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at the David Tower. We had a lovely time, like in previous stays. The hotel is so well located, close to everywhere, clean and during these difficult times, has not dropped its standard. A bar to hold onto in the shower would be very useful.

Despite some flaws, the best hotel in Netanya
This is a lovely boutique-style hotel set within easy walking distance of pretty much all of Netanya's attractions. It has a couple of flaws: on windy days the building's design means that the wind channels straights down the aircon vents, making a noise like a train (until the wind direction changes or the wind drops). The spa and pool are small and only open until 4pm. And breakfast is fine without being great. But the rooms are lovely, the beds comfortable, and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff try their best to help - though their English is hit and miss - and once they get to know you are generally friendly and welcoming. A good choice for a short-ish stay or a business trip.

Nothing perfect we will not came back

We came to hotels in amazement because it looked beautiful and this was our first time in Netanya, but I was astonished by the reception, which did not pay any attention to the customers. We also went to the spa. There were no empty places for massage. It was bad luck. We went to the reception to ask for a late check-out with... He paid, but the response was tactless and there was no interest. The amount is not cheap. There is no respect for customers. In this hotel, there are no restaurants open, only room service and no choices..a very bad choice, unfortunately

Excellent séjour !
Rapide séjour de 4 nuits : parfait !
Personnel efficace et aimable.
Chambre exécutive de belle surface, propre, salle de bains spacieuse propre avec douche en parfait état. Climatisation efficace facilement réglable. Le ménage a été fait chaque jour en matinée. Une bouteille d1l d'eau minérale offerte chaque jour, appréciable. Mini frigo et coffre à disposition en chambre. Cafetière expresso avec dosettes.
Smart tv belle taille (windows et non google).
Petit déjeuner israélien varié, proposé jusqu'à 11H, boulangerie et viennoiserie fraiches, omelette concoctée sur place avec sympathie.
2 Ascenseurs rapides et disponibles.
Réseau wifi gratuit très rapide et disponible partout jusque sur la terrasse.
Piscine intérieure permettant quelques longueurs de nage et sauna/hamam gratuits.
Parking de l'hôtel pour 40 Shekels, environ 10 EUR / 24 heures. Accessible 24/24h avec ascenseurs directs. Paiement chaque jour à la barrière de sortie ou à la réception dans mon cas, en cb sans contact, ma carte bancaire ne fonctionnant pas sur la borne (lecture piste magnétique).
Au total : excellent séjour !!

Hôtel soigné et bien placé
Hôtel moderne, soigné, touches d’originalité et très bien placé à deux pas de la plage et du centre. Dans les standards des Sofitel malgré quelques finitions à revoir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, parquet (rare en Israël) et haut plafond. Demandez étage élevé face mer. Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans être exceptionnel. Il vaut ses 5 étoiles (locales) surtout en comparaison avec les autres hôtels du centre ville.

Tolles Flair
Dieses Hotel gehört sicher zu den besseren Adressen im Land.
Ein Zimmer auf Top-Niveau - ob Badezimmer oder sonstige Ausstattung, Balkon etc. hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!
Ein unglaubliches Wellness Angebot, Reizvolle Bar und ausreichende Parkplätze vor Ort.
Nicht zu vergessen ein Super Frühstück ( Koscher )

Ich möchte an der Stelle nochmal betonen, dass es ein hervorragendes Hotel mit einem ausgesprochen aufmerksamen Personal gibt.
Ich könnte maximal auf das Wetter schimpfen, doch selbst da hatten wir eigentlich Glück.

Sollte mich der Weg nochmals in dieses schöne Land führen, hier werde ich sicherlich wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig, recht sauber, auch hat man uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gegeben, aber viele Kleinigkeiten machen die Untetbringung dann doch unangenehm.. Beim 1. Bezug mussten wir Service um nachträgliche Säuberung bitten. Unmöglich... am ersten Tag nach Bezug lag beim Zurückkommen ein schmutziger Lappen vorm Bett. Nur 1 Schololade auf dem Kissen, obwohl wir doch ein Paar sind... Personal Rezeption mehr mit privatem Handyspielen interessiert als die Gäste zu betreuen.... allgemein Personal überwiegend Ukrainier/Russen und da ist viel Luft nach oben zum Verbesseren (außer bei Ankuft Svetlana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbeteit)..... die Lage ist wg. Umfeld auch nicht zu empfehle .......
The room was spacious, quite clean, we were also given a room with a view of the sea, but many small things make the Untetbringung then uncomfortable .. The first purchase we had to ask for subsequent cleaning service. Impossible ... on the first day after purchase a dirty rag was lying in front of the bed. Only 1 Schololade on the pillow, although we are a couple ... Staff reception more with private play mobile interested as the guests to look after .... generally staff predominantly Ukrainians / Russians and there is a lot of room for improvement (except at Arrival Svetlana was very friendly and helpful) ..... the location is wg. Environment also not recommended .......

Das Hotel bietet exzellente Zimmer und hervorragenden Service. (Bei meiner Abreise um 3.30 morgens war vom wake up call über Taxi bis zum Frühstückspaket alles perfekt organisiert). Die zentrale Lage direkt am Strand und 3 Minuten von einem Platz mit großer Restaurantauswahl ist auch für eine Geschäftsreise optimal. Die während meines Aufenthalt dort stattfindenden Konzerte waren allerdings auch im Zimmer noch zu verfolgen.
Trotzdem gerne wieder.

Prestigioso e comodo
Un hotel di grande prestigio per qualità degli arredi e silenzio. Di notevole rilevanza la Spa per cortesia e qualità degli operatori. Cortesia in ogni richiesta e attenzione ai dettagli. Una ottima esperienza come già valutato in altri alberghi della catena.

Todo es excelente en este hotel!
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de bares, restaurantes y enfrente de la playa. Es un hotel hermoso, bien decorado y muy limpio. El desayuno es excelente. El spa muy recomendable. Liz, muy amable, durante el desayuno nos recomendó un par de lugares para visitar (tiendas y una plaza con un monumento por el Holocausto) que hicieron una diferencia en nuestra visita a la ciudad. Cuando preguntamos en recepción sobre un buen lugar para comer falafel, la recomendación de Mussa falafel fue excelente!! Las habitaciones son amplias, están muy bien equipadas (hasta con máquina de Nespresso!) y la limpieza impecable. Los chocolates nocturnos son riquísimos. Para volver!

In viaggio verso Safed siamo rimasti solo una notte in questo meraviglioso hotel. Estremamente gentili alla reception. Ineguagliabili le colazioni , sia per l'offerta proposta, sia per la quantità che per la qualità. Ottime le camere

Excellent hotel
[IT] Sono stato in questo hotel una settimana per lavoro. L'hotel è ottimo, nulla da eccepire: pulito, servizio puntuale, personale gentile, colazione di qualità e con una vasta scelta. Inoltre è sito al centro di Netanya, vicino alla spiaggia e vicino alla zona pedonale. Solo un appunto (motivo per cui voto con 4 invece che con 5): sarebbe comodo una piccolo tavolo o una scrivania nelle camere (e negli spazi comuni) al fine di poter, se necessario, lavorare con un notebook.

[EN] I've been to this hotel to business for one week. This is an excellent hotel: clean, timely service, friendly staff, quality breakfast and a wide choice. This hotel is site near the beach and near the city centre (pedestrian zone). I'm voting 4 instead of 5, because I suggest to provide a little table or desk inside the room (or in the common area) to allow to work with a laptop.

Muy buen servicio y ubicacion
Muy buen hotel, cómodo, buen servicio y buenas instalaciones. Gimnasio completo y moderno, buena piscina y sauna.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, grandes y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación es excelente, frente a la costa y a una cuadra de la peatonal donde hay muchos restaurantes y servicios.

Bello, ma ha alcune pecche
Sono stato 4 notti per lavoro; hotel nuovo, molto bello, di alto livello. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito nel garage sotterraneo. Bella la spa al secondo piano, piscina panoramica, sauna e bagno turco.
Bene il wifi, veloce e comoda la connessione.
Personale molto gentile.
Posizione vicino al centro, ma comunque in 8/10' si raggiunge l'autostrada n. 2.
La camera è moderna, ma abbastanza piccola, e soprattutto manca un piano di appoggio, c'è solo un letto, due comodini minuscoli (dove si fa fatica ad appoggiare il cellulare), un mobiletto con la macchina del nescafè ed una sedia, non c'è un tavolo, non si sa dove appoggiare le cose. Quando il design non è funzionale, diventa poco accettabile.
Altra nota stonata il frigobar automatico, appena si toglie un prodotto (anche senza consumarlo), viene automaticamente addebitato sul conto, ovvero non si può usare il frigo per inserire le proprie bottiglie, questa è una cosa molto fastidiosa.
La colazione è buona, ma ha un prezzo folle, 25 euro!

Las habitaciones están muy bien. El hotel es nuevo y muy bonito pero el servicio es ineficaz no hay profesionales de la hostelería es una pena.
Llegamos a las 21h para cenar y no había nada de nada para comer. Nos dieron un solo plato de carnes frias para 4 personas es lo único que tenían en cocin. 1 plato para 4 personas. Ni una fruta nada de nada. El desayuno esta bien pero el servicio no tiene ni idea no hay nadie para dirigir este restaurante.
Decepcionante el servicio no está a la altura de este hotel.
