  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

Perfecto para viaje de negocios
Hotel muy cómodo para viajes de negocios. Bien situado cerca de la nueva zona de negocios y varios centros comerciales , buena atención y wifi rápido para trabajar
El buffet de desayuno normal, bastante bollería y algo de fruta y fiambre pero para un hotel de esta categoría esperaba algo más

No lo cambio por ningún otro hotel de la zona. Muy buena atención y servicio. Excelente desayuno, y muy buenos restaurants y roof-top bar. Además de ofrecer otros servicios como spa, masajes y sauna. Estacionamiento gratis en el mismo edificio

Muy buena opción

Muy buena opción. Bien ubicado, buenas habitaciones y todo el servicio impecable. El desayuno muy completo y reponen permanentemente, no hay que esperar para tomar los ascensores.
En recepción la atención es excelente y ofrecen repelentes de insectos y alcohol en gel.

Hôtel bien placé
Hôtel de 15 étages situé face au shopping mall del sol et près de l’autre shopping mall la galeria. Piscine sur le toit. Massages et gym. 2 restaurants (qualité très moyenne). Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre de bonne taille. Seule différence entre chambre supérieure et classique : une cafetière ! Personnel aimable. On entend un peu le bruit de la circulation. Matelas un peu mou à mon goût. Pas très loin de l’aéroport.

Superb business stay at midtown commercial district
Perfect location for midtown commercial district. Conference center short walk outbound; small mall with food court across the street: and Shell convenience store with Juan Valdez coffee in inbound direction. Affordable Uber to old center. Best was small but well equipped gym. Only complaint is watery mess of eggs for breakfast and contaminated/unclean coffee pot; eat out.

Non è il Whindam Dazzler che sono abituato a vedere
Non capisco come possono rifilare agli ignari clienti le "suites" ubicate al 14 piano, proprio sotto agli impianti di climatizzazione dell'hotel. Con il rumore continuo giorno e notte non è possibile rimanere in camera neanche 5 minuti.
Camere che necessitano di manutenzione accurata, parti comuni come la piscina da tenere più in ordine e sarebbe necessaria una pulizia accurata della pavimentazione.
Buona colazione ma la presentazione lascia a desiderare. L'hotel è totalmente da rivedere.

Excellent hotel
My stay also this second time in Asunción was great. The hotel offers a great service and organizes the pick up at the airport at any time. The hotel rooms are modern equipped. The rooftop restaurant and pool are definitely worth a visit. I always enjoy the wide variety of the breakfast buffet in the morning.
It is a great option to stay in Asunción and you have the Mall del Sol right in front.

Gutes Hotel in super Lage...
Würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Zimmer mit angenehmer Größe. Riesiges, bequemes Bett!! Tolle Dachterrasse mit Schwimmbad und einem super Ausblick. Service am Schwimmbad etwas zurückhaltend aber vorhanden. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal in diesem Hotel!!!

MAYBE NOT DAZZLING BUT GOOD
Early check in [at noon on a group tour] was very much appreciated after long flights yesterday. The bed is hard which I like. Everything is clean save for the black hand print behind the nifty chair. No tea and coffee facilities in the room is a real negative. While there is java [coin operated; good grief] in reception, that area does not have the comfortable feel of the hotel across the road. There’s a stocked fridge which went unused like stocked fridges I have seen elsewhere in the world. The pool and Negroni bar on the 15th floor have a striking setting. Frustrating that area only opens at 0900; no sense. Even worse is when I tried to access the area at 0915 it was still locked; somebody did not get the memo. Four elevators certainly helped. The main floor restaurant Takuare’e was the breakfast venue, an ample buffet. The restaurant is quite large, as the hotel has some 300 rooms. For visitors, the surrounding area does have some nice neighbourhoods to walk but the city’s historic center is a cab ride away. Maybe the hotel did not completely live up to its name but it is a good option.

The Dazzler by Wyndham is so convenient cause is in front of the mall and all the restaurants just steps away.
The service is really good, staff is friendly and willing to help at all times
At the check in i received a lovely surprise that the minibar was free and they offered also a free late check out!

Favorite Hotel in Paraguay
I have stayed here five times and been to the rooftop bar on many occasions. very nice environment and people. the food at the rooftop is good to. i also love the view from outside simply breathtaking.

Fantastico
Sono rimasto entusiasta di questo hotel. L'unico neo è la lentezza e disorganizzazione esasperante dei receptionist. La struttura è nuova, innovativa e di classe. Bellissima la proiezione con temi agresti sulla parete all'ingresso proprio sopra gli ascensori. Le stanze sono ampie e moderne, funzionali, oltretutto silenziose. La colazione fantastica, sia nella scelta sia nella presentazione. Bella la piscina sul tetto, purtroppo non provata perché non riscaldata e faceva molto freddo. Insomma, quasi perfetto!

moderno e di stile
si trova nella zona commerciale di fronte al famoso shopping del sol, un pó lontano dal centro per chi é in viaggio d'affari ed ha bisogno di stare nella zona centrale, é peró nel cuore della movida di asunción, nella zona nuova della cittá, albeego bello moderno stanze curate e ben arredate, buona colazione, all'ultimo piano sulla terrazza si trova la piscina, ecco forse un pó troppo piccolina per la struttura, di notte la terrazza si anima con il caffé negroni uno dei locali cult per la gioventú locale.

Servizio pessimo
L'hotel in se non sarebbe neanche male, ma quando ricevi due chiavi/tessera che si smagnetizzano entrambe e poi risali e rimani in balia dell'ascensore che in seguito ti porta all'ultimo piano dove rimani bloccato senza assistenza, perdi la pazienza. Se poi scendi facendo le rimostranze alla reception e invece vieni rispedito su e giù per i vari piani chiamato da chiunque, allora cominci ad infastidirti davvero.

Ich war geschäftlich hier und vom Hotel definitiv überzeugt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat mich überzeugt, insbesondere im Vergleich zu einigen anderen internationalen Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Lobby, Restaurant und anderen öffentlcihen Bereiche sind sehr modern und ansprechend.
Mein Zimmer war geräumig, nicht ganz so modern aber sauber und ordentlich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt, allerdings beim Check-out auch etwas überfordert.
Leider war bei meinem Aufenthalt (1 Nacht) das Internet sehr, sehr langsam.

Grande potenziale ma disorganizzazione totale
Forse essendo nuovo qualcosa ancora non è stato affinato ma senza dubbio per quello che costa e quello che ti può capitare all' interno ci penserei su 2 volte prima di prenotare. Su un soggiorno di un mese mi è capitato di tutto, 3 giorni senza acqua, la lavanderia mi ha perso la biancheria più di una volta, camere quasi sempre non sistemate. Alla larga se potetr

Gutes Stadthotel
Sehr günstige Lage !

Ein- und auschecken dauert etwas und das Personal wirkt etwas überfordert.

Große Zimmer mit Holzboden. Bequemes und großes Bett - relativ kleines Badezimmer.
Alles sehr sauber.

Große und schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool

hôtel modrene
Bine situé sur l´avenue des aviadores près du nouveau centre commercial La Galeria , du centre d´affaires WTc, autres centres commercial comme el Paso et tout les restaurants et bars.
Les chambres sont grandes , la literie. très confortable. Il y a une piscine au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique sur Asuncion.
Le seul hic, le restaurant n´est intéressant que pour les petits déjeuners car le soir le service est quasiment absent, et il fait plutôt type "self".
