When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). En primer lugar, queremos agradecerle por haber elegido Dazzler By Wyndham Colonia, para su estadía en la ciudad y por tomarse el tiempo para dejarnos su opinión en relación con su experiencia.
Lamentamos profundamente que su estadía no haya colmado sus expectativas, con relación a los detalles que menciona de los servicios en general tomamos nota y relevaremos los mismos en cada una de las áreas, lamentamos que nuestro restaurante no haya estado a la altura, y hemos considerado el incidente internamente para mejorar con nuestros procesos de elaboración; con relación a nuestra zona de aguas esta funciona de forma correcta como está dispuesta con el agua climatizada, lamentablemente debido a los intensos fríos y heladas mantenidos días pasados, debimos establecer de manera rápida y eficaz para mejorar las temperaturas un sistema de calentamiento paralelo ya previsto el cual quedó en funcionamiento ese mismo día, por otro lado con relación a la climatización de esa zona, en el área poseemos los equipos de climatización habilitados para minimizar cualquier situación de frío que pueda mantenerse en ese sector.

Una estadía para descansar sin preocupaciones
Pasamos dos noches y el servicio fue excelente. Volveríamos sin dudas.
El desayuno buffet fue de muy buena calidad! Amamos el ambiente super tranquilo y libre, nadie nos molesto en ningún momento. Los procesos de entrada y salida fueron super faciles y rapidos. Eso es algo a destacar.
En cuanto la habitacion, todo super ordenado y amplio. La unica queja es que nos dieron una cama que eran dos colchones juntos, eso fue incómodo ya que al dormir se podia sentir la división.
Fuera de eso, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos y cómodos :)
