What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Not extravagant, but well-located, comfortable, clean and value-priced!
We very much enjoyed this small botique hotel in the Centro/Recolta area of Buenos Aires. It is clean, well-managed, comfortable and perfectly situated to see the city. The front desk/management were extremely helpful and accomodating to our needs. We thought the price was reasonable for the quality room and service provided. Very pleased and we would definately stay again when we visit BA.

Instalaciones pésimas
No tiene nada que ver las fotos publicadas de la habitación con lo que realmente es. Una habitación sucia, sin cuidar y con muchísimo polvo. Las almohadas con manchas que no quiero saber de qué eran. Unas instalaciones muy pésimas y lleno de suciedad y moho.

Queria agradecerles a todos por igual por la excelente y siempre tan amable atencion
El Hotel sigue igual o mas lindo con algunos retoques en la decoration sorprendentes en el subsuelo q es donde se desarrollan diferentes events culturally q le Dan una vida proxima al hotel.
Espero poder verlos en mi proxima estadia en Bs Aires y aprovecho a mandarles un carinoso saludo

BEWARE THAT EVEN IF YOU RESERVED A SUITE THEY CAN PUT A MISLEADING EXCUSE AND GIVE YOU THE LOWEST PRICE ROOM
On March 23th we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm.
We had a reservation for a suite, one of the most expensive rooms
It was informed to us that wasn’t available, instead they wanted to give us a 2 level loft. The room was completely different to the room we reserved. Miguel tried to assist us, and we demand to talk to the manager. Miguel had multiple chats exchanges with the owner, Ernesto Goransky, and we request several times to talk to him but he didn’t want to.
The only available rooms were the cheapest ones, standard rooms, and we requested to see the room that we have reserved , the suite that was supposed to be unavailable because the AC has broken, but our request was denied to us.
This hotel may have some good reviews but be aware that they can try to do the same to you: DENIED THE ROOM YOU RESERVED AND GIVE YOU INE WORST.
Still I want to say that Miguel tried his best and was ashamed of the whole situation.

Muy agradable.
Un hotel con espacios modernos, cómodos y un personal excelente.
Para dos mujeres, que se despiertan no antes del medio día, que se pueda desayunar cuando el pasajero quiere es un lujo!!!
Como hacía mucho frío, pudimos quedarnos hasta, que llegaron a buscarnos. Gracias por eso!!!
