Pathetic experience at Discover Resort Karjat
The property is massive but not at all maintained.
We are at the reception and room F108 is allotted to us but suddenly we are allotted a smaller room which was terrible.
The room F007 had a broken sofa-cum-bed. The bed was placed in such a terrible position that you could not get any cool air from the AC nor from the fan. Considering the current temperatures it was extremely hot. The AC kept tripping regularly.
Mr. Gulshan from the Housekeeping team was helpful but couldn’t do much. He did provide us with a table fan but we could use it only for 30 mins as 30mins later the restaurant team came and took it away
They do not provide face or hand towels. The bathroom door did not have a proper latch to it either. The magnet and latch was broken so they had kept a stopper to close it . We had muddy water in the bathroom for 30mins.
Inspite of multiple complaints made to the resort, not once did they offer to change our rooms. ZERO PROACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The resort takes the entire payment in advance at the time of booking and I have understood why they do this, this way the guest does not fight and cannot refuse to pay the amount. The guest is forced to stay in such a shabby place because the guest has already paid the full amount.
The food is not great either. For non-vegetarians it’s a total waste of time and money. For lunch and dinner only 2 non-veg dishes are provided however both look and taste the same. They should definitely not make pasta as they murdered all their pasta dishes. For breakfast you do not get eggs to order. They only serve masala omlet which is completely tasteless. There is no masala in it and mind u the batter is prepared in bulk so it is is extremely watery and terrible to eat. They only cater to the vegetarian and Jain food. Non-veg is clearly ignored
All in all a pathetic experience and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Will never go back

Below Expectation
Based on the reviews I had booked this place ..but it's just a average place...the cleanliness and hygiene is not upto the mark at all. The electricity load shedding keeps happening and the food is just ok. They do have a lot of activities for the kids. My experience overall was not that great ..

Nice cozy stay for relaxation
I visited the resort on 13th April along with my friends and really had good experience. We stayed in duplex which was really nice and spacious, Quality of food was good and manageable with varieties. Swimming Pool is big, nice and well maintained. Best part was the activities which they organise, all our members participated and enjoyed to the core. In Budget vacation this resort is truly recommended.

Paradise of Karjat
To begin with, it was a tiresome long journey and then there was this unexpected, crowded and hectic check-in process. But from that moment on, our experience has been nothing but beautiful.
On our way to the rooms, we were greeted by the stunning sight of towering trees which created a canopy of green providing the perfect amount of shade and serenity. The open area, with its multiple sized swimming pools, was an inviting oasis that beckoned us to take a refreshing dip and beat the heat. Both the rooms and beds are big in size. They may seem old-fashioned but nothing one should complain about considering the comfort and service given.
The food was nothing short of exceptional. With a variety of vegetarian options and fresh salads, there was something for everyone. However, we did feel that there could be more options for non-vegetarian dishes.
The events and activities at the resort were a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the dancing events, where we let loose and had a great time moving to the rhythm of the music. The rain shower brought out the child in ourselves, and had us playing unconditionally with our kids.
But the "cherry on the cake", was the late evening, live music, sing-along karaoke, which was loved by all. It was a fantastic way to unwind and indulge in reminiscing fond memories.
Overall our experience at Discover Resorts was nothing short of friendly and enjoyable.

The events and activities at the resort were a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the dancing events, where we let loose and had a great time moving to the rhythm of the music. The rain shower brought out the child in ourselves, and had us playing unconditionally with our kids.
But the "cherry on the cake", was the late evening, live music, sing-along karaoke, which was loved by all. It was a fantastic way to unwind and indulge in reminiscing fond memories.
Overall our experience at Discover Resorts was nothing short of friendly and enjoyable.
Looking forward to having another experience soon.

Family Time at Discover
This is a great place to spend time with Family. The Resort makes sure that everyone is engaged in various activities which includes, Mimicry Show, DJ, Tambola, Swimming Pool, Mid-night Movie and finally the most exciting part is the Mid-night Maggie.
The stay was made extremely comfortable by Mr. Ranjan Gupte and his team. Gulshan Ji ensured that the rooms were spick and span. Daniel ensured that the room service was great and the food order was brought in time and was very tasty. The instructions for the kids food were adhered and kids did enjoy their piece of Fries and Noodles.
Shantanu, House keeping supervisor did his bit when approached.
Net net the team was good and ensured that we carry good memories.
