  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.

Great Location
Also, a Distinction hotel on a big property right by the lake – excellent for taking strolls and quick and easy access to the town and shops. Wifi was impeccable. The dinner buffet had a great selection including fresh seafood. The breakfast buffet selection was very good, too.

Nice hotel
We were fortunate to have a lakeside room. Just a shame the weather wasn't the best, as there was a nice balcony area outside our room.
The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed was very comfy. Dinner was good and there was a good choice of food for breakfast.

Comfortable and welcoming
We were very pleasantly surprised, having read both positive and negative reviews, to find the hotel villa we stayed in very comfortable and cosy, with new bathroom and lots of space to spread out. No issues with things needing repairs. The safe wouldn't lock but someone arrived at the door within 10 minutes of letting Management know. It proved difficult to sort out so we were able to store our passports in the reception safe overnight and while we were out the next day. It was fixed by the time we were back.
The setting of this establishment is lovely, with lake and mountain views. It's also conveniently situated, opposite the wharves for glow-worm tours, lake trips, etc and a 2 minute walk to the start of the main street with all shops and restaurants.
Breakfast, included in our tariff, was excellent. Although they cater for large tour groups there are plenty of tables, attractively set and plenty of food.

Très décevant
Très décevant avec un rapport qualité prix très très mauvais. Pas d’ascenseur pour les chambres à l’étage et un escalier en fer qui vibre à chaque passage - réveil garanti !
Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste avec des viennoiseries en caoutchouc bon marché
La deco est d’un autre âge avec une moquette mal odorante dans des petites chambres
Dommage car l’emplacement est idéal!!!

Lovely place
We stayed in a villa , which is in a lovely location. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. However the cooking facilities were a bit odd, microwave and toaster and kettle, limited cups and only small plates. No where to wash up or a tea towel to dry up. Just a cupboard in the corner. As there was only one bathroom, had to plan our kettle fill and showers.

Marvellous location
Marvellous location with great views of the lake. Very comfortable rooms. Staff not the friendliest especially the barman but overall ok. The egg man was filling the food trays so by the time he had cooked the eggs the rest of the breakfast was cold

Ottimo punto di partenza per Fiordland National Park Milford Sound. Personale gentilissimo; WiFi eccellente. Pulito e, anche se datato, relativamente ben tenuto. Rapporto prezzo/qualita‘ eccellente. Camere spaziose, pulite (servizio WC/doccia 👍); se dormi con la finestra aperta.. pochissimi rumori. Direi più che soddisfatto anche per la cucina.

Beau motel
Alors moi j'ai adoré cet hôtel pour son côté vintage et son atmosphère unique. Tout est très propre, les chambres sont sympa, grandes, propres et bien équipées. La réception est OK, même si un poil chichiteuse pour ce type d'établissement

Mais ce qui fait le charme particulier de cet hotel, c'est la combinaison entre son côté "bout du monde", son architecture 70s (on se croirait à l'époque où on empruntait un 747 de la PanAm pour venir à Auckland avant de rejoindre l'hotel) et la vue majestueuse quand on boit sa bière au bar.

Surtout prenez une chambre au rdc vue lac, sinon ça n'est pas la peine. Là vous avez de quoi vous asseoir sur votre terrasse, avec la pelouse au-delà de laquelle se trouve le lac.

Pour le petit déj, la formule la moins chère suffit largement sauf si vous voulez vraiment bruncher. Nous n'avons pas diné au restaurant de l'hotel qui est très grand et avait l'air un peu froid. Il ya une piscine à l'arrière mais nous ne l'avons pas essayée, ni le spa.

Una oportunidad perdida!
Utilizamos el pueblo como un descanso obligado para visitar Milford Sounds,solo permanecimos unas 10 hs para dormir pero el motel es muy simpático y dispone de una muy buena ubicación y de servicios que no pudimos disfrutar. Si bien la habitación es básica, tiene un balconcito en planta baja con vista al lago, dispone de pileta y un enorme salón bar. Como dato adicional el pueblito es encantador

Ungepflegt und alt
Dieses Hotel ist leider auf den Massentourismus per Bus ausgerichtet und hat null Charme. Unsere ‚Villa‘ war alt und abgewohnt und vom Sitzbereich aus hatten wir den Ausblick auf den Busparkplatz. Man hat keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen da weder Stühle noch Tisch vorhanden waren. Alles in allem sehr heruntergekommen, die Anlage hat definitiv die besten Jahre hinter sich. Preis Leistung geht gar nicht, obwohl das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

Das Hotel liegt, getrennt durch eine Strasse, direkt am See. Es ist ein flacher Bau der in die Landschaft passt Nicht das neueste Hotel, aber akzeptabel. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Ort ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war in Ordnung, ebenfalls das Abendessen.

Ottimo albergo con un solo difetto
Ho soggiornato in questo splendido albergo per una sola notte. La camera , il bagno e il salotto attrezzato sono ben arredati, puliti e offrono ogni comodità. Il Wi-Fi è efficientissimo, e la vista sul lago è davvero stupenda. Unico difetto: Non c,è ascensore e per accedere alle stanze superiori occorre trasportarsi le valigie (nel mio caso una ma molto pesante). Va comunque detto che l'albergo è diviso in vari fabbricati o cottage e sarebbe estremamente dispendioso fornirli di ascensore.
Detto questo e senza dare eccessiva importanza a un piccolo sforzo, voglio aggiungere che la cena e la colazione sono state ottime e al mattino la piccola passeggiata sui prati antistanti il lago è stata davvero "magica" .

Offen gestaltete Hotelanlage mit Pool, zum Schwimmen geeignet, nicht nur Planschen, Zimmer sind ok, nicht spektakulär , sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service, Ort und diverse Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, direkt am See gelegen

Deprimierendes Hotel, 70er Jahre stehen geblieben
Die gesamte Hotelanlage vermittelt das Gefühl, dass seit den 70er Jahren nicht ein einziger NZD mehr investiert wurde, lange Flure mit altem Teppich ausgelegt, alte Zimmer, die Beleuchtung reicht nicht aus, Dusche nur begehbar über die Badewanne, Steckdose für Fön gibt es im Bad nicht, daher im Schlafzimmer fönen. Zimmer bzw. Betten wurden schlecht zurecht gemacht. Frühstücksraum dunkel und lieblos, Hotel hat gute Voraussetzungen aufgrund der Lage direkt am See ein kleines Bistro draußen zu bewirtschaften, aber alles lieblos, kein Interesse, da die Hotelbetreiber sich wohl des Vorteils der Lage bzw. Näühe zum Milford Sound bewußt sind.
Personal am Front Desk sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ansprechend!
Das recht grosse Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, macht aber einen guten Eindruck. Sehr freundliches Personal, nettes Zimmer (Villa), perfekte Lage. Wie (fast) alle Hotels in NZ, auch hier „Free-Wifi“. Zu empfehlen!

Muy buen hotel frente al lago
Muy buen hotel frente al lago, cuenta con muchas habitaciones, en mi caso fue por tres noches en a Garden view room. Enclavado en el Fiordland national park, me parece debe ser el ideal para grupos numerosos, cerca de los fiordos. Muy buen desayuno y la cena también con variedad de platos, todos muy gustosos. Lo único que quizás no me gustó fue la decoración, pero todo es cuestión de gustos. Muy cómodo todo !

Muy bien
El hotel está muy bien situado. El personal en general es muy amable y en recepción, Nakul siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte, facilitarte reservas, enviar toallas a la habitación, etc.
El hotel sale un poco más caro que Lodges o Moteles mucho más básicos. Merece la pena.

Hermoso hotel
El hotel es muy lindo para ir en familia. Está en camino a una de las caminatas más lindas del mundo por lo que es un must enNueva Zelanda. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, y es lindo para caminarlo de punta a punta.

Buona posizione ma qualche difetto di troppo
Partiamo dai lati positivi: splendida posizione sul mare, super wi-fi, stanza più che accettabile, staff molto cortese alla reception. C'è però qualcosa che non funziona: se vi capita una stanza al secondo piano sappiate che non c'è ascensore. Lo staff si propone per portare su le valigie ma è comunque una falla non da poco. Inoltre, il ristorante interno (con conseguente servizio in camera) chiude alle 20.30: decisamente troppo presto.

A la orilla del lago
Habitación muy grande con camas cómodas, baño justo pero bien
Wifi gratis !!! Y de buena calidad
Las habitaciones que dan al lago con unas buenas vistas
El pueblo justo al lado (no tiene nada que ver)
Tiene piscina al aire libre pequeña y unos supuestos spa con sauna que hay que reservar previamente

Motel con troppe pretese
Il Distinction Te Anau Villas è un motel con tante pretese. un corpo centrale (reception e ristorante con qualche camera) con intorno dei bungalows piuttosto squallidi. Stanzette piccolissime, con bagno grande come cabina telefonica e senza miscelatore. wifi libero solo al Bar del corpo centrale, ma non funzionante.... Ristorante pretenzioso ma da evitare. Troppo caro per il servizio offerto.
