Good stay
This is at a good location with good amenities. Near to Wanaka lake. Rooms were very good. Kitchen and balcony are very good. Very spacious for the amount they charged. Two bedrooms helped as we were travelling with our daughter. Ample parking space. Their sauna and pool are also very good.

A comfortable well appointed room.
We stayed 2 nights as part of our tour of the South island. Our room was located next to the tennis courts, and had 2 bedrooms and a garage, completewithwashingmachineandtumbledryer! It was well appointed and comfortable and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. It's possible to walk into town but we suspect most people will use a car as it is a 20-30 minute walk.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.
Schöne Motelanlage mit Pool und Privatparkgaragen. Etwas abseits vom Zentum,lmaximal 5min mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ist schön und sauber. Es sind Wohnungen mit 2 Schlafzimmer und Küche. Die Matratze ist etwas sehr weich. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Could be so much better
Decent sized apartments for a family of four with two bedrooms. Garages are on the small size but I could fit in a Toyota Fortuner.
The negatives:
- Only four of everything in terms of cutlery, which is really annoying.
- Gets unbearably hot due to lack of air conditioning/heat pumps.
- Not even any fans have been put in.
- TV is tiny and belongs in a museum. Hardly any channels unless one likes Sky Sports.
- No smart TV features.
- Shower glass door has a big gap in the bottom which means you can easily flood the bathroom floor without realising.
Positives:
- Decent size
- Good location

Excellent for a long stay - has absolutely everything
We stayed here for two nights in December 2023.
Our unit (three bedrooms) was simply huge. A family could live here. It has everything that you would ever need. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a washing machine and dryer for clothes etc.
The hotel is located about a 3-minute drive from central Wanaka and a 20-minute walk along a nice walking track.
The only reason for which I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the main living area got very hot in the afternoon (on a summer day, 20 degrees Celsius). There was no air conditioning, so the room was unbearably hot. The bedrooms that face the other side were much cooler. Then, the next morning, the bedrooms got extremely hot right from early morning and there was no way to cool them down, while the main living area was at a comfortable temperature. The unit could benefit from something to control the temperature. Other than that and maybe the fact that the TV had limited channels and reception cut out a bit, this is a very good place to stay.
