  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Pathetic if I can summarise in one word!
We had planned to stay in this hotel for a duration of 5 days and we had a 1.5 yr old baby with us.
1. Despite a call given to the team that we will have a baby along and that the room should be properly cleaned and the lenin should be hygienic, we were given a room that was so dirty as if it was not cleaned after the previous checkout. Also the entire lenin of bed was damp.
2. There was no towels, toiletries or any amenities that you think a hotel should provide in a room
3. Facilities like a fan, central air conditioning which was mentioned on the MMT site was not there at all.
4. The washroom was so dirty that while taking shower, the water would all clog and fill in the shower area. We had to stand on a stool and take shower. And imagine how to give bath to a baby.
5. The property pictures on their site or MMT is all deceiving. The pool was so dirty and the water was so brown, you cant see the floor! During our stay, i dint see them even once cleaning the pool
6. In the buffet, there was about 5 ltrs of lychee juice kept in a tap jar. And there was a fly floating in it.
7. The staff are highly unprofessional. There are no basic amenities like iron, iron table, even a laundry bag. They asked us to find a polythene. So we gave all our dirty clothes in a “not so clean polythene”. And what they did- they washed our clothes, folded and gave them back in the same dirty polythene. What more can i say!
8. Even the managers have no courtesy whatsoever. For all the issues we had, not even once did they come to meet us, apologies or assured that they will resolve things for our comfortable stay.
9. Infact the managers stopped attending our phone calls and disconnected when we tried calling them
10. Unfortunately we could not deal with such an unpleasant experience and to avoid ruining our holiday, we checked out a day prior and they dint refund our money. We only asked for the single day refund when we dint stay with them. But the hotel managers are great in harassing the guests. When they don’t pick calls, forget you will get your money back.
I am attaching some photos but the experience was much worse. So thats how it was a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!

HORRIBLE- SAVE YOURSELF
***MUST READ***We booked this Echor property seeing their reviews (which are definitely PAID) for our 1st anniversary from 25-29th Feb with 1 night in Luxury & 3 nights in Jacuzzi room (most expensive room). It was the worst nightmare of our lives to select them. We reached the hotel around 12 PM on the 25th from Delhi, traveling the whole night. And same was informed to their staff Deepak (2118) but no early check-in was provided. Instead, the allotted room was not even checked/ cleaned properly, and a filthy/ dirty bed cover & quilt with hair strands were provided in the Luxury Category room. Which my wife unfortunately used as was too tired. Later when I saw the same, I immediately called them to change, to our utter surprise the housekeeping guy told us it was the 5th time he was changing the same since morning. We did not give it much thought and took it as normal. The worst part started in the evening when around 4 PM on the 25th, my wife started having small blisters/ rashes around her arms. We took it as a normal allergy that might stop in some time, but till night it was all around her body with unbearable pain. We had no choice but to come back to Delhi the next very day "Anniversary Day", we booked a private taxi from the hotel only and left at 8.50 AM and reached Delhi at 11.30 PM on 26th Feb with the worst journey of our lives. My question is when they knew in advance about our plans, why the Luxury room was not cleaned properly? And did they know the earlier guest had some medical/ hygiene issues that the cover was changed so many times, which they simply ignored at our checkout time? Neither their manager Ritesh (1119) replied on same since yesterday. It's not about money, it's risking someone's life. Proper hygiene of rooms are must for every hotel, and stances like changing linen for like 5 times itself seem fishy. Later we asked them to create stay vouchers for the money we paid them, that we can use later. They denied that too. DO NOT GO AS PER REVIES ON GOOGLE, BOOKING, MAKEMYTRIP. They are far different in terms of what is portrayed. Thanks, Echor for ruining our first anniversary, kudos for providing such a facility in your luxury category rooms.

Nice Rooms
Though the place is good, but we only dealt with little Unprofessionalism from front office staff and Sales they seemed confused.....Rest Rooms are good, Cottage is Cute.... We had to stay in all categories of room during our stay because of booking confusion... Well it's good too but feeling of rest or warmth was missing as we were changing rooms daily...And view was great from all rooms... Beautiful Manali.

Average experience there are scopes for improvement
Stayed for 5 days in the resort. The plus point were the 180° view of the snow covered mountains from the balcony. The deluxe room was fine too. The staffs were courteous.
The points of dissatisfaction...at 6:15 am construction started on Saturday morning, a new extension of the resort was getting constructed.Inspite of calling up from the room no action was taken by the staff at the reception and had to go down and intervene. The whole episode continued for 30 minutes. Such act of irresponsibility is not expected at 6:15 am in a resort where the owner's family stays in the same campus. Further as breakfast was part of our package, the day we went to Rohtang pass we inquired if there are provision for packed breakfast. On confirmation from the kitchen staff we got sandwich and juice packed. We collected it at 6:30 am. By 9:30 am when we attempted to eat it , there was a stale taste and the fruit juice was mixed with water and packed in an used Aquafina mineral water bottle. Once back to the resort by 12:50 pm we returned the food and fluid juice and to our horror when we inquired when was the sandwich packed it was informed by the reception staff and the chef that it was packed the NIGHT before and that's what they do everytime. NO clarification was given for water mixed juice in used mineral water bottle.
Cooking is too mediocre infact after the first day we decided to eat out most of the meals .
Balconies are too close and hence no privacy. Specially when the adjoining rooms have loud customers then sitting in the balcony to enjoy the serenity of the nature is a wishful thinking.

The Best Prime Location In Manali
Our first trip towards snowy mountains was astonished, hotel location was prime and perfect with large area balcony where we did wfh and fultoo machaaye as well.
The owners are from Mumbai and this hotel have Mumbai touch , service was quick
