Welcoming, helpful and well appointed property
Only three nights at the end of our Colombian holiday and we enjoyed staying here before we said goodbye.
It is a businessman's hotel, but we felt perfectly welcome as tourists. Breakfast staff are super friendly and efficient and so àre the front desk and concierge. We even enjoyed the local 'sopa de caldo' to start the day. The room on the seventh floor is very stylish and modern with a panoramic view of the hills.
This is in the best part of town so you get to be close to the largest malls and we still managed to get our own taxis from outside the hotel all the way to the centre about 40 minutes away given Bogotá traffic.
The popular Black Bear restaurant is almost next door along with a host of other eateries for dinner.

Very Good
Great location in an upscale neighborhood. Very nice rooms and complimentary breakfast. Surrounded by a park with 6 restaurants. Anna Maria at the front desk was great and very helpful with dinner reservations. Carlos, the bellman explained all the features of the room when he delivered our luggage. I highly recommend EK Hotel.

Desde que llegamos tuvimos una grata experiencia. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el acondicionador de aire, pero nos buscaron una solución. He recomendado el hotel a otras personas que estarán visitando el área próximamente. La localización es excelente. Accesibilidad q restaurantes y zonas de disfrute general. Cerca al aeropuerto, y a la zona histórica de Bogotá. Carlos García estuvo muy atentos a nosotros y accesible a asistirnos en cualquier necesidad.

Buena ubicacion y excelente atencion!
Excelente servicio y buena ubicación. Desde la recepción puedes programar todos tus viajes con taxistas que trabajan directamente para el hotel, los desayunos son muy buenos, las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo el personal brinda un excelente servicio, especialmente Carlos Pineda, el conserje, quien nos atendió de la mejor manera posible.
