Buena elección de hotel
Está situado en un barrio residencial, no muy lejos del centro histórico de Arequipa. Aunque ha tenido mejores tiempos, todavía se observa y ofrece una gran calidad de servicio, dentro de muy buenas instalaciones. El personal muy amable y eficiente. El personal del restaurante inmejorable.

Buena opción
Hotel estilo antiguo, recepción acogedora, buen trato del personal de recepción.
Habitación amplia, con mobiliario antiguo, cama cómoda, baño limpio.
Muy bonito el patio y la zona en donde se te brinda el desayuno buffet, el cual es bueno, particularmente la fruta. Destaca la amabilidad del personal que dispensa el desayuno.
No tan cerca del centro, pero no hay problema para desplazarse al mismo.

Podria repetir.
Estuvimos alojados una noche en nuestra estancia en Peru en este hotel.
La habitaciones son acogedoras y espaciosas, al menos las que nos toco a nosotros, el desayuno muy bueno, y tambien destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal. Quiza es cierto que el hotel no esta muy centrico, pero para nosotros no fue mucho problema ir caminando fuese dia o noche.
Podria volver a alojarme en este hotel.

Motel de carretera
Hotel pésimo pasa la calificación de 4 estrellas.
En algunas web incluso lo ponen como 5 estrellas... Ni un motel de carretera...
Las fotos de su web distan mucho de la realidad.
Antiguo y muy deteriorado
Se nos rompió una jarrita de cerámica donde ponían el gel a granel y nos hicieron pagar 8 euros.
Mantas viejas y frío en la habitación
No hay buffet en el desayuno. Sirven en mesa unas tostadas secas, un Café y un zumo. Muy excaso todo.
No recomiendo para nada.
Además queda muy lejos del centro de Arequipa

Non é un 5 stelle
Abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte in questo hotel prenotato dall'agenzia per il viaggio di nozze. Sembrava ci fossimo solo noi, non c'era anima viva, dopo le 18 tutto buio e tetro. Abbiamo chiesto del bar ma alle 18 era giá chiuso. La camera era essenziale, poco spaziosa, completamente gelata e molto buia con wifi poco funzionante. Per scaldarsi c'era un piccolo calorifero elettrico. Per arrivare in centro bisogna camminare circa 15 min ma la sera essendo vicino a un parco non é molto sicuro quindi conviene farsi chiamare un taxi. Sicuramente non da 5 stelle.

Buen hotel!
Nos alojamos dos noches en este hotel. Destacar primero de nada la amabilidad de todos y cada uno de los empleados, tanto del restaurante como recepción y botones. La habitación buena, muy buen desayuno también. El hotel queda alejado del centro pero en taxi son tan solo 7 soles (dos euros) o sea que al final no es mayor problema. El personal dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar en todo momento en nuestra visita a Arequipa.

Recht nettes Hotel
Wenn man nicht so genau hinschaut, kann man hier ganz ordentlich für kurze Zeit wohnen ! Vor allem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr üppig aber recht gut ! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt annehmbar!

Perfetto servizio eccellente
Ambiente curato, camere spaziose hanno la moquette ma devo dire pulitissimo , lenzuola di ottima qualità , colazione molto varia e personale super super gentile. Davvero carino. Appena ai bordi del centro storico ci saranno un 15 minuti a piedi oppure con solo 6sol c’è il taxi.
Davvero consigliato .
Abbiamo utilizzato anche la lavanderia super!

Very nice place
The accommodations were fine, The staff was excellent. For a hotel of this category, however, I found the buffet breakfast below what I would have expected. Dinner, however, was very good. Overall, a good experience.

Un buon albergo con personale professionale e attento. Buone le camere pulite e accoglienti. Tutto sommato una notte tranquilla senza nulla da eccepire. Valido per una notte o due. Precisiamo che siamo alla fine dell'inverno e quindi le temperature sono piacevoli

...il ristorante: da evitare
Siamo stati in luglio in questa struttura inserita nel viaggio organizzato da una agenzia italiana. Era prevista la cena in hotel. In molti abbiamo chiesto la carne riferendo, come richiesto correttamente dai camerieri, il tipo di cottura. Purtroppo dopo un pò di tempo ci hanno portato la carne ma la hanno servita alla rinfusa dimenticando le singole richieste. Da evitare. Per di più: cosa che non mi è mai capitata, ho dovuto pagare al checkout un bicchiere che sicuramente abbiamo rotto noi .... ma per quel che costa avrebbero fatto una migliore figura non facendolo pagare. Abbiamo pagato un pò più di 1 sol (meno di un euro) ma tra compilazione della fattura, carta utilizzata e busta probabilmente per loro non ne valeva la pena.

La struttura si trova a circa 20/25minuti a piedi dal centro. Di sera è sicuramente consigliabile spostarsi con il Taxi.
Camera molto essenziale, poco funzionale con spazi molto ristretti.

schlecht geputzte Zimmer, kein guter Service
Mit Abstand das schwächste Hotel während unserer Peru-Rundreise.

Sehr staubige Zimmer (nachdem wir barfuß die Koffer ausgepackt haben, waren unsere Füße nach wenigen Minuten schwarz aufgrund des schmutzigen Teppichbodens),

Möblierung auf den Zimmern ist schon in die Jahre gekommen,

Sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Lage ist etwas weit vom historischen Zentrum Arequipas.

Aber: Der Innenhof ist sehr schön und es gibt ein gehobenes Grillrestaurant im Hotel (wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen, dass Essen war gut, wurde aber dem Anspruch an ein gehobenes Restaurant nicht gerecht (weder in der Qualität der Speisen noch im Service); Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat nicht gestimmt).

Not as expected
Dated and not 5 star. Internet was bad in room so had to sit outside. The bathroom was small. Its expensive for what you get. I would not recommend as this is apparently a 5 star hotel.. The staff were friendly.

Really nice hotel and friendly staff
The hotel is really nice, the staff is one of the friendliest I found in my travel through Peru, and the food was really good. It's a bit cold, but they provided us with a heater and offered us extra blankets.

Good internet connection
Located in a quiet neighborhood. This hotel is approximately 20-30 minutes walk from the plaza. I was initially impressedwith the surrounding. And it has 5 Star ⭐️ in front. The style is early Hispanic. Color is light orange that is typical with houses in Spain. There is also a fountain in the courtyard. The room is not so big. Bath tub/ shower stall
is quite small
Pros: location is quiet
INTERNET IS FAST. WIFI available inside the room
Cons:: hotel is located approximately 20-30 min away from Plaza de Armas. ( slow walk)
It doesn’t have kettle in the room for tea or coffee
Dining room opens late (6am) not good for early travelers. Although they would make a packed breakfast.

Sans plus ...
Chambres correctes, calmes mais sans charme. Salle de petit déjeuner sympa sous une grande verrière, mais peu de choix et nourriture très moyenne, assez déçue car dans cette ville superbe je crois qu'il doit y avoir d'autres choix. C'est vrai que cet hôtel est un peu à l'écart et est assez calme.

Hôtel excentré du centre ville
C'est un hôtel très confortable et pas bruyant vu qu'il est dans un quartier résidentiel.
De la terrasse il y a une superbe vue. Le jardin est très agréable aussi.
La cuisine du restaurant est très bien et au petit déjeuner il y a beaucoup de choix .
Très bonne connexion WIFI

Basic rooms but delicious food
I spent a night at El Cabildo hotel durong my long tour around Peru' following my impressions:
- boutique style hotel not too big and not noisy as it is located a km far from the central main square and shopping street/area in the middle of a residential area, basic but well equipped rooms and bathroom, we stayed for dinner and I have to say it's been one of our best meals ever during the whole stay in Peru', a particularly liked the grilled vegetables and the chicken soup and the table right next to the restaurant fire place which was much appreciated seen the cold night, all in all a very good value for money but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to those aiming to stay within a short walk from the central square and shopping street.

établissement sans charme, fonctionnel et bien placé
cet hôtel est tout à fait standard avec un joli jardinet. Il est situé proche des rues animées du centre et on peut s'y rendre à pied sans problème. salles de bains viellottes, décoration de chambre sans intérêt et salle de restaurant glauque. attention aux chambres sans vue (ou vue sur un mur) - à éviter absolument à la réservation.

sehr schöne Anlage, guter Service
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, das Auto sicher geparkt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und auch einen kostenlosten Gymnastikraum. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und sicher - wir sind hier ohne Probleme am späten Abend noch alleine spazieren gewesen. Vom Hotel ist man in 10min zu Fuß in die Stadt. Und es gibt im El Cabildo ein gutes Restaurant zum Abendessen. Es gibt gutes Steak und auch für Vegetarier ein paar Optionen.

nicht zentral, aber SUPER!
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstücksbuffet war super und das Brot war frisch gebacken und lecker, was ich sehr in Peru vermisst habe! Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Belegschaft an der Rezeption sehr hilfreich.

Chambres spacieuses très bien équipées, bien chauffées, personnel avenant et très bon restaurant. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet se tient sous la véranda chauffée. Les boissons chaudes sont en libre service toute la journée. Un peu éloigné du centre (15 mn à pied) mais en cas de fatigue, les taxis ne sont pas chers

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Arequipa, ist aber mit dem Taxi problemlos zu erreichen.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Innenhof mit kleinem, liebevoll angelegtem Terrassengarten.
Tolles Frühstück mit hochwertigen Obst und warmes Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gepflegt mit guten Betten und auch Badezimmer absolut ok - alles auch sehr sauber.

Frühstück mit frischem Obst und Brot wird jedem Gast einzeln serviert, ansonsten aber eher Durchschnitt.

Wer jedoch nur für einen kurzen Stop in Arequipa verweilt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Hôtel agréable en banlieue d'Arequipa
L'hôtel est très bien pour un voyage en groupe ou le transport vers le centre-ville est organisé. Chambres spacieuses, petit-déjeuner servi dans une verrière lumineuse dans la cour intérieure. Le tremblement de terre était en supplément ;-)) Pour un voyage privé je choisirais sûrement un hôtel mieux situé et plus typique, également plus luxueux!
