Estuvimos solo una noche previo a nuestro vuelo de regreso a Uruguay . Deseábamos habernos quedado más tiempo, pues pasamos muy bien !

Hotel nella norma
In sè l’hotel non è male per una notte quando si arriva in aeroporto a San Josè….. però la ragazza alla reception non è in grado di risolvere neanche un piccolo problema. Un’altra cosa che può essere un problema è che ci sono le scale per arrivare alle camere e non c’è l’ascensore , quindi per chi non cammina bene può essere un problema .

quite & beautiful place
Lovely Hotel, beautiful garden, very big rooms & comfortable beds. The hotel is a bit outside of San Jose, but that means it is very quite! Breakfast is nice and the people are lovely. There is a bus station 2 min away, so you can easily get to the city center for 2 Dollars.

Watch the cancellation policy, they refused to issues a refund even though I was cancelling 3 months in advance due to the airlines changing my flight schedule. Lesson learned. They lost the future business with this policy, I understand the need for policy but should be on an individual basis given a reasonable amount of time and proof of circumstances beyond ones control. Terrible

ok room Zero amenities. no shampoo no soap no coffee machine no air condition control no mini bar I chose this because it’s close to the airport but I cannot remember ever going to a hotel or motel with no shampoo or soap in the bathroom.
