    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. Edificio destacable y muy buena atención pero bajo nivel de mantenimiento
El Hotel es un hermoso edificio reciclado pero dista mucho de tener 3 y 1/2 estrellas. Las habitaciones si bien están ambientadas con estilo moderno, no cuentan con las mínimas comodidades de cualquier hotel de esa misma categoría, por ej pava eléctrica y café de cortesía. La cama es cómoda pero las almohadas eran deplorables. la calefacción no funcionaba a pesar que solicitamos que la encendieran y el baño deja mucho que desear: el lavabo estaba tapado, el secador de pelo era de muy mala calidad y se desprendía de la pared lo cual lo hacía peligroso. Es una pena que no cuiden esos detalles, con muy pocas mejoría en cuanto a mantenimiento sería un hotel más que recomendable.

Disappointed - run down and uncomfortable
Our stay was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing for the price. The rooms are in need of a repair or renovation; the reception often smells like there is a sewage leak somewhere but masked with sickly sweet air freshener; the whole building is very hot; and the breakfast was basic and slow to be replenished.
Some staff were helpful, it depended on who you spoke to.
We would not stay here again, particular as it was priced as if it was a much nicer hotel.

Lovely hotel!
The front desk people couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were able to store luggage while we left the area for two nights. Location is close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Necesita alguna renovación
Al reservarlo a través de la empresa no tenía muchas opciones y esta era una de ellas, pensé que al estar bien ubicado sería una buena opción para 2 semanas, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, renovar algún mueble, y sobre todo mejorar los desayunos, porque la variedad es poca y la calidad deja que desear. Por otro lado las habitaciones son grandes, la cama cómoda.
El personal de recepción es muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar, y finalmente está junto a un centro comercial con varios restaurantes.

Hotel Esplendor
Muy lindo hotel, reciclado en su interior con estilo moderno y acogedor, manteniendo la fachada en edificio en estado original!. El personal es muy amable, sirven muy buen desayuno, la ubicación es muy buena, si buscan estar próximos a la calle Florida y Galerías Pacífico.

Problemas en el baño de la habitacion
El lavamanos y tina del baño estaban tapados y nunca lo arreglaron a pesar de que le informamos a la administradora. Solicitamos el cambio de habitación pero no fue posible. Me indicaron que el hotel estaba repleto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación.

Great place to stay!
The location is exactly where we want to be and the staff is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Some good restaurants nearby too and taxis come by all the time. BA is a great city. The staff also helped with a guided tour. Starbucks next door!

Would not stay here again
This hotel is conveniently located but unfortunately we were not happy with our room. It was very outdated, centrally controlled air. Conditioning not good as our room was very hot and stuffy. The bathroom sink had leaky taps and drainage was not good and when shower over the bath you were ankle deep in water..

Needs improvement
Esplendor by Wyndham is located well on San Martin Street with a huge shopping plaza and many restaurants close-by. It is only building, which needs better lighting inside the guest rooms, practical lighting and location of shower-heads that is far away from the wall to take a shower. My shower was only 4" away from the wall, with the lower faucet to fill tub also about 4" from the wall, so impractical to take a good shower. My TV had NO SIGNAL throughout my 3-night trip, so that was boring.

bien placé mais bruyant
bien placé mais très bruyant ; le moindre bruit fait cage de résonnance dans tout l'hôtel avec en plus un billard entre le rdc et le 1er étage .....les chambres sont grandes mais la notre donnait sur un mur ...triste, la salle du petit déjeuner est également triste parce que sans fenêtre .....c'est dommage

Hôtel idéalement place au coeur de la ville de buenos aires avec une equipe très professionnelle et très agréable.

Schöne Zimmer
Auf meiner Patagonienreise habe ich zwei Nächte hier verbracht und die Stadt besichtigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Zimmer schön gross. Sauber war alles und das Frühstück ganz ok. Das Zimmer zur Strasse war etwas laut

bien loin du standard affiché
hotel bien situé mais cher et en décrépitude. Manque de maintenance. tout se délabre. C'est dommage car il y a un potentiel. Hotel affiché comme un 4 étoiles mais tout juste 2 étoiles... le personnel n'est pas motivé et le service n'est pas à la hauteur...

Alles gut
Zentrale Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, gute Betten. Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht abstellen, nur Temperatur-regulieren, aber das kann man akzeptieren. Nach 2,5 Wochen Hotelerfahrungen in Argentinien muss man das Frühstück als geradezu üppig einschätzen. Kaffee genießbar, Rührei aus echten Eiern, viel Obstauswahl und weitere Produkte, z.T. auf der Bio-Schiene. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in Allem ein gutes Hotel seiner Klasse.

Sehr gute Lage
Die Belegschaft ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Design ist sehr schön. Die Bilder in der Halle sind eindrücklich. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, leider im Keller. Das gesamte Hotel ist schon ziemlich ins Alter gekommen und praktisch nicht unterhalten. Im Zimmer 109 ist die WC-Tür nicht mehr schliessbar, das die Türfalle abgebrochen ist, etwa 50% der Beleuchtung geht nicht mehr.

Pessimo
Veramente una enorme delusione,.le fotografie nel sito risalgono all'epoca della ristrutturazione. Quindi non più realistiche, il personale educato ma non assolutamente di aiuto sulle problematiche segnalate.
La stanza è raccapricciante, buchi nel muro! Pareti scrostate, ripiano sotto lavabo pericolante, bagno terribile, piastrella rotta non riparata, le parti siliconate ormai sono annerite per l'assenza di pulizia, la parete di vetro malmessa, il gommino che dovrebbe impedire all'acqua di uscire per metà era fuori sede, la parete della stanza pitturata di nero prenota macchia di vario genere, impronte di mani varie, tappetino scendiletto sporco , macchiato. Faretto incassato al soffitto pericolante (segnalato la pericolosità non sono comunque intervenuti). Lo smalto della vasca da bagno è crepato in più punti. L' idromassaggio non funzionante.
Divanetto all'entrata della stanza sporco e macchiato. Il pavimento in legno mal messo , in alcuni punti le assi si alzavano, altre erano fissate con viti in modo approssimativo.
La sala ristorante esiste fisicamente, ma non è funzionante! Chiesto alla reception hanno risposto che non è più in uso.
La colazione è nel seminterrato, ed è veramente scarsa, la medialunas deludenti. Ogni volta che entra un cameriere dalla cucina , la porta si apre e lascia intravvedere un corridoio sporco con muri scrostati. Addirittura un cameriere è arrivato dalla cucina e si è servito da bere.
L'ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto di chiamarci un taxi per portarci al vicino aereoporti , dopo solo due minuti si è presentato una persona che ci ha accompagnato ad un auto che non era un taxi (da queste parti li chiamano remis ovvero sono privati che fanno servizio taxi privatamente, se con regolare licenza non so), siamo saliti e con nostro stupore ha percorso una strada periferica che ha allungato di molto il tragitto, passando per un quartiere povero e molto pericoloso, abbiamo davvero temuto il peggio.
Alla fine fortunatamente siamo arrivati a destinazione, e la richiesta economica è stata doppia rispetto ai normali taxi (siamo ormai al settimo viaggio in Argentina e conosciamo bene i prezzi).
Sconsiglio a tutti questo orrendo Hotel !

Ottimo hotel
Hotel si trova in una Posizione centrale, molto silenzioso gentilì e disponibile lo staff, la camera é confortevole con un letto grande e comodissimo la colazione buona abbondante e varia lo consiglio davvero.

Servizi inadeguati
Hotel sito in buona posizione. Aspetto esterno in stile, rivisitato all’interno. Camera poco ampia con scarsa o nulla dotazione in particolare in bagno. Impianto di condizionamento non regolabile in camera. Pulizia molto approssimativa. Servizio alla reception non attento alle necessità del cliente. Assolutamente non adeguato alla categoria di 4 stelle.

Sale, décrépit - à fuir
Nous y étions allés 4 jours, il y a 5 ans et nous n'avons pas hésité malgré certains commentaires à y retourner cette année. Quelle erreur !
Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit au lieu des 5 prévues et encore c'est parce que tous les hôtels de la ville étaient complets que nous n'avons pu fuir la première nuit.

Déjà le hall à l'époque si "design" montrait des signes de fatigues, mais le pire nous attendait quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre. Tout était délabré et vu de près très sale.

Rideaux décrochés, gris et déchirés, fenêtre ne fermant pas et le pire la salle de bain...
Impossible d'accepter de s'y laver. Abattant de wc taché et usé, calcaire, traces sur les murs, moisissures dans la baignoire, porte vitrée opaque tellement elle était sale. Et que dire des distributeurs de savons et autre gel douche dans un lequel nous pouvions voir flotter des dépôts comme dans un vinaigrier.

Nous avons immédiatement demandé à changer de chambre, mais la seconde était dans le même état.
Faute de pouvoir changer de chambre, nous avons demandé à ce que la femme de chambre repasse en montrant de visu au réceptionniste ce qui n'allait pas.

En revenant la nuit, à part quelques taches de moisi nettoyées, le reste était encore là.... et la bouteille de gel douche avec dépôt aussi !!!

Le réceptionniste ne pouvait qu'écouter nos doléances, mais que fait le manager ? Passe-t-il dans ses chambres ? Voit il que son hôtel ne vaut plus rien, qu'il est d'une crasse inqualifiable et inacceptable. Cet hôtel "design" ne vaut plus rien qu'un hôtel de gare sordide.

Et malgré un mail à la direction, rien ne nous a été proposé. Nous avons bel et bien payé notre nuit.

Bon Hotel avec grande chambre sympa

Petit déjeuner correct mais avec beaucoup de choix
Wifi de bonne qualité
Bien placé dans le vente ville
Petit bémol sur le bruit de la rue selon l exposition de la chambre mais a recommander tout de même

ottima posizione.....
hotel senz altro bello con un attenzione particolare all arte....opere interessanti esposte ad ogni piano.
personale gentile. Camere grandi e comode ma trascurate sia nella pulizia che nella manutenzione generale. Rubinetti poco funzionanti, sciacquoni del water che si caricano ogni mezz ora.....
sicuramente un hotel così bello e centrale dovrebbe essere meno trascurato!!
