Great!
This hotel was amazing. It was so quiet. I had my best nights sleep on my entire Europe trip here. Shower is good size and bed comfortable. Check- in was easy and there is a lift. The AC worked well. I was worried about not having breakfast included but there are plenty of places in the area to grab food. The location was great and close to a metro stop, and for me, close to where my tours left from. Check in was quick and customer service great. Housekeeping did a nice job. Only negative is the wifi went out a few times. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and room
The hotel was clean, the AC worked, and was in a great location for walking around to food places. Highly recommend. I would say that the room that I had ordered was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but nonetheless, we made it work and it was comfortable.

Great location. Walk to everything. Good value and staff are super helpful. Very small rooms but clean with crisp linens. You can easily take the metro from the airport. We went on the hop on hop off bus to get our bearings. But the Lisbon Chill Out walking tour was excellent. Lisbon-chillout-freetour.com

Minimalistic, but great offerings for a guest house.
First of all, this is not a full-service hotel – this is a guest house. We were not informed of this before we arrived, so wanting to share.
Pros - extremely friendly staff, great location, near everything to see in Lisbon. Very clean and accommodating. Rooms are light and bright. Everything you need for a budget accommodation.
Cons - no parking although deck nearby which charges €65 per day. Very noisy until 1 AM as in the center of the urban activity. Very small rooms and bathrooms.

A good spot for touring Lisbon
Was in a good location. The location is great for shopping and touring. Very clean. Out room was small but it did not matter as we were hardly in the room and literally used it for sleep and showering. Nice staff, most notably Matilde. She gave us some great spots to visit and eat at while we stayed in Lisbon.
