What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Comfortable stay

Recently I Surojit Kumar Chakraborty along with my daughter from Kolkata stayed in Room No. 305 at Fab Hotel Imperio, Baner from 14.02.2020 - 16.02.2020.My experience has been satisfactory as long as a comfortable staying is concern. Mr.RK is very attentive and addressed the issue of washroom light on priority.Except the non existence of an in house kitchen, and vehicular noise from the main road everything was in order.This my non bias review.I entirely differ from other reviews.Thanks once again Mr.RK for making our short stay comfortable.

Worst Hotel I've experienced
The pictures are very much misleading. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were very dirty (bed sheets had black stains - - even when I asked for the bed sheets to be changed) the bathroom was pathetic and stained. The TV didn't even work. The rooms were thin so you can hear doors opening and people talking in the corridors. The breakfast (although they said there was) was non existent. The day time front desk receptionist did not understand English at all. Words cannot describe how bad this hotel was in actual.

Great Hotel
This hotel has a great location and place is very silent. Staff was very helpful and i got what i was needed quickly . Morning breakfast was nice as well . I enjoyed my stay here and this hotel is recomended

Bad amenities and misleading pictures
I stayed at this FabHotel for a few days while visiting Pune and it was an extremely pathetic experience. First of all, while checking inn, we were told that the hotel is fully booked, even after paying the deposit amount ahead of time. Apparently FabHotel management thought it was okay to just let someone else have our room who had reserved it on the same day. After spending an hour on the phone with the customer care, they made the other group empty the room and gave it to us.
However, it was not over then. When we checked out the room, it was in terrible shape. Paint was coming off the walls. The toilet seat was disgustingly dirty. Taps were leaking, flooding the bathroom and it was full of mosquitos. Moreover, they dont have any hot water at night, its only available in the morning. Breakfast everyday is two items, omlette and idli/vada. This experience left me shocked as I have never seen any other chain budget hotels in such bad condition.
I'm surprised this place has a few 5 star reviews as I do not even deem this place to be worthy of 1 star.

Great
Neat and clean room Bathroom and shower wre clean. The staff were really kind as well, they let us check in early which was amazing and were just overall really helpful. Location was pretty good too..
