Tolles Strandhotel
Wir haben bereits zum 3. Mal eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das wir bereits 3 mal dort waren, spricht ja schon für sich. 😉 Die tolle Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alle sprechen sehr gut Deutsch, gehen auf Wünsche ein und sind sehr höflich.
Die Speisen im Restaurant und das Buffet ist auch sehr gut. Es gibt z.B. immer viel Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Gemüse in verschiedenen Varianten und tolle Pizzen. Auch die Nachspeisen sind sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker. Die Hauptspeisen werden serviert und sind auch gut, hätten wir aber aufgrund der großen Auswahl am Buffet gar nicht unbedingt benötigt. Auch das Frühstück ist super. Alle Mitarbeitenden im Restaurant sind sehr bemüht, wobei es auch einige wenige gibt die etwas „überfordert“ schienen. Wir saßen im Restaurant immer draußen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Zimmer sind schön und hell aber eher unspektakulär für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
Die Poollandschaft und die Mitarbeitenden dort und am Strand sind sehr fleißig und hilfsbereit. Grazie!

Keine Erholung! Reines Kinderhotel!
Wer denkt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mit der Bezeichnung "Premium Collection" Ruhe und Erholung zu finden ist hier völlig falsch!
Alle Pools sind mit Kindern und aufblasbaren Kinderspielzeug überfüllt.
Ebenso der Strandabschnitt! Die Sonnenschirme haben keinen Safe, die Liegen kein Sonnendach und um sie zu verstellen gibt es auch kein Seilzugsystem wie ansonsten bei allen anderen Liegen in ganz Jesolo.
Im Strandabschnitt sind die ersten 3 Reihen für die Suiten reserviert, also legten wir uns in die 5 Reihe. Aber anscheinend zu weit links, dort sind die Liegen angeblich für die Besitzer der Appartements reserviert. Es ist also sehr schwierig eine Liege in einem vielleicht etwas ruhigeren Bereich abseits der Kinder zu finden.
Die Speisen im Restaurant sind in Ordnung und die Auswahl ist groß.
Das Service im Restaurant kann sehr unterschiedlich sein. Am Empfang des Restaurants versteht man die Zimmernummer weder auf deutsch noch in Englisch. Hauptsache es gibt im Restaurant viele wichtige Manager mit Headsets im Ohr. Am ersten Abend kam kein Kellner zu unserem Tisch und es dauerte eine halbe Ewigkeit um Getränke zu bestellen und zu bekommen. Als ich den Kellner zum Tisch holte um den Hauptgang zu bestellen, ließ er mich nicht zu Wort kommen, fragte nach der Zimmernummer und verschwand. Ohne eine Bestellung aufzunehmen!
Warten, warten, warten!
Das Flair des Restaurants entspricht dem eines Kindergarten-Speisesaals.
Als wir das Restaurant verlassen wollten sind 3 Kellner/Manager auf uns zugestürmt wegen der Rechnung.
Die hatten wir aber schon bei Tisch unterschrieben und abgegeben.
Gott sei Dank hatten wir am nächsten Tag einen sehr netten und aufmerksamen Kellner.
Das Hotel ist ein riesiger Bettenbunker. Die Architektur ist Geschmacksache. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber.
An der Rezeption war das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und spricht auch sehr gut deutsch.
Sehr geehrte Kuekengspusi, es tut mir sehr leid zu lesen, dass Sie sich bei uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben, obwohl ich finde, dass das Kopieren und Veröffentlichen des gleichen Textes auf mehreren Webseiten von einer gewissen Verbissenheit gegen uns zeugt, und um ehrlich zu sein, finde ich es auch unkonstruktiv. Und das alles, ohne jemals den Kontakt mit der Geschäftsführung gesucht zu haben.
Daher möchte ich zum Wohle aller aufmerksamen Leser von Tripadvisor.com nur erwähnen, dass unser Hotel den Bedürfnissen ALLER Kunden gerecht wird, vor allem an unserem gepflegtem Strand wo wir zwar keinen Safe haben (brauchen 5*-Hotel-Gäste einen Safe am Strand?) ,  aber dafür das einzige Hotel sind das einen ECHTEN Abstand zwischen den Sonnenschirmen von etwa 4 Metern einhält - im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Hotels oder irgendwelchen Einrichtungen, die Sie erwähnt haben. Es tut uns leid, dass wir angesichts der großen Anzahl von Suiten im Hotel (51 von 152 Zimmern) das Familiensegment nicht von unseren Buchungen ausschließen können, insbesondere während der Schulferienzeit von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September. Wie immer ...
... ein herrlicher Aufenthalt.
Man wird sehr freundlich an der Rezeption inkl. Willkommensgetränk und Keksen empfangen, währenddessen ein Mitarbeiter das Auto parkt und die Koffer aufs Zimmer bringt.
Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber mit einem nicht ganz abgetrennten Badezimmer aber einer geschlossenen Toilette. Ehrlicherweise kann man sich das Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick sparen, da man nur einen klitzekleinen Ausblick auf das Meer hat.
Es gibt mehrere Outdoorpools und ein Hallenbad, einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Fitnessstudio und einen eigenen Kinderklub.
Die Strandliegen sind doch besser als die typischen Liegen und es gibt auch einen Speise- und Getränkeservice am Strand. Die Preise sind ok, man kann aber auch bei dem fahrenden Strandhändler Snacks, Getränke und Süssigkeiten kaufen.
Das gesamte Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Einen Punkteabzug gibt's insgesamt für das Frühstücksbüffet (das war schon einmal deutlich vielfältiger) und den Preisunterschied beim Zimmer mit Meerblick (siehe oben beschrieben).
Optimal wäre eine Yogaeinheit etwas früher am Morgen, sodass man vor dem Frühstück teilnehmen könnte. Dafür ist die erste Yogaeinheit um 09:30 Uhr zu spät, wenn das Frühstück nur bis 10:30 Uhr möglich ist. Oder man erweitert die Frühstückszeiten auf zumindest 11:00 Uhr (oder wie in vielen 5-Sternhotels bis 12:00 Uhr).
Gentile Shadow27, zunächst einmal vielen Dank, dass Sie unser Gast waren und sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Bewertung zu schreiben. Schade, dass unser Frühstück nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Nur eine kleine Klarstellung, wir haben mehr als 200 frische Produkte, angefangen von allen Arten von Obst, Aufschnitt und Käse, einen Ofen, der ständig frisches Brot und alle Arten von typisch italienischen Pizzen und Focaccia backt, sowie verschiedene Ecken (Bagel und Tacos) unter anderem. Daher sind wir völlig offen, um durch Ihren zukünftigen Aufenthalt zu verstehen, was Ihrer Meinung nach gefehlt hat. Einfach Toll, weiter so! Tolles Haus, toller Service! Es ist immer eine Reise wert wir waren schon öfter dort! Toller Pool, toller Spa! Frühstück ein genuß! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ovviamente mi fa molto piacere leggere tali recensioni ma non per me personalmente quanto per il Team sia quelli menzionati così come altresì tutti gli altri che si impegnano costantemente per far si che il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti sia indimenticabile. Grazie ancora per la preferenza a noi accordata ed in attesa dell'enorme piacere di rivederla presto qui da noi, colgo l'occasione per inviare i miei personali e piu' sentiti cari saluti da Jesolo. Day spa sconsigliato
Mi sono recato all’hotel per una giornata al centro benessere con delle amiche, non era la prima volta e non essendomi già trovato bene sono partito da casa senza grandi aspettative.
La struttura esternamente è d’impatto anche se non di mio gusto, l’interno si presenta curata e d’effetto.
Le ragazze alla reception sono gentili e disponibili, come anche la sicurezza.
La spa ha del grosso potenziale, che purtroppo non viene sfruttato.
Si possono trovare diverse zone relax, saune e bagni turchi.
Mancano però degli elementi che ritengo essenziali, come l’acqua calda.
D’inverno ritrovarsi in un centro benessere dove l’acqua delle piscine è fredda non ha alcun senso.
Al ristorante il cibo era di qualità, ma il servizio male organizzato, e nonostante sia noi che il tavolo affianco abbiamo espressamente chiesto più volte che venisse spenta l’aria condizionata e che piuttosto che venisse acceso il riscaldamento, le nostra richiesta non è stata soddisfatta sufficientemente.
Curerei oltretutto la situazione spogliatoi e docce.
Lo sconsiglio d’inverno, magari d’estate con delle temperature più alte potrebbe essere sicuramente più piacevole.

Falkensteiner…una garanzia!
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel i primi giorni di gennaio, tutto perfetto. Apprezzabile la possibilità di scegliere tra due camere, una al terzo e una al sesto piano, identiche ma diverse per posizione. Le piscine piacevoli, anche all’esterno, seppure un po’ troppo affollate; molto più godibile l’area spa, soprattutto la zona relax. Colazione all’altezza di un 5 stelle, con molte alternative sia dolci che salate. Cordiale il personale alla reception, meno quello del bar e un po’ di disorganizzazione tra quello in sala di mattina. Possibilità di parcheggio al coperto, a 15 euro al giorno. Ho apprezzato molto il soggiorno, se proprio dovessi essere pignola le uniche due rimostranze: 1) biancheria da camera e da bagno non proprio top; 2) capsule per caffè contate, una sola bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo e assenza di bollitore con bustine di tè e camomilla…mi lasciano un poco perplessa visto il resto dei servizi.
Gentilissima Mony, vorrei ringraziarla personalmente per le sue gentili parole, sono anche molto contento che lei abbia avuto un ottimo soggiorno da noi e che abbia apprezzato i nostri servizi e soprattutto la cucina, punto questo dove abbiamo messo un profondo accento negli ultimi 2 anni al fine di fornire ai nostri ospiti uno stile veramente italiano così come un'esperienza internazionale unita ad un tocco asiatico-giapponese. Ottima esperienza
Ottimo hotel. Personale molto accogliente e professionale. Struttura moderna e funzionale con spa molto bella. Consigliato sicuramente.
Posizione strategica. Vicino al mare e a tutte le attività interessanti di Jesolo.

Soggiorno da sogno
Hotel 5 stelle fronte mare con servizi impeccabili. Camere adeguate. Colazione eccellente. Servizio ricarica elettrica autovetture in garage. Spiaggia attrezzata e pulitissima. Spa grande e completa. Zona wellness adeguata.

Great short spontaneous vacation
Great rooms. Hotel staff unbelievebly friendly and helpfull. We had a bit to wait in restaurant for food to arrive, still just because the staff was so great and felt us comfortable, it was not so bad in the end.

Found our new destination and our new hotel
First time in Jesolo and Falkensteiner hotel, and it won't be our last, from the moment we stepped in the hotel, we felt so welcome, check-in was smooth and they took time to show us around and escort us to the room. The rooms are light the bed was comfortable and we had a side view of the beach. Hotel is quite modern and bright 🌞.

Breakfast had a nice wide selection to choose from was very well presented.

The beach is right on your doorstep sunbeds and umbrella is included, service on the beach was supper fast and staff there are always around so you don't have to wait to find someone. They are extremely attentive..

The restaurant Hoku food was amazing and again service impeccable.

On our last night we went to the main restaurant where there is a buffet, it was impressive indeed a wide range of food from seafood' salads, pizza, pasta etc there is also a main course menu for you to select from.

Gym was also well equipped. They have a spa but I didn't go on this visit I was too busy on the beach. 🤣.

The hotel is like 10 mins walk to a small town where there is pharmacy, shops and cafe and restaurants.

One thing to take away from our stay is that every single staff member greated us whenever passing, always smiling..

It was a breath of fresh air to stay here with excellant service.

Great experience
It is a great, modern hotel and the service was excellent. It has a very convenient location, but still a quiet place. Everything was to our fulliest satisfaction and we can really recommend coming to Falkensteiner, Jesolo. The beach was very clean and right in front of the hotel, very good.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles
Chambre très petite et décoration moderne sans grand originalité. Personnel très désagréable, ne parlant que très mal anglais et peu serviable, pressé de finir leur service le soir. Service très lent autant au restaurant qu'au bar alors que la saison n'avait pas commencée. En plus au check-out la réception a voulu nous faire payer des extras que nous n'avions pas consommés. Hôtel qui ne mérite vraiment pas son 5* Sinon plage agréable jolie.

Truly all you need
Our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo was indeed amazing. It was close to perfect, the hotel offers anything you need for a relaxing family beach holiday. The rooms were nicely furnished, clean, spacious and with a balcony. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The property is relatively new I'd say, quite modern and it offers a wide range of activities. The outdoor pools are really nice with a jaccuzy. They have a nice gym and the spa area is georgeous, offering various saunas and steams. Treatments were also good and the yoga classes were great, particularly that they offer two classes per day.
I truly loved that they have their own beach, which is right in front of the hotel. Just walk out and you'll have a seat (which are better than those in all surrounding hotels).
Food was good, we had lunch once in the Japanese fusion restaurant. The club sandwiches at the pool restaurant are also great, they actually last for two ;)
And breakfast was a feast, anything you may want you will find.
Overall it was indeed a great stay and we might even come back sometime....

Very well done
Beautiful hotel with direct access to private beach! Breakfast is topp! Stuff very friendly. If you go to this part of Jesolo just go to this hotel, all the other ones in the neighbourhood look like from the 60ties oder 70ties...

Personnel très pro et sympathique une mention pour le nettoyage des chambres Excellent un grand merci à ces personnes pour leur travail qui contribue à rendre le séjour dès plus agréable. Une belle adresse nous reviendrons pour notre cinquième séjour en 2022.

Super hôtel
Très bel hôtel en bord de plage. Le personnel est à votre écoute et est très serviable. La nourriture du restaurant excellente. L’hôtel possède une plage privée. Pas besoin d’aller réserver son transat en début de matinée car il y a toujours de la place et le personnel vous accompagne pour trouver la place souhaitée.

Aux alentours de l’hôtel il n’y a malheureusement pas grand chose à faire. De plus, nous n’avons pas trouvé de bons restaurants.

Jesolo est proche de Venise. Il est donc possible d’y faire une escapade d’une journée.

Le luxe face à la mer
Un bel hôtel ultra moderne et une chambre superbe situé à 35 km de Venise. L'hôtel dispose d'un accès direct à une très belle plage de sable fin. La piscine extérieure rejoint la piscine intérieure qui mène au SPA. Le service au restaurant fut impeccable avec des serveurs qui parlent toutes les langues. Le petit déjeuner fut incroyable.

juste une petite remarque : la salle de bains sans porte et ouverte sur la chambre et séparée par un voilage. ok si on est en couple, pas terrible si on partage la chambre avec quelqu'un d'autre. sinon aucun défaut à cet hôtel.

Excelente!
La estancia en este hotel fue excelente , el hotel era nuevo , las instalaciones perfectas ,limpio , el servicio alto , pensado en cada cosa , cada detalle ,ella zona de la playa maravillosa , repito el servicio estupendo perfecto para familia , totalmente recomendado .
(O J O )Es caro ,un café 4 eur ?Teniamos media pensión , la cena a buffet tiene mucha variedad luego a menú ..... más o menos

Une merveille !
Un deuxième séjour au Falkensteiner où nous avons le plaisir de revenir cette année .
Nous étions en famille avec notre bébé de 4 mois .Tout est fait pour le bien être des petits , tout est prévu .Le personne est extrêmement bienveillant avec les bébés
Piscine et plage magnifiques.
L’hôtel est magnifique le service impeccable ,les hôtesses à la réception charmantes et le Résident Manager M. FICHERA est très présent et rien ne lui échappe .
Bref , nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir .
