  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?

Excellent restaurant
This spot is beautiful, and great food.

Food was great, so was the service and ambience, the server Akash was also really cooperative and i loved the seafood platter that was served, my favourite was the creme brûlée.

Kein zweites Mal!
Die Kellner standen 20 Minuten herum bevor sie uns eine Speisekarte brachten. Nach weiteren 35 Minuten kamen unsere Getränke zusammen mit der Vorspeise. Nach Pfeffer und Salz mussten wir zweimal fragen, ebenso für Servietten. Die Butter in den Päckchen war so flüssig, dass sie beim Öffnen auf unserer Kleidung landete. Nach Beendigung des Essens geschah erst einmal gar nichts. Erst nach geraumer Zeit und Herbeiwinken unsererseits erhielten wir nochmals die Getränkekarten und die Annahme der Bestellung dauerte erneut recht lange, obwohl das Restaurant nicht gerade überfüllt war. Nach einer weiteren Wartezeit wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der italienische Kaffeeautomat defekt sei.

Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Ambiente. Das Essen selbst war guter Durchschnitt.

Nous avions pris un menu italien étant en fin de notre séjour. Arrivés à l'addition nous constations que la bouteille d'eau était à 350 roupies + 18% de taxes. Nous avions pris 2 bouteilles ce qui fait que notre eau était plus onéreuses que le repas lui même! les pizzas sont très grandes et nous pensions faire un doggy bag pour le lendemain avec ce qui restait mais il fallait payer pratiquement le prix de la pizza:

It was a dream.
Wir kamen nach einer langen Indientour in Kochi an und buchten das Hotel. Wir wollten uns einfach nur entspannen und etwas essen. Als wir ankamen wurden wir sofort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend vom Personal aufgenommen. Das Hotel/ Zimmer übertraf unseren Erwartungen. Es war sehr sauber, von der Architektur eine Mischung von indischen/westlichen Touch, die Lage des Hotels/Restaurants lag in einem ruhigen aber auch lebhaften Ort.

Im Restaurant wurden wir abwechselnd von sehr exzellenten, freundlichen und sehr aufmerksamen Servicekräften betreut. Vor allem die Mitarbeiterin Manisha, Khadija, und Raveena waren sehr bemüht jeden Wunsch aus den Augen der Gäste zu lesen.

Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, es war super lecker, es war sowohl indische aber auch westliche Küche vorhanden, Geschmacksverträglichkeit für jeden Magen und alles frisch gemacht.

Last but not least ... it was a real dream❣️

La perfection
Le service est exceptionnel. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins du début a la fin. Très professionnels et concernés. Leurs conseils sont parfaits. Le bol d'eau chaude en fin de repas est une attention raffinée. Les plats sont soignés et très qualitatifs. Diner parfait malgré une pluie diluvienne a l'extérieur. (3eme repas dans l'établissement et aucun faux pas) Le responsable du restaurant et Jerin (à l'hotel) sont très à l'écoute des clients. Il faut Y ALLER absolument.
