BILLING DETIALS:
Please check your confirmation letter and the payment details carefully as received from your booking platform. Some online travel agent platforms settle accommodation costs, including TGST and service charges, while guests must pay the Green Tax ($ 12 per person per night), return transfer charges, and mandatory fees (such as Christmas Gala, New Year Gala, etc.) upon arrival.
However, some online booking platforms do not cover any charges, requiring guests to settle the full stay/reservations amount at the resort prior to your arrival.
For any payment method where the resort is required to collect payment as per policy, a payment link will be provided, detailing the applicable charges.
MANDATORY CHARGES:
If your stay falls during the festive period, we have something special for you! As part of our celebrations, we are delighted to offer exclusive entertainment and gala dinners for Christmas and New Year's Eve. Please note the following mandatory charges for these special events:

TRANSFER ARRƒEMENT:
The only means of the transfer to reach to Furaveri Maldives is via Seaplane. Arrival transfers are not available for international flights arriving after 3:30 PM, and departure transfers cannot be arranged for international flights departing before 9:00 AM. Seaplane transfers are combined with other guests, with up to 2 possible stopovers.
Seaplane Charges: $ 415 per adult (12 yrs and above) and $ 250 per child (2-11yrs). (Please note that the report may have an ongoing transfer offer in which the applicable rates offered will be offered in your booking without any confirmation, if no offers are ongoing the same will be charged as disclosed.)
Free allowance: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per seat. | 1(one) stroller per infant.
Excess baggage: Charged at $ 5.00+tax per kg, payable at the airport check-in counter
*****Since all the seaplane schedule and operations are handled by third party hence the waiting hours can be prolonged from 30mins to 3 hours (maximum) from the check-in time to seaplane.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All the guests are recommended to get their travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations, such as trip cancellations due to not being able to arrive at the hotel due to weather constraints and the need to stay overnight at a nearby hotel, delays, or medical emergencies. This situation will be considered as Force Majeure. The resort nor the service provider will be held responsible for any additional expenses involved in rebooking or extending international flights or unwanted accommodation stays
RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS:
To ensure your guests enjoy the best dining experience during their stay, we recommend making reservations at our specialty restaurants (if included in their meal plan). We kindly ask that you provide us with their preferred date, time, and restaurant for both lunch and dinner at least 14 days prior to arrival to the reservations email provided. This will help us secure their preferred dining times and avoid any last-minute issues with the availability of the desired outlet. While we will do our best to meet last-minute requests, availability may be limited, and alternative options may be offered. Reservations for Jaafaiy (main restaurant reservation) is not required.
DO YOU NEED DEPARTURE FURAVERI LOUNGE ACCESS?
We are offering guests whose international departure flights are scheduled after 18:00hrs the option for access to the Furaveri Seaplane Lounge for a fee of $ 45 per adult. Please note, this service is subject to the availability of both rooms and seaplane schedules. This offer is aimed at maximizing our services and ensuring guests have smooth and enjoyable departure experience.
IMUGA FORM FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival in the Maldives, we kindly request that all guests complete their IMUGA (Immigration and Universal Gateway) online registration prior to departure. IMUGA is an online immigration portal required for all international travelers to the Maldives, designed to streamline the entry process and reduce waiting times at the airport. When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. Out of this world, it's paradise
This was my first time visiting the Maldives and wow what an experience! The food is amazing, the resort was out of this world, the staff are friendly and accommodating.

We chose the full board option (meaning - all meals included along with experiences).
Diving - Special thanks and words of encouragement to my dive instructor Hazim, he comes with year's of experience and knowledge, is patient with his students and really love's what he does.
Food - Evevry night is a different cuisine experience, chef and waitperson take care of any extra needs you might have.
Thank you to chef Rupesh, yogesh & birendra for making us sandwiches and Dosa's which were not part of the buffet.
Thanks to the hardwork of the buggy and cleaning staff for always being there for us.

Aspetto naturale dell’isola:
Abbiamo trovato un buon compromesso tra laguna, spiaggia e reef.
La nostra camera era la 606, Beach Pool Villa, sul lato sud dell’isola.
Al mattino, con la bassa marea, la spiaggia era di buona ampiezza, mentre si restringeva abbastanza nel pomeriggio con l’alta marea. Al pomeriggio spostavamo le nostre sdraio nella zona davanti all’arrival jetty, dove l’ampiezza rimane sempre molto buona.
Il lato est presenta zone con spiaggia molto ristretta e zone più ampie.
Il lato nord invece al momento soffre di erosione e la spiaggia è quasi inesistente.
Ampia invece sul lato ovest, ma come si sa la situazione è mutevole e imprevedibile.
In ogni caso tutto attorno all’isola abbiamo trovato sabbia davvero fina e morbida, borotalco.
Molto limpida la laguna, che permette di nuotare in tranquillità prima di arrivare al reef.
La barriera corallina sul lato nord e sul lato est dell’isola è buona e facilmente accessibile: coralli purtroppo in gran parte sbiancati, ma buona quantità di pesci.
Il tratto migliore è quello che va dal ristorante messicano (Amigos) verso est: davvero tanti pesci di diverse specie, abbiamo visto anche uno squalo, tre aquile di mare, una tartaruga e diversi anemoni.
Entrare dalla scaletta affianco all’Amigos non è semplice come raggiungere il reef dalla spiaggia: ma se si sa nuotare e si chiedono consigli e indicazioni sulla corrente, si può godere di quella zona di reef senza problemi.
Personale:
Non c’è che dire, abbiamo trovato uno staff amichevole, sempre sorridente e davvero disponibile.
I ragazzi del buggie sempre pronti a scherzare e molto socievoli.
Ahmed, cameriere del ristorante asiatico, ha reso le nostre cene davvero confortevoli e indimenticabili: preparato, cordiale e attento.
Nota di merito anche ad Aju e Tamanna, i nostri host, sempre pronti ad accontentarci e seguirci con attenzione, professionalità e disponibilità.
Ristorazione:
Uno dei plus del nostro soggiorno è stata la formula dine around.
Abbiamo prenotato in AIl Inclusive Wide, che prevedeva minibar incluso, bevande alcoliche e analcoliche al bar principale, con snack dalle 14:00 alle 17:00, colazione, pranzo e cena al ristorante principale a buffet e la possibilità di scegliere tra il ristorante a la carte Messicano e il ristorante a la carté Asiatico.
Entrambi i ristorante prevedono un menu tutto incluso, oppure la scelta dal menu a pagamento e per quest’ultimo si hanno sempre 40USD a testa di credito.
Sono in costruzione altri tre ristoranti a la carte, il Libanese, il Mediterraneo e il Seagrill.
Il buffet principale ha una scelta abbastanza vasta, un angolo con pietanze asiatiche e orientali, un pasta corner, la griglia, una zona per le insalate e i panificati e una zona dolci e frutta.
La qualità nel complesso è molto buona.
Abbiamo cenato al messicano, anche qui per chi ama la cucina, ottima qualità.
L’asiatico è stato il nostro preferito, location sull’oceano molto rilassante e scenica e ottimo cibo.
Io amo la ristorazione asiatica, mentre il mio compagno è avverso a ogni cucina che non sia quella italiana quindi era lui la sfida. Morale, mi chiedeva di prenotare per l’asiatico ogni sera: lo hanno accontentato alla perfezione cucinando piatti più semplici e in linea con i suoi gusti, complimenti allo chef.
Attività:
Il resort risponde di campo da tennis e badminton, palestra, tavolo da pingpong e biliardo.
La SPA molto curata e ben tenuta e le ragazze che ci hanno seguito per due massaggi sono state brave, cordiali e preparate.
Ogni sera al bar centrale viene organizzato un po’ di intrattenimento, una serata dj, una fire show, una con cantante dal vivo, ecc.
Abbiamo prenotato tramite Mondomaldive, che è sempre una garanzia!
Tutti molto cordiali, professionali e precisi. Ci hanno seguiti in modo impeccabile sia in fase di prenotazione, che durante tutto il soggiorno. Gli assistenti in loco davvero disponibili, attenti e preparati.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Review of our dream vacation
The flora and fauna of the resort was a particularly important aspect for us, and we were not disappointed. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious, the villa is clean and tidy. The programs are interesting, even though there were not many of us on the island. Special thanks for the fruit in the morning, which helped us overcome the unwellness caused by Jetlag. Idea: for those who leave the island in the afternoon, it would be nice to be able to have lunch from a narrower selection, for a separate fee, before departure. Thanks for everything!
