Home away from home
The staff knows how to pamper and take care of guests. In today's modern fast moving world this is missing in many hotels.
Rooms are ageing and need to be taken care of more, but was decent with a good showering experience.
The room service was very nice and checkout and checkin was very smooth.

Good clean spacious rooms. Great location. With numerous food joints within 2 minute walk, the restaurant requires to improve its food substantially to see guests.

They are just looting the travellers
Gemini Continental hotel is the Third class hotel I have ever seen . Everything is highly chargeable if you want slippers , soap for washrooms ,wifi,etc and these things are given as essential items in other hotels. Restaurant rates are not fixed and they are charging anything like I ordered simple khichdi because of a patient with me and they charged 650 rupees for this without mentioning in menu , sweet lime juice glass 300-400 rupees, also giving a small bar counter in room having 10 rupees chips packets, without informing that these items are chargeable and charging you 850 rupees at checkout . After I asked to hotel manager Asif Husain about these charges and rates and the reason for making the trap by giving bar counter in room and charging anything.Then he said we don't have any restriction by government for any fixed charges and we can take anything from customer without any justification .You can write anywhere you want as your rights but we can run like this .So , this type of manager they have with this rubbish justification .

Proper Stay with delusions dining experience in central area of Lucknow
It`s a great experience to stay in Lucknow central . Surely this is one of the fine place in this area .
The Guest room is with full of basic amenities .
The Bed quality and sheets are very clean . But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed.
Hot water available properly.
In room too much space for luggage.
The area is sanitised and clean . Proper maintain all protection , Mask etc.
The food preparation is very delicious and good.
The room service is good and waiters are proper trained .
In breakfast proper buffet with South Indian and North Indian dishes .
Inside the boundary of Hotel property, Proper under ground and upper area Parking for vehicles
