Sconsigliabile a 360°
Abbiamo alloggiato presso questo albergo in occasione della classica settimana bianca, essendoci inizialmente sembrato una sistemazione idonea a un soggiorno per motivi di sci. L'esperienza è stata complessivamente assai inferiore alle aspettative.
Cominciamo dalle stanze: le doppie sono di dimensioni RIDICOLE, con non piú di 50 cm di contorno letto utile per spostarsi, armadio senza ripiani, spazio inesistente anche solamente per poggiare le valigie. La sensazione di scomodità è stata tale da far considerare l'idea di cambiare hotel già dopo una notte (cosa che avremmo fatto senza indugio non fossimo stati ancora in alta stagione). Onestamente INDECENTE soprattutto per una struttura che si propone di ospitare potenziali appassionati sciatori.
Fanno da contorno altri aspetti discutibili: l'assoluta mancanza di parcheggio (l'albergo è in pieno paese, è necessario appoggiarsi su un parcheggio comunale a 500 metri); il deposito degli sci ha accesso diretto dalla strada, con possibilità per chiunque di accedervi ad ogni ora (anche per chi non alloggia nella struttura, consigliamo polizza anti-furto sci in caso di noleggio); bagno con cabina doccia rotta; piscina con acqua fredda e sporcizia generale.

UNICA nota positiva la gentilezza del personale, largamente costituito da ragazzi molto giovani che tentano di sopperire come possono alle infinite mancanze della struttura per alleggerire il soggiorno agli ospiti.

Non torneremo e di sicuro non lo consiglieremo.

Tornerei sicuramente
La prima cosa da dire è che ci tornerei. Ho trovato ciò che cercavo e forse anche qualcosina in più. Avere una piscina, anche se piccola, in un hotel in montagna è una cosa molto rara. Ho trovato alcune recensioni molto ingenerose, sia per quanto riguarda il cibo, sia per quanto riguarda proprio la piscina. Il cibo l'ho trovato vario, saporito, ricercato e soddisfacente in quantità e qualità. Il buffet delle verdure e della colazione sempre rifornito e molto appetitoso. Le camere non sono suite imperiali ma non costano come suite imperiali!!:In sostanza ho trovato un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, cortesia e attenzione al cliente. La sola cosa che vorrei suggerire magari un paio di gradi in più all'acqua della piscina perché effettivamente era un pochino troppo freschetto per febbraio. Ho già detto che ci tornerei?!

Soggiorno molto deludente
In vista di un finesettimana sulla neve, abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti una stanza doppia.
Attratti da foto in apparenza interessanti e da un prezzo leggermente inferiore rispetto ad altre strutture, ci siamo ritrovati:
- stanza piccolissima, anche per una persona, senza spazio per bagagli e per indumenti da sci e senza modo neppure di appoggiare valige e scambiarsi;
- armadio senza ripiani, bagno con cabina doccia rotta (l’abbiamo segnalato senza che ci fosse ripristinata), terrazza sporca, tende e muri macchiati;
- parcheggio praticamente inesistente (6/7 posti lungo strada molto trafficata);
- deposito sci liberamente accessibile da chiunque e posto lungo la strada a portata di chiunque;
- piscina con acqua fresca/fredda, con doccia presente con acqua calda intermittente, senza spogliatoio e con solo due sdraie per tutta la clientela presente;

Il rapporto qualità prezzo, nonché gli aspetti di cui sopra ed unito alla location decentrata rispetto al Sellaronda, ne fanno una pessima esperienza.

Beautiful views
The location of the hotel is quite central, close to ski slopes, shops and more. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. Views are excellent. There is a pool and a ski room, as well as a restaurant, bar and kids room. Modt of the staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.

Non ci siamo proprio
Se cercate la tipica accoglienza familiare fassana scordatevi di trovarla qui. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, tuttavia il personale è impreparato, disattento e poco cortese. Cucina con ampi margini di miglioramento (colazione ok, cena di scarsa qualità, a dir poco imbarazzante).

Tiny room, no drawers, cupboards or shelves, poor food
We had a literally last minute booking at Monzoni in July for 7 days because of a mix up by our travel agent at another hotel. Our tiny room was right next to the noisy lift. It was incredibly basic - no drawers, no cupboards and no shelves, just open hanging space and a view from the window (see photos) of a tired play area which seems now be a building site. Dinner was very poor - unseasoned barley soup and a kebab of poor quality meat for me and inedible, poorly cooked pasta for our son. Breakfast was slightly better. We found a much better hotel and checked out after one night. Our travel agent was refused any refund from Monzoni for the following days. Given that, and the very poor accommodation, I really cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The dinner buffet always offers a vast choice of fresh side dishes in addition to seasonal fruit, as for the courses served, a different and therefore varied menu is offered every day, in addition to the typical dinner much appreciated up to now by guests. If you had indicated your preferences on site, we would have been happy to take your requests back to the kitchen and be able to offer you some different dishes to your liking, as it is our priority to keep the degree of satisfaction of our guests high, where possible.

small room
our room was clean but was very small: it's not easy to put a big suitcase, restroom it's also quite small . There is not enough parking places so probabilly you have to park your car quite far from the hotel. Breakfast it's ok but you have to order your food filling a paper cause buffet is not allow.

Some refurbished rooms some very outdated. Hotel is very noisy in the evening (vacuuming at 7 am in the hallway, loud guests in the hallways at 11pm). Horrible breakfast service.

Common areas outdated.

Bottom line it is seriously overpriced!

Unglaublich, dass das ein Drei Sterne Hotel ist. Extrem alte und schlechte Zimmer, kein WLAN im Zimmer, kaum oder keine Parkplätze. Schlecht beheizt. Nicht mal zu diesem neidrigen Preis akzeptabel. Nicht zu empfehlen

Nicht zu empfehlen. Großer Renovierungsbedarf vorhanden.
Sehr kleine Zimmer. Sauna viel zu klein. Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich waren mehr als mies, Duschköpfe waren nicht zum Fixieren, warmes Wasser kaum zu regulieren. Kein Ruheraum, keine Liegen im Saunabereich. Nur 2 Liegen am Pool. WiFi nur im Lobbybereich mit gutem Empfang. In den meisten Zimmern kein WiFi. Frühstück war ok. Abendessen zwischen ungenießbar und gut. Polstermöbel im Aufenthaltsbereich durchgescheuert.
Die Zeit scheint in den siebziger Jahren stehengeblieben zu sein, da seit dieser Zeit offensichtlich nichts mehr renoviert wurde. Positiv zu erwähnen war das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit. Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung. Ich würde kein zweites Mal buchen.
