  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.

Hotel chico pero muy agradable y por el costo te ofrece desayuno bufete, pequeño en opciones pero muy funcional, está a 1 cuadra del parque de la 93 por lo que tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes y lugares que visitar.

El personal fue muy amable.

Habitaciones amplia y con buena vista, cómodas amenidades y con todos los servicios en buen estado. Céntrico para moverse dentro de Bogotá y buenos lugares alrededor para compartir y comer. Con una vista muy agradable.

Un lugar de descanso
Llegué muy de noche y salí temprano al día siguiente, excelente sueño. Habitación confortable, con muy buen cama y buenas frazadas. Baño muy cómodo para personas grandes como yo, con buenos accesorios

Delighte! Awesome location, Clean & pacious room
Total value for money. Ours was not a suite, but it was very spacious, with plenty of natural light. It made such an awesome difference to our stay in Colombia.

Everything was so accessible, including the gym (not in the hotel, but we took day passes to the SmartFit gym, just to maintain our fitness routine).

So many amenities practically around the corner. Friendly staff and English wasn't a problem with them. Good breakfast buffet (complimentary).

Definitely recommend, and won't hesitate to book it again for our next visit to Bogotá.

Un lugar para descansar pero a la vez estar cerca del buen ambiente del parque de la 93
Excelente ubicación y servicio. La camas son super cómodas y la habitación a pesar de ser la mitad de puro cristal no permite el paso del sonido. Un desayuno muy bueno. El bellboy estuvo excelente ayudándonos a encontrar a alimentos para la hora de la noche en que llegamos.

Horrible
No air conditioning. Although the city has a cool temperature, this hotel managed to keep the rooms hot. They told us the A/C is broken. No ventilation either as the windows don’t open. Why would a business be open without their equipment being operational? Worst experience.

Gran alojamiento
Todo la experiencia fue estupenda, desde el servicio, higiene y calidad, ya que son los tres factores fundamentales ante cualquier servicio prestado. Otro detalle sumamente importante es la ubicación donde se encuentra el alojamiento, la misma es fenomenal, ya que, está céntrico y estratégico, tienes múltiples opciones de lugares que visitar en el entorno del hotel. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Great value stay! Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location.
First of all, the hotel is in a great location, a quiet street close to many restaurants, pharmacy, little markets and a pretty park. You can walk everywhere and feel safe (you should always be aware of surroundings in all big cities). This place has the feel of a boutique hotel, with a small but comfortable lobby, with coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super nice rain can shower head in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect for us. It was 3 ladies, so comfort and safety was crucial to us. The staff was constantly helpful and friendly, I haven't received this type of hospitality anywhere else.

Excellent location
Excellent location, surrounded by restaurants and bars, close to Parque 93.

Walking distance to Zona T (15 min) and 7 min to Carulla express (supermarket).

Spacious room with good A/C and WiFi and comfy bed.

Delicious breakfast with variety.

Paper thin walls, useless night reception staff
What a pity really… The hotel is nice and the room was comfy but I barely slept my second night there. I got awoken by extremely loud music from the room next door, I called the reception twice only to find out they were coming up to bring these people some kind of tea (saw through the peephole) and the guy asked the guest to lower the music laughing it off. Had to call again 3 minutes later and they came back up. This time the music kinda stopped but it was replaced by a loud conversation between the next door guests. Guy was screaming, a woman was laughing. Then they started fighting, then laughing again. I didn’t sleep at all. I will not return.

E la seconda che io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo scelto questo Albergo Ottima posizione colazione buona e il personale e molto carino ... stanze belle con vetrate e molto pulite ... La hall e di design con fiori freschi !!! Ci ritornerò Bogotà

Hotel 5 stelle...di Natale
Hotel medio scarso con freddo glaciale nelle camere (ci sono 10 gradi e questi hanno solo aria condizionata e un piumone corto), colazione da scarsa a pessima a secondo di quanto vi piacciano 4 vassoi con 4 cose, succhi acidi, scramble egg che è una frittata pasticciata e brioches secche (2 di numero).
Sconsigliato...soprattutto se confrontato con l'Atton a 40 metri di distanza sparisce negli abissi!! (Prezzi molto simili, differenza abissale in tutto)

Bella posizione
Ho alloggiato in questo hotel di Bogotà all’inizio del mio viaggio in Colombia. Sicuramente il quartiere in cui si trova è ottimo: tranquillo e con una breve ( circa 15 minuti)e sicura passeggiata si raggiunge la zona rosa ( la zona della movida e dei grandi negozi). La colazione è ottima e varia, il personale è gentile e disponibile, la camera invece non mi è piaciuta..... direi assurda. Abbastanza spaziosa ma senza nessuno spazio per aprire le valigie e appoggiare le cose ( tutto in terra)Il bagno è composto da un cubo di vetro con dentro una vasca a cui si accede con 2 gradini ( pericolosa secondo me) un lavandino con l’acqua a cascata che quando lo apri ti bagna tutti i vestiti e anche qui nessun appoggio per un beauty..... il water dentro uno stanzino. La mia era una camera standard magari in quelle di categoria superiore qualche mensola c’è!

Je recommande, excellent!
Hotel très agréable, personnel très serviable et souriant. Ils ont réellement rendu mon séjour plus que parfait. Les petits soucis technique ont été parfaitement pris en main. Hotel de taille moyenne le personnel vous reconnait. Petit déjeuné simple mais varié tout y est. Chambre agréable juste manque un peu de lumière et on entend un peu les voisins
.Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je reviendrai! Merci aux équipe et Raul du night shift particulièrement gentils.

Hotel anonimo che mette un po’ di tristezza già dalla hall. Sensazione che si consolida vedendo le piccole camere dai colori funerei e con il bagno poco razionale. Colazione piuttosto spartana. Personale indubbiamente gentile ed attento. Costo interessante.

Suite a un probleme dans l hotel initialement reserve nous avons ete reloges dans cet hotel - bel hotel de passage simple fonctionnel et moderne ; accueil charmant et service de qualite - petit dejeuner correct en salle

Camere Confortevoli e ben curate
La struttura del GHL 93 è molto ben curata nei particolari, nell'arredo e nella gentilezza del personale. Le camere sono pulite, arredate con stile e complete di tutti i servizi.
WI-fi gratuito. Se dimenticate l'adattatore per le spine europee basta chiedere alla reception. Servizio Taxi dell'Hotel utilissimo e conveniente.
IL prezzo non è male per i turisti europei a causa del cambio, ma in generale credo che per la città si possa considerare di fascia alta.

Noch nie war ich in einem Hotel mit solch freundlichem Personal! absolut perfekt!!!! Ich kann nichts beanstanden. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!
Besonders erwähnebswert ist die Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellren!

hotel tres design et assez confortable
Un tres bel hotel a taille humaine. Les chambres sont tres design avec la salle de bain en plein milieu de la chambre (pas trop genant quand on est seul mais attention aux débordements. Pas de mur, pratiquement 100% de la cloison exterieure est vitree (avec un système de store assez elabore), tres clair donc mais c'est vrai qu'en voyage business on n'est guere present dans la chambre que pendant la nuit. Petit dejeuner excellent et service tres accueillant

Ce n'est PAS un 5*!!
Attention il n'y a aucune isolation phonique: On entend ses voisins, le bruit de la douche réveille tout l'étage et quand les bars autour jouent de la musique, il faut des boules quies pour espérer dormir...
Cet hôtel récent veut jouer dans la cour des grands: En apparence il est très bien et très design. En pratique ça coince dans tous les détails.

Chambres: Le personnel commence à faire les chambres (et du bruit dans les couloirs) à partir de 6h du matin. Cependant les lits king size sont très grands et très confortables.

Petit déjeuner: Pourquoi ne pas faire un buffet. Les serveurs ne comprennent rien et mettent trop longtemps à servir. Est-ce normal dans un établissement se voulant 5* que le personnel ne parle pas anglais? (sauf à la réception heureusement)

Salle de sport: Equipement inutilisables et abimés. Vélos et tapis de course placés dans le mauvais sens: On regarde le mur au lieu de voir la vue depuis le dernier étage...

Salle de bain: Lavabo design mais stupide et difficile à utiliser. On a le pantalon mouillé dès qu'on s'en sert... La douche n'est pas isolée du reste de la chambre. Cela dit la douche est très spacieuse et agréable.
On a malheureusement eu une inondation dans la chambre (plomberie bâclée?). Le personnel nous a proposé une autre chambre mais vu l'heure nous avons préféré rester dans celle ci. Ils ne nous ont meme pas donné un coup de main pour éponger...

Bref je ne recommande pas...

Bon confort de la chambre mais un peu bruyant
Hotel bien situé, à côté d'une zone très animée
Chambre très design avec son bureau-lavabo au milieu de la chambre. A l'usage ce n'est cependant pas si ergonomique. Et il manque un rideau permettant de séparer la partie salle de bain de la partie chambre. Le volet roulant automatique est très pratique et bien occultant. Lit king size très confortable. Un regret : l'isolation phonique très insuffisante : on entendait "tout" ce que faisaient les voisins...
Petit déjeuner avec service à la table : un buffet serait plus pratique
