  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?

Luxury and location.
The staff is great and ready to help. The room was comfortable with nice linens. The restaurant served a very good breakfast buffet, and at night, the mediterranean food was very good. The hotel is on a quiet street with a small plaza in front.

This is a fantastic hotel and a great place to start your Colombian adventure. Quiet with super comfy beds. The breakfast selection is amazing with great coffee to wash it down.
It’s in a really great location to head out and explore for some dining options. Loved this place - gracias!

Nice way to start our trip in Colombia!
The hotel is located in a very nice area in Colombia, just 30 minutes away from the airport. Hotel has all the services. They have also a group of transport/ taxi in front of hotel available all the time. All the drivers were super nice, always given us hints, information and suggestions!

Very good hotel, I will come back
This is a very good hotel, the customer service is amazing, it is clean and modern, very conveniently located in the zona rosa/zona T lots of shopping and dining, very secure area. Very good included breakfast and 2 restaurants on property. Only complaints are: no coffee machine in the room, the bed is a bit too hard,also no bathrobes like the website says and no Spa, they can call for room treatments. But I was very happy overall and I definitely will come back.

Schönes Hotel in edlem Stadtteil
Super Hotel mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Wir waren hier 4 Tage und haben von hier die Nachbarschaft und die Stadt erkundet. Fußläufig viele schöne Geschäfte, Restaurants und grün. Alles sehr safe, auch abends.

El mejor hotel con la mejor ubicación en Bogotá
De lejos tiene la mejor ubicación de la ciudad, pero lo mejor es el diseño y habitaciones que son super cómodas. En el mismo hotel tiene dos restaurantes muy famosos que lo hace increíble para quedarse en Bogotá

Super expérience
Merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel très sympas à la déco moderne et soignée.
Les 2 restaurants sont délicieux et l’animation y est très festive (attention de prendre une chambre loin du restau/bar)
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel adorable, nous recommandons!

Buen hotel
Es la tercera o 4 ves que me hospedo en este hotel, actualmente estoy hospedado, compre la habitación superir y la verdad fue inferior a las veces anteriores, me cobraron mas por una habitación igual a la que me habia hospedado en veces anteriores, ademas me dejaron sobre el restaurante yes superrrrrrr ruidoso, hasta el cierre, no ha sido la mejor estacia de las veces que me he quedado aqui pero en general es un muy buen hotel a pesar de mis inconvenientes.

Excelente hotel
El hotel es muy moderno y bonito, tiene un servicio excepcional siempre muy atentos con los huéspedes, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la regadera es muy relajante con agua caliente. La cama muy cómoda para descansar, lo recomiendo ampliamente por el precio y la calidad de las instalaciones

Satisfaisant avec quelques défauts
Il y a du bon et du moins bon. Tout d'abord, l'hôtel est très bien placé, dans le centre de Bogota à courte distance de nombreux restaurants et attractions. Ensuite, l'architecture est plutôt réussie dans style contemporain avec différentes touches de bois et de végétaux qui donnent un peu de chaleur. La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse avec un lit confortable et une salle de bain très agréable.
Les points négatifs:
- manque d'insonorisation: on entend la musique des restaurants du RdC jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (même en étant du 7ème étage)
- un état général de l'hôtel et des chambres qui mériterait un meilleur entretien
- un petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon avec quasiment que des produits industriels
- un rooftop en partie privatisé et sans possibilité d'y boire un verre
En conclusion, rien de vraiment très gênant mais on reste assez éloigné d'un établissement qui donne envie de vouloir y retourner.

L´hôtel est Extrêmement bien situé dans un quartier paisible et sécurisé. Proche de parcs et de centre commerciaux on ne s´ennuie pas.

Les chambres restent petites mais les parties communes sont agréables et spacieuses.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié.

L´attention est excellente même pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

Un solo problema: risolto subito
Albergo eccellente, nuovo e in ottima posizione.
Colazione buona e personale super efficiente.
Abbiamo riscontrato solo un problema di rumore dovuto a dei lavori e ci hanno cambiato immediatamente la stanza.

Très belles prestations
Très bel hôtel bien situé.
Chambres confortables et luxueuses.
Petit déjeuner copieux, délicieux (mention spéciale pour les yaourts maison avec toppings noix de coco).
Soirées également sympathiques avec un beau bar intérieur et en terrasse.

Très bon hôtel
Voyage en colombie, arrivé au premier hôtel avec à l'entrée 2 magnifiques murs végétaux de 10 m de haut. Ouah !
Chambres très propres, salle de bains spacieuse.
Petit déjeuner très copieux, espace bar, cocktail

Petit bémol: nous étions au premier étage et entendions le personnel discuté à l'accueil.

Amazing!
Struttura splendida e nuova in ogni suo aspetto. Le camere sono molto spaziose e di design. Accoglienza eccellente e splendido team che ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, in particolare modo Jonathan. Ottimo e prezzo competitivo anche il servizio di trasporto per/da aeroporto, essendo due ragazze ci siamo sentite più sicure. La colazione é stata tra le migliori in Colombia, uova, frutta fresca, chia pudding e ottimo cappuccino. Vi consiglio di provare il ristorante anche per cena in quanto eccellente.

ottimo hotel per business travel
un hotel piccolo ma ben curato, con personale molto attento alle necessità del cliente: le stanze sono molto carine e, almeno quella dove ho soggiornato, ha il bagno (lavabo e doccia) a vista con perimetro in vetro. Molto singolare, per il fatto che da luce estrema mentre ti fai la doccia o la barba!
la colazione veramente ben assortita: con qualche accorgimento in più potrebbe diventare un hotel di prima fascia! Bravi!
