  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and whether the structure is organized to offer it or not. Check carefully before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the property and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the Hotel who will respond directly to you. MeTour is not responsible in this decision-making process.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?
    They are normally clearly indicated in the property sheet or added during the booking phase depending on local regulations or the facility's policies. But even if not clearly indicated, payments may be requested directly to the facility for any tourist taxes, local charges or extras not included in the rate. The advice is to read everything carefully before booking or writing to us through our contact form.
  • Are small pets allowed?
    It is often clearly stated in the property sheet and for this reason we invite you to carefully read their policies. Where not indicated, we invite you to contact us through our contact form for more information.

Very clean and helpful hotel. Staff are very helpful during the stay specially Sridhar, Gopi, Praveen, Daniel & Raman very friendly and very polite.
It is a very clean and helpful hotel. The staff was very helpful during the stay, especially Sridhar, Gopi, Praveen, Daniel, and Raman. There were issues with breakfast. No orange juice at all, all the juice is left for the same community people.

The best hotel experiences We've ever had

Excellent location, friendly staff
Overall great location and all included experience with all amenities friendly staff. Upgraded by room to higher floor and late check out elevated my experience.
I could would feel warmth and safe in hotel. Breakfast spread for good with great filter coffee. Chef recommended his masal dosa was crisp and touched my taste buds. Our restaurant could not experience in my short stay but looked good.

Très bel hôtel
Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous. Le restaurant est excellent, une cuisine indienne mais raffinée. Le buffet est également très riche, cuisine locale, européenne et asiatique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

À la découverte de l'Inde dans toutes ses dimensions.
L'accueil et des personnes formidables , qualité et le confort de la chambre sont remarquables .Les buffets chaque jour sont très riches en produits frais locaux et nationaux. Massages par des spécialistes sont très appréciés
Bonne ambiance de toutes les couleurs de l'Inde. Hotel bien situé à proximité de toute les beaux magasins. Les autoriksha ( touctouc) sont disponibles juste à l'entrée.

Très bel hôtel. Excellent petit-déjeuner
Bel hôtel, avec de grandes chambres. Le personnel est très gentil. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié, le meilleur que nous ayons eu pendant notre circuit de 2 semaines dans des établissements 4 et 5 *. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine intérieure.

Trato excelente.

das perfekte Stadthotel in Chennai
Das geschäftige Treiben auf den Straßen von Chennai hält am Eingang zur Lobby des Grand by GRT inne. Schöne, moderne Zimmer sind für ein Hotel dieser Klasse selbstverständlich. Außergewöhnlich sind jedoch die Hotelrestaurants. Das Büffetrestaurant mit Kochstationen ließ weder zum Frühstück noch um Abendessen Wünsche offen. Die Qualität, der Variantenreichtum , der Geschmack und die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit des Personas dessen Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität auch für spontane größere Gesellschaften verdient ein besonderes Lob. Das Hotel organisiert auch Excursionen in geräumigen, modernen PKW. Die belebte Einkaufstraße Pondy Bazaar ist fussläufig zu erreichen.

Pues un hotel al que es difícil ponerle alguna pega; nuevo, limpio, bien mantenido (cosa no fácil de ver en India), habitaciones grandes, cama grande y cómoda, precioso por dentro con un impresionante hall y variada comida. Ho soggiornato poche ore ma sono state sufficienti per farmi un ottimo giudizio di quest'hotel dalle comode camere ben arredate, con bagni più moderni e puliti della media delle altre strutture indiane, e che offre una colazione a buffet di ottimo livello.
Un' eccellente tappa per chi fa sosta nella grande Chennai ( Madras)

Great hotel
Hotel muy moderno, habitaciones muy comodas. Funciona muy bien. Solo fui a los desayunos pero fueron bastante variados con opciones para todo mundo. Tienen un buen bar y el sabado tiene. Musica y baile en vivo. Muy bien todo. Todos muy amables

bell'albergo , cibo a buffet discreto
siamo stati una sera e relativa notte , e tutto ci è sembrato di alto livello , dall'albergo "all'americana" al cibo invece tipicamente indiano.
Come al solto aria condizionata a livello freddo polare e dopo averla spenta ci è voluto qualche ora per renderla a noi accettabile . Bell'ascensore panoramico.

Sehr stimmiges und gut gelegenes Hotel der Oberklasse. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Luxuriöse und geräumige Zimmer mit sehr schönem Badezimmer. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Riesen Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten.

Luxus und europäiusches Essen
Wir hatten das Hotel nach zwei Wochen Rundreise als Abschluss gebucht.

Insgesamt sehr luxeriös (vergleichbar 5 Sterne Südeuropa), sowohl das Hotel selbst (Restaurants und Lobby) als auch die Zimmer.

Keine negativen Punkte zu nennen, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen.
Für den gebotenen Luxus relativ günstiges Hotel, für indische Verhältnisse natürlich jedoch relativ teuer.

Ottimo Hotel
Tutto perfetto, salvo la biancheria del bagno, un pochino logoro per i lavaggi subiti, dal rubinetto scarico di acqua rugginosa, ma probabilmente colpa dei materiali indiani o acquedotto. Attenzione alla cena a buffet, prezzi italiani del cibo e svizzeri per la birra ( oltre 8 euro l’una), qualità del cibo ottima. Colazione ottima.

Ottimo Hotel
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel nel nostro soggiorno in India e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere molto belle e curate in ogni particolare . L'hotel è nuovissimo e in buona posizione.Ha due ristoranti self service con cucina indiana e internazzionale e vegetariano alla carta. Buoni entrambi. Nel nostro soggiorno in India abbiamo utilizzato in varie citta' questa catena di hotel ,buona ovunque.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr gute Speisen
Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und zwar in verschiedenen Zimmern. Aufgrund von Demonstrationen konnten wir nicht weiterfahren und nächtigten ein 2. Mal in diesem schönen Hotel. Wir hatten die Zimmer Nr. 705 und 925, beide Zimmer waren ca. 30 m² groß und klassisch elegant eingerichtet. Die Möbel waren dunkel und die Matratzen des Kingsizebettes waren sehr gut. Das Badezimmer war modern, eine Glasscheibe gab den Blick ins Zimmer frei. Im Bad war eine Dusche mit Glaswand, im Zi. 925 eine Badewanne mit Glaswand. Alle möglichen Badeutensilien waren vorhanden.
Wir hatten Halbpension und das Frühstück und Abendessen wurde in Buffetform gereicht. Die Auswahl war sehr groß und die Qualität sehr gut. Das Buffet war jedoch sehr indisch, aber sehr gut.
Das Internet ist frei, der Code ist auf der Zimmerkarte vermerkt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel haben wir vom Flughafen in 15 Minuten erreicht.

Komfortables Stadthotel
Rundum sehr gutes Stadthotel. Check-in, Service alles in Ordnung.
Etwas Verkehrslärm durch die zentrale Lage.
Zimmer, Betten, Bad alles sehr gut.
Sehr gutes Buffet zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen. Geldwechsel an der Reception,

buon hotel
Camera sufficientemente bella, pulita, bagno discreto. Non ci sono però spazi esterni per i bambini. Per il mangiare meglio il ristorante indiano che non il buffet. Colazione abbondante. Silenzioso di notte.

Hotel recien renovado. Rica comida
Un hotel tranquilo. Alli pasamos primera noche de jetlag.

Comida rica. Hay buffet un poco caro pero pueden pedir a la carta igual de rico.
Ensaladas frescas.
Domingo hqy brunch. Reserva es mejor. Mucha gente hindu va a comer alla.

Hotel muy correcto a un precio asequible
A pesar de que no tenia muy buena impresión de esta cadena, reconozco que he estado en varios de ellos y han sido muy correctos todos, si ser muy lujosos, el descanso y el servicio han sido buenos, y son recomendables
