Desastroso de cuarta no 4 estrellas
Colchones en mal estado se le salía un resorte hab 521 control de tv no funciona quedaron en venir a arreglarlo jamás vinieron. Pésima atención de la recepción de la señora Ayala y el sr que no recibió cuando llegamos no recuerdo su nombre pero nos trató muy mal desganado y encima nos sacó fotocopias de los DNI y no nos supo explicar para que es la primera vez que nos pasa en un viaje que nos traten de esta forma
Otra cosa los ascensores no funcionan. Nunca los arreglan MIENTEN dicen que tienen que comprar un respuesto y ahí no se consigue RESPUESTA DE LA DUEÑA GERENTE O NO SE QUIEN ES IMPRESENTABLE DICE QUE "ESTO NO ES BUENOS AIRES Y.LOS.TIEMPOS DE ESPERA SON OTROS " el comedor poca variedad en el menú además de horrible .. las copas.mal lavadas y con olor a sucio . Se hacen leer normas y reglas donde vayas .. porque no quieren que se rompa nada para no arreglar ..RATONES .. LA DUEÑA GRITANDO POR TODO EL HOTEL QUE EL ARREGLO DEL Ascensor SALIO 2 MILLONES DE PESOS .. EL COLMO DE LA RIDICULEZ..

"Promesas Vacías: La Cruda Realidad del Hotel Grand Crucero"
Habitaciones: Las habitaciones del Hotel Grand Crucero son cómodas, pero carecen de practicidad. La iluminación es deficiente, creando un ambiente poco acogedor. Además, la falta de ventilación y la escasez de tomacorrientes para cargar dispositivos son inaceptables en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Un colchón tenía un resorte salido, lo que es inexcusable. También se olvidaron de dejarnos toallas, lo que nos obligó a pedirlas, y el frigobar estaba vacío, forzándonos a salir a comprar. Estas deficiencias son inadmisibles y no cumplen con las expectativas de calidad.

Servicio: La atención al cliente fue insatisfactoria. Desde el primer día, ambos ascensores presentaron fallas; uno funcionaba, pero el otro no. Cuando informé al personal sobre el problema, su respuesta fue decepcionante. No ofrecieron soluciones efectivas, solo palabras vacías que carecían de sustancia. Este nivel de atención refleja una alarmante falta de compromiso con el bienestar del huésped.

Ubicación: Aunque el hotel está en el microcentro de Posadas, lo que facilita caminatas a pie, esto no compensa las deficiencias mencionadas. Está a solo 500 metros de la Plaza 9 de Julio y cerca de otras atracciones, pero, a pesar de esta ubicación privilegiada, el hotel no cumple con las expectativas de su categoría. La relación calidad-precio es cuestionable, y lo que debería ser una ventaja se ve empañado por el mal servicio y las instalaciones deficientes.

Comidas y bebidas: La oferta gastronómica fue decepcionante. Aunque el personal fue amable y nos hizo sentir cómodos, el servicio fue excesivamente lento. Tuvimos que esperar una hora para que nos trajeran la entrada, lo que nos llevó a cancelar el plato principal y el postre. La calidad de la comida tampoco estuvo a la altura de lo que se espera en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

En resumen: Mi experiencia en el Hotel Grand Crucero fue insatisfactoria en muchos aspectos. Las habitaciones, el servicio, la ubicación y la oferta gastronómica no cumplen con los estándares esperados. Es fundamental que la administración tome en cuenta estas observaciones y realice las mejoras necesarias. No recomiendo este hotel, ya que claramente no está a la altura de su categoría.

Great location and staff
Very nice hotel close to both airport and waterfalls. Hotel staff friendly and speak many languages. The room is nice and fairly inexpensive for what you get. The restaurant, bar staff and snack kiosk all really attentive. My only issue was at 0200 when I could not sleep elevators turned off and no food or drink was available. Had I known I would have purchased a head of time. (Not that I normally wake up at 2 am) my other issue was feeling like a prisoner because all outside doors were locked and trash cans in front of door preventing me from getting fresh air. I only mention it as it can be a deal breaker for some. For me I look at it as safety while I am sleeping. I know I seen knit picky but I am just leaving an honest review to be helpful to others. The room has a tiny safe big enough just for money or a wallet. Not big enough for cell phone or purse. All in all I enjoyed my stay and the staff make every effort to help and satisfy your needs. I only dropped a star specifically for plants scratching window at night.

Not a recommendation
Our first room looked out to standing water and broken down concrete. We had to pay $ 15 more for a room with a better view. Front staff was not helpful at all when my husband needed to make a local phone call looking for his passport at restaurant in town. Buffet breakfast was of poor quality. Just breads and sweets. Scrambled eggs were cold and not plentiful.

Por ciertos episodios se opaco lo que podria haber brillado...
En todos los viajes donde nos hemos alojado, jamas en el check out, nos solicitaron NO retirarnos hasta que revisen la habitación, toda vez que pagamos como corresponde todo lo facturado y ademas eran las 3.30 hs de la madrugada por el horario de nuestro vuelo. Asimismo, ofrecen un circuito spa de cortesía, que incluye 15 minutos de baño sauna, jacuzzi y baño escoses. No hay reloj en cada uno de los compartimentos, por lo que hay que salir al salón central para ver el horario, pues no se puede asistir con celular ni accesorios. Debido a este sistema, mi esposo decidió estar los 15 minutos en el baño sauna, por lo que fue regañado por la asistente, sin perjuicio de aclarar que no había nadie esperando acceder al mismo, por ultimo , uno de los días, tome 2 pequeños chipas que en ese momento los repusieron, para irlos comiendo al terminar el desayuno, y me prohibieron salir con ellos del salón...Falta de capacitación al personal para tener criterio de atención y trato. Es limpio, buenas dimensiones las habitaciones y con una propuesta de desayuno bastante completa.

Para una y muchas veces... LA MEJOR ELECCION!
Hotel excelente. Me sorprendio realmente. Sobre todo lo lindo, comodo, limpio, completo, amplio y cuidado con una exelente relacion precio - calidad. Algunas criticas que lei no me parecen para nada adecuada. fui con mi hijo, de 9 años y realmente resulto muy agradable. La habitacion amplia, con muy buenas camas, con un ventanal y un balcon bellisimo a la selva. Hermosa decoracion. Baño excelente, con una ducha que destaco la presion. toallas y toallones al igual que sabanas en perfectas condiciones (destaco esto por algunos comentarios). comodisima habitacion y exelente limpieza. Lo del televisor no me parecio relevante, la verdad Iguazu da para andar mucho, y al aire libre!!. Hermoso el bar, con buenismia atencion, decoracion, relajado y buena carta para almorzar, merendar y tomar algo a la noche. Realmente el bar que esta en el lobby es un bellisimo espacio. En el 7m piso se encuentra la pileta, tambien un bar muy cuidado, con una carta muy completa. La pileta limpia y cuidada. Hermoso espacio a la tardecita para tomar algo. Es un hotel para parejas, familias. exquisit!! Me encanto lo super recomiendo . Vale la pena sin dudas volver a Iguazu y a este hotel. Atencion excelente. Restaurane con muy buena carta y buen servicio (quizas daria un toque nuevo a la decoracion e inmobiliario de este restaurante). Gracias por la paciencia, la dedicacion, el buen servicio. Una opción que es preferible evitar
La verdad que es un lindo hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas por el precio que uno paga, son amplias y el internet es bueno. La ubicación te deja un poco lejos del centro, pero con un sencillo acceso a las cataratas y al aeropuerto. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien. Lo único malo fue la atención de la señorita de la recepción al momento de retirarnos. Ante el cuestionamiento que le hicimos de que siguieran usando el método de que mandan a alguien a ver la habitación para saber que esta todo bien (hace 20 años que en la mayoría de los hoteles ya eso no se usa), nos contestó bastante mal y se puso a la altura de nuestro reclamo, retándonos que era la política del hotel. Evidentemente no voy a volver a ir a este hotel, y por el mal trato de esta empleada, invito a todos que no lo visiten, y puedan conocer otros hoteles con mejor atención en la zona, que los hay y muchos.

Is rated 4 star, but I think is closer to being 3 star.
Lovely staff, very comfortable bed, OK buffet breakfast.
Just before I left to check out, the toilet overflowed because of a blockage. Fortunately I did not need to use the bathroom any more.

Awful. Avoid avoid avoid.
Terrible place. One of the worst we've stayed in.
They strip away everything from hair dryers to shower gel, even towels you need a voucher for. They put in a cabinet for a fridge but took that away.
Food is really poor quality both breakfast and bar food.
Staff seemed aggressive and hostile towards guests. Really didn't care about guestsm
Located well outside city centre as advertised.

Really don't have anything good about it other than it's a room with a roof over it. Just avoid.

Avoid at all costs
Things I didn’t like:
1. Room was dirty. Towels have stains, hair in shower, etc.
2. Lock on the door was janky and unsafe.
3. Balcony doors don’t lock, easy for someone to enter your room.
4. Breakfast was bland.
5. Shower doesn’t regulate temperature. You burn then freeze yourself.
6. Overall very dated hotel. TV doesn’t turn on, the fridge doesn’t work.
7. Front desk gives inaccurate information.
8. Lost key charge is $5000 pesos for a plastic card.
9. You can hear all your neighbors through the thin walls.
10. They won’t let you leave in the AM at checkout until they do a inspection of your room. They waste your time and their time by treating you as if you’re out to screw them iver.

I can go on about things I dislike. The only thing I did like was the spa services.

Overall: avoid, avoid, avoid. There are better places you can go to.

Grand hôtel international.
Cet hôtel est certes un hôtel de passage (on reste peu de jours à Iguazu !) mais il possède toutes les facilités d'un hôtel moderne.
L'enregistrement est rapide. Au rez-de-chaussée, on retrouve un bar/snack-bar où l'on peut déguster les cocktails classiques bien préparés et à des prix très sympathiques. On trouve six étages de chambres tandis que le septième est occupé par une piscine extérieure avec un bar: très agréable après une journée de découvertes.
Grande chambre et belle sdb (douche, WC, lavabo +savon, shampoing...). TV, coffre-fort, frigo-bar et WiFi excellent.
Restaurant avec une bonne cuisine. Le petit-déjeuner est classique (sans œufs mais avec de bons jus de fruits). 8/10.

assez recommandable malgré le manque de maintenance
On imagine que cet hôtel a connu une certaine gloire dans le passé, car sa structure et la qualité de ses espaces sont très bonnes.
Mais le manque de maintenance commence à se faire sentir à des détails comme la robinetterie et accessoires de salle de bain, les tentures, etc.
Cela reste néanmoins un endroit assez agréable, pour les enfants autant que pour les adultes.
Le quartier, par contre, paraît, lui, vraiment à l'abandon : ancien centre commercial fantôme (en vente), rues sombres, accès piétonnier difficile à l'hôtel, etc.

Parfait pour aller visiter le parc des chutes
Très grand hôtel aux chambres spacieuses, bien équipées et confortables. Les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres, les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très serviable. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant et d'un bar où l'on mange très bien (pour un prix très raisonnable). Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié et tout est très bon, rien à redire. L'hôtel dispose également d'une salle de sport et d'une piscine (très petite toutefois). Bien qu'un peu loin du centre-ville de Puerto Iguazu, l'hôtel Grand Crucero Iguazu est idéalement situé pour se rendre au parc des chutes d'Iguazu, l'arrêt de bus se trouve juste en bas de l'hôtel (et il y a ensuite moins d'une demi-heure de trajet). Même si l'hôtel est à proximité de la route, les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et les lieux sont très calmes. Ayant bénéficié d'une offre promotionnelle très intéressante, je ne connais pas les prix habituellement pratiqués par cet établissement mais je le conseille vivement.

Très bien
Personnel très acceuillant et compréhensif surtout le serveur du bar de la piscine Angel. rapport qualité prix tres satisfaisant. Restaurant de l'hôtel tres bien également. Chambres très propres refaite tous les jours. Je recommande sans problème.

Parfait pour les chutes côté Argentine
Bel hôtel, personnel chaleureux, très grande chambre parfaitement équipée, excellent petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, stationnement très facile, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable et à 15 min des chutes.

Gutes Hotel zur Besichtigung der iguazufalls
Wir waren zwei Nächte hier.

Zimmer und Bad waren gut; schon etwas älter. Auch der Poolbereich auf dem Dach ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Trotzdem alles sehr sauber.

Personal sehr freundlich; mit Englisch kommt man gut klar.

Frühstück als Buffet sehr gut und umfangreich. Abendessen als Buffet war gut.

Es empfiehlt sich allerdings mit dem Taxi in die nahe gelegenen Restaurants zu fahren.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Etwas außerhalb von Puerto Iguazu, dafür aber sehr schön ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Parque Nacional Iguazú gelegen. Von aussen ist das Hotel wirklich ein eher langweiliger hässlicher Betonbau. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind aber sehr groß, hell und durchaus sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet.
Zu empfehlen sind die Tachterrasse mit Bar und Pool und das Restaurant Demetrio.

Hotel Moderno e confortevole
simo stati con mia moglie a Gennaio, OTTIMO Hotel, confortevole e pulito.
Il personale e molto cordiale, la Piscina sul terrazzo e ottima anche perché permette una ottima vista sui dintorni. All'occorrenza si puo mangiare cibi semplici e ben serviti

Ottimo albergo. Camera tripla confortevole. Ottima la doccia. In particolare segnalo l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, in particolare della signorina Lucia. Con 60-70 pesos si raggiungono i migliori ristoranti della cittadina per il meritato riposo dopo la visita delle grandiose cascate

Ottimo
Ottimo per riposarsi e visitare il parco delle cascate, sia argentino che brasiliano. Il ristorante è ottimo, si mangia benissimo a prezzi veramente vantaggiosi. La camera è spaziosa e con arredamento moderno. Il bagno meno moderno, ma con grande doccia e molto comodo.

Hotel moderno!
Bellissimo hotel stile moderno con stanze e bagno enormi. Ad ogni piano vi è un distributore d'acqua gratuita.Personale disponibilissimo ad ogni esigenza. Buona anche la cucina, se non si vuole uscire ed andare in centro, con prezzi accettabili. Colazione buona con grande assortimento di dolce e salato. All'ultimo piano c'è la piscina, all'aperto, che purtroppo non è riscaldata e a dicembre l'acqua era un po' freddina. Inoltre, mentre stavamo per immergerci, abbiamo notato uno strano animaletto nel suo interno, un "piccolo" pipistrello che era caduto nell'acqua!!! L'hotel ha anche un'area per bimbi, veramente carina!!! L'unico neo dell'hotel è la posizione, infatti è un po' lontano dal centro, raggiungibile con un taxi! All'esterno dell'hotel, è possibile parcheggiare liberamente. Consigliato!

Più che sufficiente con qualche pecca.
Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per quattro notti. La posizione l'ho trovata comoda, appena fuori Puerto Iguazù, per il centro ci si va in taxi, 50/60 pesos. Vicino ad alcune piacevoli attività di contorno alle cascate, come la Guira oga, la capanna indigena e il centro biologico. L'albergo è carino, una piccola piscina all'ultimo piano con lettini bar e una piccola spa a pagamento. Ottimo il servizio al bar del piano terra, con pasti veloci veramente ottimi, utile al rientro delle escursioni. Decente anche il ristorante, provato una sera. La colazione non un gran che, abbondante ma non soddisfacente, peccato. La camera molto spaziosa ma tenuta male e non troppo pulita, per non parlare che, al secondo piano la finestra si affacciava su un garage per autobus e le bocchette dei condizionatori. Menomale che in camera ci si stava solo per dormire.

Gute Lage - Freundlicher Service
Das Hotel liegt am Ortsausgang von Puerto Iguazu in Richtung der Wasserfälle. Äußerlich ist es nicht besonders ansprechend, aber es bot alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten raus mit Blick auf eine Bauruine. Aber dafür war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist mehr als komplett. Die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schön und entspannend ist die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar. Im Haus gibt es auch ein Büro, das Ausflüge und Transfers anbietet. Aber Achtung: es wird z.B. der Transfer mit dem Taxi zu den Wasserfällen angeboten, aber sehr teuer. Fast direkt vor der Tür hält aber der öffentliche Bus, der alle 20 Minuten zu den Wasserfällen fährt und das sehr günstig.

Großes Zimmer, Lage etwas Abseits mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür
Das Hotel liegt etwas vor der Stadt Puerto Iguazú, es ist ein relativ großer Klotz ohne besonderen Charme, der sich direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet.
Eine Bushaltestelle liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt und ein gutes Restaurant kann man bequem in 15 Minuten (~500m) auch zu Fuß erreichen.

Der Angestellte beim Check-In war zurückhaltend und ziemlich "kühl", beim Check-Out derselbe Eindruck. dort eher sogar unfreundlich.
Nach dem Hinweis das ich auschecken möchte, wurde ich gebeten zu warten, bis ein anderer Mitarbeiter über Funk bestätigt, dass das Zimmer in Ordnung ist.
Während der Wartezeit kam dann ein anderer Hotelgast (sprach Spanisch), welcher ebenfalls auscheckte, dieser wurde dann zuerst ausgecheckt und so betrug meine Wartezeit bis zum auschecken und dem OK des "Zimmerkontolleurs" knapp 10 Minuten.
Da das ganze einen relativ unfreundlichen und mißtrauischen Eindruck hinterließ, verliert hier das Hotel am meisten.

Das Zimmer selber war sehr groß und mit Balkon zur Hauptstraße inkl. Liegestuhl.
Die Fenster waren gut isoliert, so das es keinen großen Straßenlärm gab.
Das Bad war ebenfalls großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.

Die Essensauswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung und man fand alles was man von einem europäisches Frühstück gewohnt ist.

Das Wlan im Zimmer funktionierte einwandfrei und schnell.

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist dank der Bushaltestelle in der Nähe gut gegeben, die Busse zur brasilianischen Seite der Wasserfälle, sowie zur argentinischen Seite fahren dort nach dem typischen argentinischen Zeiten (eben irgendwann).
Ich wartete 30 Minuten bis der Bus zu den argentinischen Wasserfällen kam.

Auf dem Hoteldach befindet sich ein Pool und eine Bar, nett zum entspannen für zwischendurch.

Super Anlage - ideal für die Wasserfälle
Das Hotel hat grosse Zimmer, bequeme Betten, ist klimatisiert und hat einen grossen Pool auf dem Dach. Ausserdem eine Lounge und ein Kinderspielzimmer mit Betreuung! Alles tipptopp und ideal. Super auch die Reiseagentur im Haus und der Abholservice vom Flughafen. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausser das Essen im Restaurant: das ist nicht dem Standard des Hauses angemessen.
