Great All Inclusive Experience
Wasn't really sure what to expect based on previous reviews but our holiday was a really positive experience. Room wasn't the biggest i've stayed in but comfortable beds, adequate storage and great shower. Room and whole resort is kept immaculately clean by the great team of staff they have working at the hotel. nothing seemed too much bother. Towels and bedding could be renewed daily if requested. Our room had a balcony and looked onto the entrance to the Nassau Beach Club so you could definitely hear the music during the day but if finished at a reasonable time and didn't bother us (I expect that's what most folk visit Ibiza for). Service around pool and all bars was excellent and good selection of cocktails included in AI with decent measures of alcohol. Premium spirits also included in AI; Bacardi Rum, Stoli Vodka, Bombay Dry Gin, etc. Tried all three Al a Carte restaurants and they were good, with excellent service. We preferred the buffet restaurants due to the vast choice and excellent quality of food. Was the food 5 star? Probably not but by far the best AI food we have had anywhere so not a criticism. The only point I would make is that everything had to be accessed via the app on your phone (menus, etc) and I noticed a few older folk struggling with this. My husband had to uninstall the app from his phone as it kept running the battery down and when we asked for menus we were told they weren't available so have to assume that is the case for everyone. Would we go back. YES!!!

Ottimo servizio
PIù adatto a famiglie, meno a viaggi con amici ma servizio ottimo. Cibo ottimo, posizione strategica, accesso alla spiaggia, servizio bar h24 e staff molto cordiale e attento.

Immer wieder einfach toll! Freundlicher Empfang und schönes Zimmer.
Bereits zum 5. Mal war ich im Rahmen der dance & fitness week im White Island und auch diesmal wurde ich nicht enttäuscht.
Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang und auch auf meinen Zimmerwunsch wurde eingegangen. Vielen Dank dafür!
Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer (9021) mit kleiner Gartenterasse nahe am grossen Pool.
Das Buffet war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage am schönen Strand mit stylischen Beachclubs top. Ibiza….. just a dream🌸

Overpriced
The hotel is starting to look tired. Pool areas are cramped. Food and staff above average but not a 5 star resort IMHO

Fantástico Hotel
Fantástico Hotel, nosotros somos unos amantes de la isla y cada vez que vamos no dudamos en alojarnos en él .
Tiene todas las prestaciones de un hotel de 5 estrellas , buena localización, servicio y amabilidad de todo el equipo, las habitaciones excelentes, así como la gran variedad de restaurantes y comidas en su gran buffet.
En esta ocasión debemos agradecer enormemente la amabilidad y atención profesional de la Srta. Neus de recepción. Muchas gracias!!!
