    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

Great family stay
Hotel was great location by the beach and close to supermarket if needed any extra bits. Couldn't get over the kids club as my daughter loved her time there and staff where incredible. Great services. Wish was more shuttle busses but having the options was fantastic

Beautiful hotel in great location
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was well maintained, clean, comfortable and quiet. We thought the hotel was beautiful and is in a superb position overlooking a gorgeous beach.
We liked the gardens and pools near the apartments they were quieter than the main pool area. We also loved the beach and luckily had our folding chairs so we didn’t have to pay €25 for 2 loungers and an umbrella!
We only ate one meal as we prefer to get out and explore.
The spa looks great but we only used the shower there on our last day.
We used the shuttle bus to visit the centre of Albufeira. It’s a bit different to my last visit 40 years ago!! Brits abroad hey!! What a sight!
Anyway all to their own.

In die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt ausreichend, Management fragwürdig
Lage des mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels wirklich schön. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts noch letzte Saisonvorbereitungen, wie äußerer Hotelanstrich und Pflanzen auf dem Gelände aufstellen durchgeführt. Zudem fiel zum großen Teil der Kinderclub mit etlichen Aktivitäten aus, was einer der Hauptgründe für die Hotelauswahl war. Restaurant am Strand war qualitativ gut, bei den Preisen jedoch sehr sehr gehoben. Die Lage bzw. Aussicht zahlt man hier mit. Leider ist das Personal im Gastrobereich grundsätzlich überfordert. Es gibt keine erkennbaren Prozesse, Verantwortlichkeiten und Zuständigkeiten. Jeder macht alles, was durchaus dazu führen kann, dass man in 30 Minuten noch immer ohne Espresso nach dem Essen sitzt, obwohl 3 verschiedene Servicekräfte die Bestellung entgegennahmen. Diese fehlende Organisation zieht sich durch das ganze Hotel. Es liegt ausdrücklich nicht am Personal selbst, dass nach besten Wissen und Gewissen versucht das Beste daraus zu machen. Wir haben in den 8 Tagen kein einziges Mal einen Hotelmanager oder dergleichen gesehen. Üblicherweise (wir fahren in der Regel 3-4 im Jahr in den Urlaub) sieht man diese jeden Tag, die sich bei Hotelgästen nach der Zufriedenheit und Anregungen erkundigen. Ich kann den Investoren nur empfehlen dringend das Management auszutauschen. Die meisten Möngel sind m. E. sehr schnell und kostengünstig zu beheben. Insgesamt soll jedoch trotz der Kritik erwähnt werden, dass das Hotel insgesamt ok ist. Keine 5-Sterne! Nie im Leben! Bei einem attraktiven Angebot kann man das Hotel schon buchen. Wir allerdings nicht mehr.
Als weiterer Tipp: Nutzen Sie auch die Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse. Das Portobello ist trotz Wartezeit ein wirklich guter und preislich günstiger Italiener. Das RM überzeugt durch extrem freundliches Personal und leckeren Speisen.

Excellent resort - highly recommend!
Excellent resort. Staff are friendly and excellent. Most speak English well, but those that don’t seek help right away with a colleague to ensure your query is dealt with.

Location is really fantastic and very close to Albufeira town centre with shops and convenience stores etc. this costal part of the world is really beautiful and the resort compliments it well. The beach is fantastic too. Lovely and sandy and wasn’t overly busy whilst we went eg had no issue getting a nice spot without being on top of others etc.

We did the half board option and the food is excellent, really good. Breakfast has everything you want and the pastries are phenomenal! Dinner had meat fish and veggie options aplenty and is great quality too. We really enjoyed it all and didn’t get bored all week.

Facilities are really good too and no need to rush for sunbed etc. we never ever had a problem with this.

We had an apartment that was cleaned daily and was exactly what we wanted and needed with two kids under 4. Rooms had air conditioning so we could actually sleep well at night too.

Overall this was an excellent holiday and I would highly recommend it!

Mouldy rudeness
I summarise at the beginning as few of you will have the time and energy to read the sad pathetic tale of a 5 star hotel that wasn’t worth 3 stars,
Cons:
Deep Mould contamination
False advertising
Poor repair, sub-standard furnishings, and poor amenities.
A culture of profit seeking and cost saving at the expense of the customer. I call it the Ryanair/Spirit airways 5 star experience.
Rude, arrogant, dishonest and bullying management (70% staff were nice).
Pros:
On a beach
This establishment is really 2 separate entities as far as I can tell, the main building has realistic aspirations of being five stars (on a good day). The self catering apartment are clearly not of the same standard and might seem 5 star to a crackhead (on a good day). The root of the problem is that the whole of the resort is sold to the public as being 5 stars. The whole resort looks great but that is it. There are good elements but what does it matter when you are just lied to and treated horribly.

We booked the self catering unit. We walked in and immediately there was a smell of mould. We were exhausted, tried to air the place and just went to sleep. We thought it would improve, we were wrong. It could be a solid 3 star or even a OK-ish 4 star, but lack of maintenance and clear efforts to save money rather than give quality service/ facilities means it is an unpleasant 1 star experience.
We aired the flat over the next few days, it was unpleasant but didn’t bother me too much, if it was just me I would have just stayed out of the room all of the time, my partner was not happy at all. We tried using air conditioning but this made it worse, which seems to indicate that there was mould in the ventilation ducts of the AC. We couldn’t understand where the smell coming from when the AC was off until we opened the kitchen cabinet under the kitchen sink, this was where the smell was really powerful. The wood on the underside of the kitchen cabinet was discoloured, so clearly the had been significant water damage /damp damage in the kitchen cabinets at some point and there was mould contamination so deep that only replacing the kitchen cabinets would solve the main source of the problem. No idea how they will solve the AC system mould or if it is the walls. Our stay was just before high season was about to start, so they are going to be booking people into those apartments every day for the next 5 months, you can bet no works will be taking place to fix it. Stuff like that has to be fixed in the off season, it costs too much and is too disruptive during high season.

The bathroom drain was draining slowly, clearly in need of some unblocking, the grouting was sad an in need of repair, there were gaps, which meant it was no surprise seeing a wood lice one evening, damp and shelter are provided, perfect 5 star accommodation for someone, just not me.
After 3 people taking 3 showers, the hot water ran out and took some time to return, admittedly one of the showers was very long but it would be nice to know that there is a limit to the hot water.

Strangely the soap dispensers were over 1 meter away from the bathroom sink on the far side of the counter. There was little soap and what was left was leaking out, we ran out. The soap in the bath was the same, also leaking. There was hair in the bath and congealed soap on the wall.
The linen, towels and everything else seems to be the old and tired items no longer good enough to be used in the main building. The bed sheets were too small for the bed, the bed was 2 singles placed together. When you have the system of 2 sheets sandwiching an uncovered duvet on the bed as is common in hotels, the sheets are supposed to be tightly tucked in underneath the mattress and the whole group of linen and duvet should stay in place on the bed, if the sheets are too small like ours, it won’t stay in place and you will sleep on an uncovered and tired looking duvet. I don’t recall ever seeing exposed mattresses in a hotel either. The towels have permanent stains and/or holes.
The wifi kept dropping off, it was not usable in the apartment, it was more reliable in the main reception area, if I didn’t have data roaming I would have had a very tough time, my son has autism and having reliable internet is essential to keep him occupied. I can’t stress how important reliable internet was for us. We struggled badly on previous holidays with data limits and unreliable wifi, this time was also stressful as it took me time and effort to get access to my data when I realised the hotels’ service was not working.
There were signs of disrepair everywhere.
So after our son developed red skin on day 3 we asked if could move to another room due to the mould problem. They gave us 2 options, either main building for an additional cost of 100 Euros or another apartment same as we had at no cost. My partner went to see the options, they had sent a cleaner prior to the viewing to spray detergent or air freshener in the apartment beforehand but my partner still smelled mould in the wardrobe. I did not like this attempt at deception, what is the point of spraying something if we certainly will smell it after moving rooms? My partner checked the main building room, it was good. We asked why it was 100 more and they said it is a sea view and breakfast is included. Excluding breakfast apparently is not possible… We would have taken 70 euro room without the seaview but for some reason due to the age of our son this was not available. So we paid a hundred euros for a couple of croissants, ham, cheese, bread, etc plus the worst instant coffee I have had in a very long time over the course of 2 mornings. I estimate the value of the food we ate in total to be no more than 20 euros.
There were a few questions my partner asked where the reasons ended being contradicted by the different staff members, so we were just getting BS answers.
The AC system was only cooling even though it was designed to heat also and we increased the temperature setting, the evenings were chilly.
AT NO POINT WAS THERE AN APOLOGY OR EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE MOULD.
We lost time through these problems, it is not easy to simply pack and move when you have an autistic child. We tried to fit as much in during our remaining time and arrived back late on our last night, as we prepared to get ready for leaving the next day, we realised we might need more time to check out, we called reception to ask about late check out. The response was “You woke me up for this?! Speak to reception tomorrow” Note this is a hotel with 24h room service and 24h reception…
We called reception in the morning they gave us an additional 30 minutes after the 12:00 checkout time. Check in is from 16:00…. When we asked if we could have more time they said no, we asked if the manager could be asked and if they could call back ,they agreed to ask the manager and call back. What happened next was the manager came directly to the room, my partner opened the door thinking I had returned from outside with our son. The do not disturb sign was in place and it was still before the checkout time. My partner was not fully dressed and was totally unprepared for the highly unpleasant tirade that followed. This is some of what was said, “You have to leave!” “You have to get out!” All loudly from the corridor in full view of anyone who might be passing, my partner asked the manager if she could step into the room as she was only wearing a bathrobe, “No I am OK, actually” with a smirk, clearly enjoying harassing and humiliating someone. There was a lot more unpleasantness gifted to my partner but no further changes, 30 minutes extra check out time still in place.

The main argument that we were given for the inflexibility of checkout was that the hotel was fully booked and they needed access to the room in time in order to be able to clean it for the next occupants. This is a fair argument, and I checked that, yes, indeed they had no rooms available for booking, the problem is that they were still cleaning other empty rooms at 15:00 after we had left our room at 12:30, rooms were cleaned on the same floor not far away from ours. They had finished cleaning our room within half an hour. It would have been very easy to simply clean other rooms first and do ours anywhere from 13:00 to 15:00, but no, a nasty megalomaniac had to take it upon herself to go on a power trip to bully stressed and severely let down customers.

So, I was quite ambivalent towards my stay at this hotel up until the last day, I don’t need to have a five star experience, I am happy to work around most issues that come my way and generally have low expectations. However the confrontation on the last day made me furious, I felt let down throughout my stay, and the cherry on the cake was to be treated like a person being evicted by bailiffs, supported with an untrue BS justification. I could have accepted being told we could not extend the checkout further if they had been polite and apologetic about it rather than aggressive, rude and dishonest.

It is clear this place knows that they can get away with the way things are, there is a steady conveyor of victims due to its location on a beach and 5 star veneer, many people might actually leave pleased thinking they stayed in a great place, but if you are unlucky with something going wrong, the mask off moment and subsequent stay will be truly unpleasant. Ultimately the culture is to maximise profits, your experience need not be 5 stars. I am not saying this just because of one manager, I can see it through how customers are generally charged and treated for additional services that should really be inclusive.

Super Hôtel
Le cadre est magnifique
Super piscine intérieure d’eau de mer et une piscine chauffée en extérieure permettent de se baigner même en Mai.
La chambre est immense avec une vue top.
Tout n’est pas nickel niveau déco (email de la baignoire écaillée, pas de mitigeur dans la baigneur mais un robinet à l’ancienne)
Mais tout est très propre et fonctionnel donc ça ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable
Pas de buffet le soir en semaine hors saison
La nourriture est bonne mais il faut être patient
Seuls bémols : ça manque un peu d’animation le soir
Globalement c’est un bel hôtel et on a passé un super séjour

5 étoiles : tout est relatif. Le Titanic aussi en avait 5 non ?
Par où commencer, je dirais le positif : le personnel est extrêmement sympathique en terme de Service. Mais vraiment c’est un point fort
La vue sur l’océan est extra.
Voilà pour le positif.
En revanche, ce qui ne va pas :
Connaissez-vous les principes de la shrinkflation et de la cheapflation ? Nous pourrions le mettre en application tous les jours dans cet hôtel tant sur le plan de la restauration que sur des boissons.
Les prix ont grimpé de 10 % au minimum, jusqu’à 20 % dans la nuit de mardi à mercredi.

Les portions du restaurant, Atlantico, ont été divisé par deux et la qualité par quatre.
C’est audacieux comme concept. Ne trouvez-vous pas ? Les chambres sont vétustes, le ménage fait de manière assez peu régulière et très superficiel.
Les piscines sont minuscules.
Les terrasses, maculées de fientes d’oiseaux.
La salle de sport est vraiment vétuste.
Le buffet est pauvrement achalandé.
Renseignez vous sur la présence éventuelle de groupe de séminaires dans l’hôtel.
Là, c’est la catastrophe.
Enfin un naufrage .

Excelente para vacacionar
Es un excelente hotel la habitacion fue excelente muy limpio tanto la habitacion como el ba#o, y los lugares comunes. El desayuno fue muy bueno tambien.

Très correct bien placé pour visiter l'Algarve
Très bon emplacement l'accueil est sympa la chambre correspond a celle réservée une très belle vue mer le petit déjeuner est plus que correct parking immense gratuit juste un petit bémol sur les heures d'ouverture de la piscine intérieure 2 h le matin et 2 h l'après midi

Séjour Enchanté pour ma Femme et nos 2 Enfants !
Ma femme, nos deux enfants et moi avons récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel exceptionnel, et nous en sommes ravis ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, les services variés ont comblé toutes nos attentes, notamment le club enfants et les nombreuses piscines.

La piscine intérieure et le spa ont offert des moments de détente inoubliables. Les restaurants proposent une cuisine délicieuse, adaptée à tous les goûts.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été un mélange parfait de confort et de plaisir pour toute la famille. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour une escapade mémorable. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience formidable !

Entspannung an der Algarve
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang zu einer Sandbucht am Atlantik. Man kann entlang des Strandes bis Albufeira wandern über Felsabschnitte und weitere Sandbuchten. Sehr malerische Wanderung! Ein herrlicher Ort zum entspannen!

Los restaurantes regulares y la atención. De la recepcionista en el restaurante Atlántico sin experiencia como recepcionista...
Faltaba cortar el cesped
A las 19 en punto una persona con un balde de limpieza ya estaba en la puerta para que hagamos el check out.

Mucho para corregir.

Desilusionante
La información proporcionada en ls reserva no nos permitió disfrutar de la escapada romántica. No supieron darnos alternativas válidas.
Además no descansamos por el exceso de ruido en los pasillos de las habitaciones.

Para disfrutar en familia
Cómodo, buen servicio e instalaciones. Fácil acceso a la playa. Buen espacio de piscinas. Hubiese sido conveniente contar con reposeras y sombrillas en la playa, pero tal vez en temporada alta de verano tengan ese servicio. Excelente atención y predisposición de todo el personal, en especial del área para niños.

eine wunderschöne lage und grundsätzlich alles perfekt. das spa war leider nicht inkludiert, das hat uns überrascht. für vegetarier war das dinner-menü nicht sehr vielfältig, frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut!

Splendido soggiorno
3 notti, soggiorno perfetto in tutto. Ampi spazi, personale gentile e competente. Camera ampia con letto king size e con un bell'affaccio. Tutti i servizi dell'Hotel sono splendidamente gestiti, dalla pulizia alla spa. In camera non mancava assolutamente nulla, una delle migliori in cui abbia soggiornato! Persino la macchina del caffè, molto apprezzata con cialde di diverso tipo, prontamente rifornite ogni giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura eccellente ad Albufeira
Resort direttamente sul mare ad Albufeira. Qui trovate veramente tutto : location, facilities, cibo, pulizia, cortesia. Piuttosto costoso ma vale la spesa. Personale veramente gentile e premuroso. Camera prenotata direttamente sul loro sito grazie all'offerta del giorno. Consigliatissimo

Kulinarisch Basic und bunter Mix an Gästen
Im riesigen Esssaal ist es sehr laut, billigstes Mobiliar, allgemein Kantinenatmosphäre, aber sicher nicht 5***** entsprechend. Zuviele unterschiedliche Zielgruppen in einem Saal (Einzelreisende, Gruppen, Familien mit kleinen Kindern, ältere Personen, Armeeangehörige, etc.) Es gibt dafür keine „one fits all Lösung“!

5 stelle sono troppe per questa gestione
Albergo attento alle misure covid, personale cordiale e abbastanza disponibile.
Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito esterno o interno.
Piacevole la zona piscine che come in ogni struttura, per la verità, è presa di mira da bambini rumorosi e madri tolleranti.
L'animazione era anche piacevole con ragazzi pieni di idee e coreografie piacevoli.
La stanza era discreta ma nulla di più tra l'altro con un condizionatore d'aria a volte rumoroso, specie di notte quando vorresti dormire.
La colazione a partire dalle ore 8 sino alle 11 è interessante per chi ama dormire tanto, per fortuna in altre strutture aprono alle 7 in modo che chi volesse andare in spiaggia presto non debba attendere le 8 del mattino (precise).
La colazione era discreta, anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più come offerta.
La cosa che poi non si può tollerare è un frigorifero in camera che non funzionava per nulla e la spiegazione dell'hotel è stata che vi era un problema diffuso in tutte le camere, e questa sarebbe la spiegazione ufficiale ?!
Ho dovuto bere bevande calde per tutta la vacanza perchè l'hotel non aveva alcuna intenzione di rimediare al problema???
Mi è stato detto che un poco funzionava ma non sopporto essere preso in giro, soprattutto quando paghi per una struttura superiore dove queste cose non sono accettabili.
E questo sarebbe un hotel a 5 stelle?
Credo che se un esperto di accreditamento venisse a fare un controllo non sarebbe male.

Ottima posizione
Hotel con spiaggia è una ottima posizione , pecca un po' sulla pulizia , ero in suite con vista mare , la pulizia a fondo non era fatta bene , come dovrebbe essere in un 5 stelle .
Bagno lasciato sporco pulito troppo velocemente , vasca idromassaggio assolutamente da non usare , tubazioni interne sporchissime , come entra in funzione la pompa dell'idromassaggio dalle bocchette esce di tutto , pericoloso per la salute .
Fatte alcune foto e fatte vedere al direttore , pulivano il bidet , ma la vasca no .
Cena a buffet con molti avanzi della giornata è prezzo troppo alto .
Colazione abbondante completa di buona frutta
Al conto non hanno applicato lo sconto che avrei dovuto avere perché ho pagato in anticipo con booking
Circa mi sembra 60 euro

Nice stay
L'hotel ha confermato le nostre aspettative.
Ottima posizione sulla spiaggia, ottima e varia la colazione, frutta eccezionale. Personale gentile. Bene la camera vista mare,silenziosa e soleggiata. Torneremo.
