  • What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?

Hôtel idéal à Paris
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, face au métro, permet de decouvrir tous les sites majeurs de Paris. Personnel tres attentionné, acdre raffiné et intimiste. Gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse intérieure, petit havre de paix loin du tumulte de la vie parisienne ;-)

A Perfect Parisian Stay, with view of the Eiffel Tower
10/10 would recommend. This was our 10-year-anniversary trip, and our first trip to Paris. My one requirement was to find a hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Hotel Le Walt did not disappoint. The view from our room is perfect.

Le Walt is a gorgeous, intimate Parisian hotel right next to a wonderful walkable street full of shops and cafes (Rue Cler). There is no balcony, but I would often open the windows and just stand there watching the cars and people go by. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The bathrooms were beautiful and nicely renovated.

The rooms (at least with the Eiffel view) were admittedly on the small side, but that didn’t affect our stay. If anything, it just felt consistent with the rest of bustling, compact Paris.

I can’t wait to come back to Paris and stay at Hotel Le Walt again.

Pleasant stay and thanks Anne-Marie.
Our week stay at the Le Walt hotel was very pleasant. Quiet room facing the courtyard and no noise in the hotel at night. I especially want to thank our wonderful
Anne-Marie who served us breakfast every morning. She was the Best, and had our Cappuccino's ready each morning when we were seated for breakfast. Anne-Marie

Fabulous stay!

The Queen Lady
Our stay at Le Walt was very enjoyable. The location was perfect and the rooms were cozy, but the best part of our stay was seeing Anne-Marie (the Queen Lady) in the breakfast room every morning. She always greeted us with a warm smile and took very good care of us, including making us great Cappuccinos. Thank you Anne-Marie for making our stay so enjoyable.

A true gem!
What a gem! The Walt is a delightful respite from the hustle of sightseeing in Paris.
The location is ideal with its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, a metro stop and wonderful restaurants nearby.
Our room was sparking clean and well appointed. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.

The hotel staff is just wonderful. The are friendly, accommodating and always pleasant. A real jewel is
“ Lady Queen” who serves breakfast as though you are a personal guest in her home. We had a very early flight on our last morning and she arranged for us to have breakfast before the officially opening. She did all this with warmth and kindness.
We highly recommend a stay at The Walt. It will enhance your stay in beautiful Paris.

Hôtel parfait pour un week-end à Paris

Le Walt, une superbe expérience

Charmant und gut gelegen
Wir waren 4 Tage da. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Doppelzimmer Classic war klein aber fein. Sehr sauber und charmant. Wir hatten im dritten Stock sogar Sicht auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Der Eingang zur Metro ist auch nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Super Linie von wo man mit einmal umsteigen überall hin kommt. Eiffelturm in Gehentfernung genau so wie gutes Frühstück Restaurant und andere Restaurants für Dinner. Sichere und saubere Gegend. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Sehr beeindruckendes Hotel! Unser Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Die Hotellobby präsentiert sich ebenfalls äußerst ansprechend. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Direkt am Eingang des Hotels befinden sich eine U-Bahn-Station und ein Supermarkt. Der Eiffelturm ist auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem äußerst empfehlenswert. Ich würde es jederzeit erneut buchen.

tutto molto bene
3 notti in una città che non è tra le mie preferite rese piacevoli dall'accoglienza di questo piccolo hotel.
piccolo solo nelle dimensioni ma con servizi e cordialità di classe decisamente superiore.
senza dilungarsi:
una reception sempre pronta e disponibile in grado di evadere ogni richiesta in tempi brevissimi
camere pulite, "calde" nei toni e molto molto silenziose, grandine (scegliete una executive, non vedete la torre eiffel ma tanto e li fuori a pochi minuti)
trasporti a 5 metri fuori la porta (metro 8)
colazione MAGISTRALMENTE orchestrata da Madame Anne Marie (nickname Lady Queen) che con il suo sorriso e la sua professionalità vi farà iniziare la giornata da leoni (peccato non averla nel mio ufficio), ascoltate i suoi consigli.

Kleines aber feines Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 min vom Eiffelturm.

Es sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus umfasst nur wenige Zimmer, die aber sehr gepflegt und sauber sind. Sehr nettes Personal und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Alle extra Wünsche wurden sofort und in super Qualität erfüllt. Man kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Desde la recepción, la atención es personalizada nos han hecho sentir como en casa, En recepción Robin tuvo un trato excelente con nosotros, habla idioma español lo que facilito mucho nuestra estancia, siempre atento a nuestros requerimientos y sugerencias de lugares, nos ayudo mucho a realizar reservaciones y a pedir nuestros taxis a tiempo, nuestra habitación la decoraron con motivo de nuestro aniversario lo cual nos encanto, habitaciones limpias, baños impecables, te dejan bebidas gratis en el mini fridge, la habitación segura y muy bonita la decoración, Ann marie prepara los desayunos muy ricos y te hace sentir como en casa. ¡Nos ha encantado el café del lugar! El lugar tiene una ubicación excelente ya que se encuentra a pocos metros de la Torrre Effiel y existe una entrada al Metro en la esquina de hotel, sin duda regresaremos a él quedamos encantados con el servicio, la atención y la calidez del lugar.

Hotel perfecto
Excelente hotel muy bien situado, a pocos metros de la Tour Eiffel. Disfrutamos de la estancia en una habitación con preciosas vistas, decorada con gusto y muy silenciosa. El baño muy bonito y limpio.
Valoramos el gusto por los detalles , el buen café y la atención personalizada por parte del staff. Gracias por su amabilidad, volveremos sin dudarlo.

Un piccolo gioiello
L'hotel è una piacevole sorpresa. Situato in una posizione strategica, in pieno centro della vita parigina. Il personale è fatto di tutte persone splendide e cordiali. Un soggiorno qui è una vera e proprio coccola. Ti fanno sentire speciale. La struttura è piccola e graziosa, ristrutturata da poco. Le camere sono deliziose e arredate con gusto. Alcune di queste hanno una splendida vista sulla Torre Eiffel. Da provare! Ci tornerei subito. Bravissimi, continuate così.

Trip nach Paris
Sehr schönes Hotel, von wo man zu Fuss sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Metro direkt am Hotel. Gute Lokale auch in der Nähe des Hotels mit typisch französischer Küche . Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Dame im Empfang. Leider hört man an und an die Metro Nachts im Zimmer.

Hotel e servizio top
Posizione centrale davvero ottima. Disponibile check in e check out online per evitare code e perdite di tempo, camere curate spaziose e pulite, trovato messaggio di benvenuto con scatola con dei macarons, la colazione a buffet era varia e Anne Marie ci ha fatto delle uova a la coque perfette. Tutto perfetto, personale cordiale, esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Cosa volere di più?
Abbiamo appena terminato la nostra vacanza, e la prima cosa che desideriamo fare è ringraziare tutto lo staff per averci assistito in questa meravigliosa settimana alla scoperta di Parigi.

Un grande abbraccio a Marie-Anne, disponibilissima, sempre sorridente e con la capacità di trasmettere un senso di tranquillità unico.

E un enorme GRAZIE a tutti i ragazzi della reception, pronti a dare ogni sorta di consiglio, sempre con fare amichevole.

Le camere sono stupende, pulite e silenziose.
La colazione a buffet, abbondante e piena di cibo fresco e squisito, aiuta ad iniziare benissimo la giornata!

In sinstesi: tutto perfetto, ci vediamo il prossimo anno!

Anche meglio...
Sono stato anche meglio della volta precedente (18 mesi fa)
la stanza, la 401, bella, di stile, con vista sulla Tour Eiffel; l'isolamento acustico, nonostante fosse sulla strada, perfetto;
la gentilezza del personale è assolutamente outstanding: eravamo 4 persone, per affari vari, e non so quanti taxi ci hanno prenotato, sempre con cortesia e capacità.

Excelente atención
Anne- Marie te hace sentir como en casa es súper atenta , amable y cordial te da consejos sobre la cuidad y atiende en el restaurante en las mañanas gracias por tan excelente servicio de ella , nos quedamos con un muy buen sabor de boca gracias

Magnífico Hotel. Ubicación inmejorable. Trato exquisito.
Estuvimos en el Hotel 6 días y nos sorprendió el elegante decorado, tanto de las zonas comunes como de las habitaciones. El trato que recibimos de todos los empleados fue exquisito. Todos los días nos relleneban bebidas gratuitas en el mini bar y nos facilitaban productos del cuarto de baño, Éste disponía de toallero eléctrico, ducha doble y secador. Pusieron a nuestra disposición un teléfono móvil con datos, sin coste alguno, para usarlo fuera o dentro del hotel con llamadas ilimitadas.
La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Hay una parada de metro a escasos metros, tiendas, cafeterías, un supermercado, parada de bus y está situado en una zona preciosa en un amplio boulevard. El uso de la Caja fuerte dentro de la habitación también es gratuita.
Recibimos un excelente trato de todo el personal del hotel. Cabe destacar la esmerada limpieza del comedor y la atención personal con Madamme Anne Marie, encargada del mismo.

Excelente ubicación y trato
No pude pedir mejor ubicación, hay una estación de metro a solo unos pasos, paradas de autobus diversas, un supermercado enfrente y restaurantes a los alrededores. La torre Eiffel está a unas cuadras por lo que en verano que obscurece tarde y la quieres ver de noche no es un problema para regresar al hotel. El personal muy amable y el desayuno es suficiente.
