Want to get any sleep?! Don’t bother coming here or even anywhere in Lloret De Mar. One of the worst places to stay in! When we arrived no one mentioned to us that there was a huge festival going on, so during the day kids would be throwing loud fire crackers in the street constantly and the police don’t care. I ended up having a panic attack because I thought it was gun shots as it echoed and boomed!! We would hear this day and night along with the fireworks/bangs, slamming doors, drunk people until early hours. The food was bland, cold, repetitive and only give you between 7-8pm for everyone to eat. The plug was broken in our sink, also no fridge!! Very outdated rooms, however the cleaners did go in everyday and refresh towels. I can also say the bar staff were good. Small terrace area and pool right next to the road. We ended up going home 4 days early as we had enough. When we checked out, the receptionist didn’t even ask who we were, just said if everything was ok, I handed my card and went. Tacky awful holiday.

Hotel familiar con encanto
Un hotel familiar, con encanto, lo mejor el trato de todos sus trabajadores, Giovanni Marra con sus postres exquisitos cada día se supera con sus delicias, Óscar, Julia, Marta, y Moha con sus cócteles y cafés buenísimos.
La comida es buena, casera y muy rica,
es buffet libre.
Te hacen sentir como en casa.
En recepción súper amables! El metre, muy agradable, no nos gustaria dejar a nadie sin nombrar...el director una bella persona, preocupado para que no nos falte de nada.
Y... Los chicos de mantenimiento, el agua de lujo, calentita calentita, tanto en el jacuzzi exterior como en el interior.
Sin duda la mejor elección en Lloret,

Would not recommend to groups of younger girls, uncomfortable experience
Where to start, away for cheap and cheerful university team girls trip. We told by a young boy that a large hotel singer was taking upskirting photos of us from the balcony, he first complained to reception they did nothing about it, he spoke to us and told us and then we too complained to reception they shook their head saying no not him he’s our singer, as young girls this made us extremely uncomfortable, before this I would not have bothered leaving a review but after such an awful experience, the food is terrible worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel , completely outdated and rundown and there are 29 sun loungers in total baring in mind our group alone is 27 along with this it’s very loud can hear full conversations from next door

I don't recommend it to anyone. The hotel is located on a very busy street and when you lie by the pool you breathe exhaust fumes from the noise of passing cars. Food terrible and tasteless. The hotel should be completely renovated, including the swimming pool and damaged sun loungers. The only advantage of this hotel is the hotel service, especially the bar manager, Mr. Óscar Pizarro. I would definitely not go to this hotel again.

Déçu Hôtel n'ai pas à la hauteur de ses images projetés.
Très déçu, Hôtel sans parking . Ignoble vu le niveau du classement de l'hôtel 3 étoiles . Vraiment très désagréable pour stationnement . Impossible de stationner à coté de celui ci !!!
Pris pension complète 4jr pour l'ascension en mai 2024 , toujours les mêmes repas servis du matin au soir pendant 4 jrs , non seulement les plats sont froid et pas fameux . Laisse vraiment à désirer.
A revoir sérieusement la bouffe !!!

Please please do not go alone. I had a couple of drinks and can remember saying goodbye to a young woman and her son as they went to bed, the next thing I was sitting on my bed in my room with a lot of people in my room saying I had stolen someones phone, I told them I didnt know how it happened as I didnt know how to use the new phones, they said give us 200 euros or we are phoning the police, I told them to phone the police as I didnt have any money, they kept coming back in my room WITH a key card by the was and saying this was my last chance to pay up. I packed my case and went to reception and asked to move rooms, the receptionist said they would still find me and he had looked at the cctv and I did pick the phone up. I said it must have been in error as I am not a thief and I don't know how I got to the room, I must have been spiked, he said well for your own safety we will send you to our sister hotel. Casino Royal. Horrible hotel. Please be vigilant

Prenotato tramite Loveholidays che lo spacciava per un albergo "ideale per famiglie" ma si è rivelato una pensione per anziani...e nemmeno ideale per loro! Albergo vecchissimo e molto sporco negli arredi sia in camera sia nei luoghi in comune; la camera ti viene fatta entro le 15 ma dura 10 minuti, il tempo di rimpiazzare gli asciugamani e stendere le lenzuola ai letti, non si puliscono i sanitari nè alcuna superficie presente in camera e a terra SENZA SPAZZARE si passa uno straccio bagnato che puzza di vomito. Un televisore anni 80 in camera che non vedevo più in commercio da minimo 25 anni (che non funzionava nemmeno). Su 6 piani d'albergo una piscina davvero minuscola con una 20ina di lettini disponibili e 5 o 6 ombrelloni. E poi il sistema di aria condizionata veramente da denuncia: freddissimo in tutte le aree comuni, una sauna nei corridoio e poi dinuovo freddissimo in camera. Sorprendentemente il cibo non era male. Passate oltre e prenotate altrove!v

Non venite qui
Sono stato la penultima settimana di agosto, terribile in tutte i modi possibile. Su 7 giorni , 4 saltava la corrente dato che è un edificio vecchio mai ristrutturato, ogni qualvolta dovevo scendere in reception per far alzare il contatore, ho trovato inoltre i capelli nelle lenzuola, vasche da bagno arruginite , e cibo da vomitare

A tous les grincheux qui semblent penser que passer de bonnes vacances se résume à une taille de TV ou à l aspect d un rideau douche je dis que ce n' est effectivement pas le grand luxe mais tout est super correct et le personnel très sympa. Oscar qui est peut être le monsieur un peu âgé du restaurant est un peu raide un peu british et ressemble à Mr carson de Downtown Abbey. Moi ce que je retiens c est la beauté des paysages le cimetière moderniste et toutes les petites criques. Sinon Lloret est un vrai Disneyland mais bon on finit par s y attacher. Moi je recommande

Par quoi commencer ?!
Pas de parking dans l’hôtel , a la limite, l’hôtesse nous informe qu’il y en a un plus loin mais nous dis de pas prendre la peine d’y aller (environ 600metre) super !
Nous passerons sur l’amabilité inexistante de ces 2 hôtesses qui nous on brièvement accueillis !
Passons à la chambre, que dire , nous n’avions réservé qu’une nuit , heureusement !!!!
Nous sommes pas habitués au hôtels de luxe mais là quand même !
Une télé des années 80 comme tout ce qu’il y a dans la chambre (draps,rideaux etc) , une climatisation au sol qui fesait un bruits d’avion types A380, une odeuuuur d’égout dans toute la chambre horrible !! Même quand la chambre est fermée vous avez le droit d’entendre tout les autres locataires ainsi que la circulation et les jeunes fetard à toute heure ! 0 insonorisation !

N’y allez pas ni pour la tranquillité ni pour vous reposer, peut être pour la fête sinon n’y allez tout court !
Irraisonnable pour le rapport qualité prix !! Il vaut mieux mettre 20 euros de plus !!

Experiencia nefasta. Hotel cutre antiguo, y lleno de guiris escandalosos. Piscina pequeña, escasas tumbonas con toallas siempre reservadas.Lo único bueno fué la fideua del buffet un dia.
No lo recomendaría, ni a mi peor enemigo.

Tranquilo y bien ubicado sin estar en el centro
Calidad precio excelente. Nos surgió una oferta a media pensión y muy bien. Por decir algo las cenas terminan demasiado pronto, pero la comida muy rica, y la habitación correcta. Destacar la amabilidad del personal del buffet, de agradecer la atenciòn de Giovanni y Fabian. Son muy detallistas.

Nous avons réservé notre séjour via un site internet .
Déjà pas de place de parking. L'accueil a été moyen.
On nous donne une chambre qui pue les égouts, les lits cassés,une télévision des années 40.
Nous avons refusé de dormir dans une telle chambre. Puis on nous demande de payer un supplément pour avoir une chambre a peut près correcte. On a été obligé d'accepter vu qu'on n'avait pas d'autres solutions.
Tout est vieillot,des rideaux en tissu dans la salle de bain,la literie mauvaise. On a mal encore au dos et au cervicales.
On ne reviendra pas.
Avec la formule tout compris,on nous servait des boissons a bas prix et très mauvaises,des coktail s très mauvais avec des arômes en poudre. Ne prenez jamais cette formule.
Le repas était a peu près correcte.

Urlaub
Leider spricht mann nicht auf deutsch...hotel renovierungsbedurftig. Zimmer klein...internet 3tage 10euro...die seiten offnen sich nicht..ausser messenger.faacebook....option al inklusive soft wasser und wein...keine alkohole.safte.bier aus snack bar....drink cola whisky in bar 7euro...auszahlung aus geldautomat 3.95eur gebuhren..ca 15min zum Strand...megga Laut .auch inNacht da an die Hauptstrase..personel Sehr Freundlich...

eccelente
Siamo un gruppo di famiglie con degli adolescenti e abbiamo avuto 7 stanze tutte pulite ogni giorno.Il cambio degli asciugamani avveniva ogni giorno.
bella piscina per i ragazzi. SPA .servizio ristorazione eccellente .All inclusive all altezza.
il personale ottimo:gentile sempre accogliente.

Sehr schlechtes hotel
Essen sehr schlecht waren haare im essen personal sehr unhöflich kein wc papier im bad sehr laut unhöflich dreck haare flecken auf matratze.geschirr war nicht gespühlt .einmal nie wieder sind sehr entäucht ..

Molto bene
molto bene, personale efficiente e cortese. soltanto le stanze un po' sacrificate. All inclusive all'altezza. Cibo vario e abbondante . ero già stata a Pasqua per provare e ci sono ritornata . c'è la possibilità, durante le escursioni di usufruire degli altri hotel della catena H TOP

Grauenvolles Hotel !
Das Hotel eignet sich nur wenn man sich entscheidet einen strandurlaub zu machen und auch plant sich selbst mit essen zu versorgen. Ansonsten sollte etwas anderes gebucht werden

Das Hotel ist nahe am Strand. Wer für Party Urlaub kommt hat gute Anbindungen an Clubs und Bars. Wer sich für einen Familienurlaub entscheidet sollte sich eine andere Gegend aussuchen da dies für Jugendliche ausgelegt ist.

Zimmer sind grauenhaft. Aus einem Doppelzimmer wurde kurzerhand ein 4 Bett Zimmer gemacht. Was man auch an dem Platz gemerkt hat. Der verfügbare Boden auf dem man sich bewegen konnte lag danach bei ca. 1m2. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man bekommt mit was auf den Gängen passiert und man hört auch Geräusche aus den anliegenden Zimmern. Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage!

Service ist sehr schlecht. Als wir eingecheckt haben und eigentlich unsere Zimmer beziehen könnten waren diese noch nicht gereinigt worden. Wir mussten warten bis die Putzfrauen fertig waren. Zudem sind alles sehr unhöflich und können kein Englisch.

Essen ist grauenvoll. Zum Frühstück haben wir es nie geschafft da es für uns zu früh war. ABER mittags und abends gab es IMMER das selbe. Kaum Auswahl und wenn es was gab was auch nur annähernd genießbar war, dann waren es Kartoffeln, Nudeln und Bratensoße. Allerdings bekam man davon auch Durchfall. An das Gemüse und Fleisch sollte man nicht ran. Also wer dort nicht lebt als Vegetarier

Außerhalb des spa Bereichs steht eine tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch. Was das Hotel sonst anbietet weis ich nicht.

Urlaub im September
Für 3Sterne OK. Essen zufriden.Pool etwas klein.Zu wenig Liegen Zimmer sehr sauber.Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Im großen und ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub in Fenals Super Srand.Schöne Spaziergänge unternommen.Lioret ist immer eine Reise wert.Werde im Mai wiederkommen.
