More like a hostel full of teenagers
We have just spent 4 days at this hotel. The staff were great, our room was ok. Comfy beds. It was full of school children on group holidays. Must have been at least 200 plus high school age . Mainly boys. Breakfast was crazy finding somewhere to sit. Queuing for food and kids pushing in. Drinks machines not working right.
Couldn’t get around the pools for teenagers. There were 3 boys next door to us who carried on alarming, screaming , shouting off the balcony. We rang reception who sent their teachers to sort them out. This carried on the night after.
It’s a shame as this hotel is in a great position for both Fenals beach and Lloret centre.
I would suggest checking if school parties will be holidaying here before you book.

Terrible! Disgusting! Avoid!
Avoid!!!
There was about 6/7 different school trips with at least 30 kids in each and they were running around constantly nearly knocking people over!!!
The food is absolutely disgusting and freezing and even if you did see something you want to eat then the children have already mauled it with their bare hands instead of using the utensils provided!!!
The room walls are paper thin and you can hear everything!!!
The lifts was broke!!!
The beds are broke!!!
We asked to be moved to a different Htop or refunded and they said speak with the provider, they wasn’t even interested in why we felt this way.
The worse hotel I have ever been to in my life!!!
I rate it a 0!!! and a 4 star??? Hahahahaha I wouldn’t even rate it a 1!!!!

Great stay couldn’t asked for better people to host
It was such a good trip, hotel was really good and the service was amazing, couldn’t recommend a better place to stay, right next to the strip and close to the beach, the workers are lovely and keep the place in check, I recommend this highly and had a great time so far

Awful just awful
Don’t normally write reviews or like to moan but i don’t want anybody experiencing what me and my partner have, but Anybody looking at staying this hotel I really wouldn’t waste your money and AVOID AVOID!!!!!
The staff are extremely rude and very verbally abusive, the decor is like going back in the 1960s, the cleaners robbed £220 out of our room, you put in a complaint to reception and they don’t want to know and just lie and say the manager isn’t in but yet we asked another member of staff they said a manger was in then get told to ring the police, what are they really gonna do, it’s the principal of this happening, hard earned money to be just taken, absolutely disgusted with how we have been treated never in my life would I return to this hotel
